Part 3. THE EXPERIMENT IN RUSSIA HAS PROVEN SUCCESSFUL

Not just successful, super successful. Despite the imposition of 20,000 sanctions, Russia’s GDP growth has already exceeded 5%, and by many economic indicators Russia has already overtaken China. India as well, though conditions there are different, we will not analyze those reasons now. But the esoteric reasons are of interest.

At present, many managerial positions in Russia are being filled by grey technological avatars. These are extremely intelligent people with extraordinary abilities, whose souls have incarnated on our planet from highly developed civilizations such as the Pleiades. These include people like Musk, Durov, Mishustin, and others. There are quite a few of them. Meanwhile, Avatars of Light who carry Divine Love are almost absent at this time. There were Satya Sai Baba, Kalki Avatar, Sri Aurobindo, and others, but nearly all of them have already left incarnation, and new ones have not yet appeared. Perhaps they have not yet grown up or revealed themselves.

The Teachers of the Hierarchy of Light, which is currently headed by Christ, were unable to incarnate in children, as they could not find suitable spiritual parents. However, they work through the servants of the Hierarchy of Light and through many leaders, for example, through Putin. In fact, both dark and light forces attempt to work through all politicians. But everything depends on the person: how selfish, greedy, or selfless they are, and so on.

In Russia today, many members of the government are incarnated grey avatars, and thanks to their extraordinary abilities, they perform miracles in developing Russia. They are also responsible for purging corrupt officials and replacing those who are dismissed with new intelligent avatars. Yet all of them are guided by one Avatar of Light, more precisely, a conduit of the Teachers of Light — Putin. Through him, grey avatars are directed toward goodness, love, and light. Through him also flows God’s control over grey avatars, who have mastered matter perfectly and continue to refine it, while also promoting the ideas of artificial intelligence, which are, in essence, extraterrestrial technologies.

The recent failure of American software systems, from which Russia suffered no damage, demonstrated that Russia has pulled ahead in this area as well. Although Americans have long cooperated with grey extraterrestrials, who provide them with technologies in exchange for permission to conduct experiments on humans. In Russia, by contrast, extraterrestrial souls incarnated directly into human bodies. The same can be said of other countries such as China, India, and others.

New alliances such as BRICS, the SCO, the EAEU, and the Union State embody new, just relationships between states: economic, political, and in the sphere of mutual security. Countries belonging to these unions strive for independence, justice, and spiritual human values. They are building a New Just World Order. Meanwhile, the old world order led by the United States is collapsing. On the subtle plane, this collapse has already occurred through the destruction of egregores, the informational and energetic fields that sustain societies on the subtle level. New egregores are being created by the Hierarchy of Light and by human conduits of Good Will.

Thus, the current experiment of incarnating grey technological avatars and conduits of the Avatars of Light, the Teachers of Shambhala and the Hierarchy of Light, has, at this stage, proven successful. However, it has also delayed humanity’s spiritual development by tens and even hundreds of years, because people turned out to be too selfish and unprepared for accelerated development. Very few are willing to dedicate their lives to serving humanity and to live like Jesus. Most dream of having a lot of money without working too hard, as well as good relatives and friends. Very few want to engage in spiritual work and lead an ascetic lifestyle like Jesus. That is why the Galactic League was invited to send representatives of highly developed civilizations to Earth, simply to save humanity from self-destruction and degradation.

Dark forces seized power on Earth because people proved to be too selfish, greedy, sinful, and willing to commit crimes for the sake of power and money. And in order to save humanity from complete degradation and self-destruction, a strict rule of law enforced by super-intelligent people is required.

Therefore, the successful experiment in Russia, China, and India will be continued in other countries. The West has shown that in developed democracies there is not only a degradation of the population, but also a degradation of politicians, the very politicians elected by that population. However, God can also, through that same people and their choice, bring more intelligent and developed individuals to power, for example, Elon Musk. But the existing system of the old World Order, controlled by an international mafia and the Black Hierarchy of black magicians, does not allow honest means of bringing intelligent and decent people to power. Therefore, this system will be destroyed.

Civil wars and the collapse of the United States, NATO, and the European Union will begin. This is consistent with and follows the Divine Plan, the Plan of Father Absolute.

Favorable astrological aspects are now unfolding for purification, for the destruction of obsolete forms, and for the creation of new ones — for the construction of a New World. Unfortunately, this world will not be a world of Light and Love, because people do not want to develop. The new world will be a world of Order, law, and strong authority. People are willing to vote for this, because democracy — freedom to steal, rob, and kill, — has already exhausted everyone.

What happened in Russia in 1999–2000 will happen again, when the people began voting for order because chaos had become unbearable. Naturally, this did not please those who stole, deceived, and made money out of thin air. But they are a minority.

Therefore, in the near future we will witness how God brings intelligent people to power, whether through elections, military coups, civil wars, or the collapse of states and alliances, as once happened with the USSR. We are now witnesses to extraordinary events: the Mystery of the embodiment of the Divine Plan, the replacement of the old world order of the Black Lodge with a New World Order — with a just economy, state independence, and decent politics. And at the head of many structures will stand intelligent, decent people — technological avatars.
