Part 2. Will Aliens Take Over the Earth?

At present, souls from highly developed civilizations will incarnate on Earth more frequently, but these will not be highly initiated Avatars of Light. At this time, they cannot find spiritual parents capable of creating the necessary conditions for their development and for fulfilling their mission. Instead, so-called grey avatars from technological civilizations such as the Pleiades will incarnate. Many of them are already incarnated among children and young people. They are very intelligent, usually receive scientific and technical education, and are able to occupy high-ranking positions, for example, prime minister or certain other members of government. Over time, there will be more of them, and they will occupy almost all high positions in government administration, business, science, and other spheres of human activity. Meanwhile, in the sphere of art, Avatars of Light and Love will incarnate.

For this purpose, the Higher Powers have called upon the Galactic League for assistance, into which our planet Earth has recently been admitted, along with certain representatives of humanity and the Hierarchy of the Light of Christ. On the one hand, incarnating on Earth at this time is difficult — one must pass many trials, but on the other hand, every Spirit has the opportunity to accelerate its evolution and rise to a high level. For this, examinations and trials are absolutely necessary, just as on Earth one must study and pass exams in order to obtain a diploma. Therefore, there are many who wish to incarnate. Moreover, technological avatars, or grey avatars, from highly developed technological civilizations do not know how to love, and on Earth they will learn Divine Love, which can be taught to them by Avatars of Love from Venus or Sirius, similar to Christ or Sai Baba from India.

Thus, after several generations, humanity will be governed by representatives of other highly developed civilizations. Importantly, these will not be aliens in their own bodies, but souls of extraterrestrial civilizations incarnated in human bodies. Incidentally, all internet technologies, gadgets, digitalization, and the like are extraterrestrial technologies. Pavel Durov, for example, is a vivid representative of grey avatars. He does not stand on the side of Light or on the side of Darkness; he simply provides people with the opportunity to exchange information. Many scientists and programmers are the same.

Soon, new technologies and scientific knowledge will be given to humanity. For now, this is being delayed by the desire of certain politicians to use this knowledge for waging wars and destroying people. But soon all wars on Earth will cease, perhaps even this year, and only civil wars will remain. People who have refused to fulfill their mission will depart through illness. At present, about one-third of people leave prematurely due to disease. And since underdeveloped people will no longer incarnate on Earth, birth rates will decline. They have already fallen sharply in developed countries, in Russia, India, and China, and will also fall in other countries. Thus, Earth’s population will begin to decrease due to declining birth rates.

As soon as wars on Earth cease, and this may happen already this year, humanity will be given new technologies, primarily sources of free energy and torsion generators. Oil will no longer be used for fuel production; instead, it will be used to create various synthetic materials. Human life will continue to change dramatically due to new technologies, although this will not happen immediately.

The accelerated path of humanity’s development through various revolutions entails great sacrifices, primarily because the dark forces do not want humanity to develop. They attempt to destroy all conductors and messengers of the Light Forces, and even scientists, many of whom perish in the United States. The gradual path of development, by contrast, is calm and free of wars and crises, as it was in the postwar years of the USSR. Yes, it is boring, it is called a time of stagnation and stability, but it comes without great sacrifices.

At present, humanity has gained extensive experience in state governance, and grey technological avatars will take the best from the past and build a New World Order. The old one will destroy itself. It does not have much time left. This autumn, another 30–40 countries will join BRICS, and this will be an enormous force. On the mental and astral planes, the Dark Forces have already lost, and on the physical plane they will soon disappear altogether. The USA, NATO, and the EU will soon collapse, just as the USSR did. The conductors of the Black Hierarchy will gradually die out. The Third World War, which began in 1998, will end in 2025, when harmonious astrological aspects set in. Humanity will then begin to develop calmly and harmoniously.

Of course, there are still many criminals, fraudsters, and aggressive people on Earth, but they will gradually die out, and no new ones will come, they will go to other karmic planets. Many people will rejoice and live as in the Soviet postwar period; an era of stability will begin. But… it will be boring.

Another reason why the Absolute, the Teachers, and extraterrestrials have decided not to intervene publicly in humanity’s development, acting only on the invisible plane, is that certain leaders, such as Putin, have managed to defeat the forces of Darkness and, by creating BRICS, the SCO, the Eurasian Economic Union, and the Union State as the foundation of a new World State with a new just Order and a new financial system, have led humanity out of a critical situation. Nuclear war and the destruction of vast numbers of people no longer threaten humanity. The point of crisis and no return has been passed. Although a long struggle against criminals and fraudsters still lies ahead, this is the work of security forces.

If, in a year, the Higher Powers and the Absolute choose precisely this variant of humanity’s development, ordinary people will breathe a sigh of relief. Yes, an era of stability will come, but also of stagnation in spiritual development.

In comfortable conditions, people do not wish to develop voluntarily. Therefore, only those who wish to develop, or souls from highly developed civilizations, will incarnate here. The remaining souls will gradually depart to other animal planets. The door to the Kingdom of God will close for them. The time has come. Such is the Plan of the Most High, the Absolute.
