Данная заметка основана на предположениях и весьма общих рассуждениях, в связи с чем она названа  "гипотетическая заметка".

Недавние события в Венесуэле активно анализируются в самых разных аспектах и самых разных сторон. Например: какие объекты затронуты этими событиями, где происходили эти события, кто в них участвовал, количество вертолетов и самолетов, число участников, и так далее.

Моё личное внимание привлекло сообщение об участии Илона Маска в Mar-a-Lago dinner party.

"Donald Trump has celebrated the capture of dictator Nicol;s Maduro with a crowd of adoring Venezuelans at a luxury Mar-a-Lago dinner party.

As shown in Herrera's videos, the opulent event was also attended by Elon Musk, in the latest sign of him cozying up to the president after their explosive feud in the summer of 2025."

Это сообщение, во-первых, позволило мне предположить, что в недавних событиях в Венесуэле были использованы некоторые идеи (разработки) Илона Маска, во-вторых, напомнило мне о недавней обширной информации (о планах и результатах) руководства Академии наук РФ, осуществленной на весьма высоком уровне.

Можно предположить, что Илон Маск входит в число тех людей, чья деятельность привела к результатам в ходе недавних событий в Венесуэле.

Широкая публика может предполагать и прямо видеть широкое использование научных идей (разработок) в практической деятельности государств.

Вполне возможно, происходит даже неявное научное соревнование различных государств. Те или иные достижения используются на практике, в конкретных политических акциях, и широкая публика может видеть - прямо или косвенно - итоги использования результатов интеллектуальной деятельности тех или иных творческих умов.

Уместен вопрос об общей научной привлекательности государства.

Илон Маск Родился в ЮАР. "В 17 лет Илон переехал в Канаду и поступил в Университет Куинс. Через два года молодой человек перевелся в Пенсильванский университет США. " Из этой краткой биографической информации можно сделать вывод о наибольшей интеллектуальной привлекательности США (то есть, привлекательности для творческих личностей).

Российская Федерация также прилагает усилия для повышения общей интеллектуальной привлекательности, подтверждением чего является практика присуждения мега-грантов и повышение статуса Академии наук РФ.

Эту краткую заметку можно завершить предположением: успешность государства определяется его общим интеллектуальным потенциалом и общей интеллектуальной привлекательностью.

The overall intellectual potential and the intellectual attractiveness of the state in light of the events in Venezuela. A hypothetical note.


This note is based on assumptions and general reasoning, which is why it is called a "hypothetical note."

The recent events in Venezuela are being actively analyzed from various perspectives. For example, what objects were affected by these events, where these events took place, who was involved, the number of helicopters and planes, the number of participants, and so on.

My personal attention was drawn to the news about Elon Musk's participation in the Mar-a-Lago dinner party.

This message, firstly, allowed me to assume that some of Elon Musk's ideas (developments, inventions) were used in the recent events in Venezuela, and secondly, it reminded me of the recent extensive information (about plans and results) provided by the leadership of the Russian Academy of Sciences at a very high level.

It can be assumed that Elon Musk is among those whose activities have led to the results of (after) the recent events in Venezuela.

The general public can assume and directly see the widespread use of scientific ideas (developments) in the practical activities of states.

It is quite possible that there is even an implicit scientific competition between different states. Certain achievements are used in practice, in specific political actions, and the general public can see, directly or indirectly, the effect of the use of the intellectual results of certain creative minds.

The question of the overall scientific attractiveness of a state is relevant.

Elon Musk was born in South Africa. "At the age of 17, Elon moved to Canada and enrolled at the Queen's University. Two years later, the young man transferred to the University of Pennsylvania in the USA." From this brief biographical information, we can conclude that the United States has the greatest intellectual attractiveness (that is, attractiveness to creative persons).

The Russian Federation is also making efforts to increase the overall intellectual attractiveness, as evidenced by the practice of awarding mega-grants and raising the status of the Academy of Sciences of the Russian Federation.

This brief hypothetical note can be completed (finished) with the assumption that the success of a state is determined by its overall intellectual potential and overall intellectual attractiveness.
