At last my “forced vacation” has ended. Yet I re-read (in parts) Alice Bailey’s A Treatise on Cosmic Fire on the materialization of thought-forms…

I feel a strong flow of energy. I want to do everything — and, most importantly, strength has returned. Perhaps the stars are favorable, or perhaps the Teachers have switched me into active work.

You will meditate and help us install the magnets. You must think through the plan of the next actions. A mental thought-form is created in detail.

A very strange state. Some kind of premonition. Today we went to various places, though not to the zones, still within the hexagon. And I became tired, with no energetic recharge at all.

— What is happening? Who will answer?

— The magnetic field is decreasing. Remember how you sat in an isolated chamber with the experimental cat (this was at the Pavlov Institute of Physiology in Leningrad in 1985, when I worked on brain modeling). You became sleepy. Now it will be the same for everyone, except those who have learned to use additional sources of nourishment and our help. And people will be forced to help us, in order to receive additional energy. Dark forces will also be de-energized.

— And what will happen to the dark ones from 2012, when the magnetic field begins strengthening?

— It is better for no one to know this yet (except the initiated). During sleep, reprogramming will occur. Plus and minus must exist. But now the “dark,” negative forces will perform a different function. Before, they tried to fight the Warriors of Light to make them stronger and teach them to be Warriors. Now the Warriors of Light will become builders of the Kingdom of God and spiritual Teachers, Saviors of the World. Now the fight must be against human egoism and ignorance. The intervention of Higher Forces is necessary now — Earth is in danger. Catastrophes and cataclysms are inevitable.

Again I feel paralyzed. Because of the heat I can do nothing. Where are you, my Teachers? I feel a deep longing.

— A great battle is underway. A great cleansing. Many bearers of Light have retreated from the Path of Light. Those who remained, we try to support with all our strength (I feel bitterness and loss). The Lords, the Teachers — everyone is occupied day and night.

Today I went to the Mountain of Power by a detour, along a path, early in the morning before it got hot. As soon as I entered the forest I saw many milk mushrooms. When I climbed to the summit, I began to meditate, walking across the flat top.

There is water again in the small pond at the very top (most likely there is a spring). Many flowers, though different ones now. Shrubs bloomed with small pink flowers — lespedeza (tavaloshka). I wanted to make a wish. I turned to the Teachers and the Spirits of the mountain, charged with energy, and had only started back when I saw a whole clearing of boletus mushrooms under the bushes, right on the summit.

When I came home, the state was harmonious and somehow detached. I wanted to speak with the Teachers.

— When will my wish come true, and will I have a helper with a jeep (or minibus) to travel to the zones?

— For now no one can be found. Few want to serve God.

Every time I climb the Mountain of Power, I experience a different state. Today I felt as if I had come to visit close friends or spiritual parents, as if to my native home. Earlier I felt the presence of spirits and everything was alien; now it felt familiar. I thought it would not be bad to live there.

I met Tatyana from Novonezhino. She sells seeds, flowers, pet supplies, and books at our market. We agreed that she would sell my books and flowers. It turns out she has been reading esoteric books for almost twenty years, but never spoke with anyone about spiritual matters, there was no one. It is astonishing what kinds of people exist.

It was interesting for us to talk. We agreed with Irina from Vladivostok to record meditative music. Right now I feel bright energy only from them. The others radiate heavy negative energy or a mixed one. It is remarkable that it is precisely here that I met a like-minded person, or perhaps it is not remarkable at all.

In Vladivostok people are aggressive or depressed, walking like zombies.

Yura came, and we went with him to the Mountain of Power. He was shocked and then took a long time to recover. Apparently a good cleansing began. For a long time I tormented myself trying to find the answer to how to save humanity. People, like mice on a sinking ship, cling to false values, illusions. TV series, life on the physical plane — everything is theater. They want to know nothing; knowledge is needed by no one; divine love, too.

Neither Sai Baba nor Grabovoi with his idea of eternal life — none of it is what people need. Aliens will only distract for a while.

A person needs happiness, a state of happiness and nothing more. Everything else is illusion, maya. People must be taught to enter the state of happiness, to learn to generate light inside and outside. I learned this recently and understood that it removes all problems.

I felt that I am not a half seeking another half — I am a whole, whole with God, with the World. I am a sun, a star; inside me and around me is Light. One must simply imagine this Light and remember the state of happiness and harmony, love and tenderness. But how to teach this to others?

If people learned to enter this state of radiant happiness on their own, humanity on Earth would instantly step into the Kingdom of God.

One must simply learn to enter this state of radiant happiness. How? Through meditation, visualization, imagination. And having entered this state, one can solve any problems. Because in this state you become one with God and with the whole world, and you allow God to show you the solution to your problems and others’ problems.

Because you are a part of God, a cell of God, a cell of the One World. And just as a healthy organism harmonizes all its cells and subjects them to the command of the soul, so people will harmonize into one whole and achieve any goal and solve all problems.

I understood: I will teach people to become stars, to be happy, and to live in Light.

You are one whole: your body and your soul are two halves of one whole. And your soul is a cell of the entire planet, your soul is a cell of the solar system, your soul is a cell of the entire galaxy, your soul is a cell of the entire universe.

And the universe is the body of God, and you are a cell of God. You are one with God, with the whole World, therefore you are God, a part of Him.

And what should be done with those who do not want to unite with the world, with God, into one whole? This is a cancer cell that lives at the expense of others and does not want to help the other cells. Cancer cells must be eliminated, but how? By irradiation, cosmic irradiation.

And healthy cells will become even healthier, because they will transform these rays into energies of Light and happiness. That is why the Teachers said that everything negative will self-destruct.

I wanted to go online to find interesting people. I searched “places of power,” about Mount Pidan. I wrote three letters. While I wandered through virtual places of power and “walked along Pidan,” I felt such a strong flow of energy that I stopped feeling everything and everyone.

And then, as always without warning, Yura appeared, and, as often happened, in a state of deep depression. He looked like a zombie, a walking corpse. For three months he hadn’t left the city, although he cannot live without nature.

I began treating him with work-therapy. He works as a taxi driver, gained weight, moves little physically. We went to the spring near the settlement, carried water; the weather was wonderful. Then I lit the stove, fried potatoes, and Yura carried me firewood for a whole month and helped wash the floors (my hands hurt). Then we watched films of the Ramayana, and Yura came alive.

He himself turned to the Teachers — to all at once, and felt a strong flow of energy. And I felt how the Teachers rejoiced that Yura turned to them again, the prodigal son. Oh, how they struggled with him. Someone among the Teachers on the internet said about him: “the boors will become conductors of Light.”

His biofield gradually began to change, to brighten. “You know,” he says, “you’ve got resuscitation here. You bring people back to life.” Yes… how many times have I brought him back, and what’s the use… In Vladivostok he turns into a zombie again, and sometimes into a demon.

Yesterday Marianna sent me a letter. I replied, and in the evening we spoke by phone. The Teachers sent me a like-minded person, and soon my wish will be fulfilled. We will travel to the zones by car with her husband and children, she has four.

I agree with almost everything you write. Even your Melchizedek communicates with you in the same style as my Rainbow Melchizedek communicates with me. They are like twin brothers, though still different.

I disagree only with one thing: that among contactees there are no people with scientific education. There are, and many. I myself did scientific work: lasers, holography, brain modeling. Later I became disappointed in science because it is non-spiritual; I began studying esoteric sciences and torsion fields. There are several reasons why few know about scientist-contactees who unite material science with the esoteric. The Tikhloplavs wrote about such people too, they were scientists themselves.

The point is that modern science is divided into two. One is official, academic, which recognizes neither torsion fields nor esoteric knowledge; the other is based on esoteric knowledge and explains many phenomena that modern physics cannot.

And once I had a dream: I was sitting at a large table where initiates had gathered, and next to me sat Putin. We have scientist-contactees, but almost all publish little. First, almost no one is interested. I published two articles about a unified scientific theory of the world — no one cared. Second, if scientific knowledge is used at all, it is used for profit or for creating modern weapons.

Today Marianna came with Igor. We walked to the foot of the Mountain of Power and to our spring. They liked it. Marianna said: “I feel at home here. If only my neighbor sold her house, Marianna’s family could settle there.

We want to create a home village kindergarten where children learn to love nature and work with land: grow flowers, vegetables, berries and fruits, work with bees. And we also want to create a spiritual school for initiated children who come to Earth with a special mission.

And in the seven zones of Russky Island, in the future, seven intellectual centers will be built; and in our Zone of Light, in the seven zones of the CM, seven schools will be built corresponding to the seven rays — for children of the seven rays.

I lived in Leningrad for ten years, but it has a complicated future… And now on Russky, on the Kondratenko peninsula with several bays, 560 hectares of land have been allocated for building the residence of the future President of Russia… Does that tell you anything?

For the third day I have an altered state, as if I made another leap into the future. My life has changed completely, though on the physical plane little has changed; mostly it is on the mental and spiritual planes.

It is as if I rode a time machine into the future and now look it over. A feeling of memories of the future. As if it is 2014 now, and I remember vivid episodes from 2013; even conversations replay in my head like intrusive thoughts.

I began to realize even more that this physical world is an illusion. It is enough to change consciousness, to change the “assembly point,” and the world becomes completely different. It resembles the state of being in love, when the world suddenly turns from black-and-white into pink, and you float in clouds; wings grow; you are like a balloon. The world seems like paradise, and you are endlessly happy, although… in the material world absolutely nothing has changed. Only your consciousness has changed. You moved from one dimension into another.

It is enough to open your eyes to the spiritual world, shift consciousness into another dimension, and you are already happy.

Or you can simply go to some Zone of Light. And when, entering another dimension there, you begin to look at your problems and the problems of the whole world, you understand that in fact they simply do not exist, they are such trifles compared to the vast divine world!

And returning back to the third dimension, you see everything differently. Problems are easily resolved. Yet on the other hand you begin to realize what a “swamp” people live in, and you want to change this world, to change your life, and you begin to act.

But if you do nothing, this swamp of the third dimension’s illusion sucks you back in. The potential accumulated in the Zone of Light runs out, and you fall into depression again. And again, either you must go recharge in a Zone of Light, or change your life so as to live in Light constantly, to rise above the bustle of the mortal world, and at least put on a spacesuit when you descend into this swamp.

Better yet, leave for the countryside and build your own Zone of Light, your own space of love, your own dimension, your own world. And invite friends there: both people and angels, and divine beings, the Teachers. They will gladly come to visit you, because you created a magnet of light and love. And all demonic beings will avoid your space of light and love from several kilometers away.

And if your like-minded friends settle nearby, the energies of Light will increase dozens of times, and you will be able to build an entire City of Light. And through the internet, telephone, and telepathic communication on the subtle plane in the fifth dimension, you will build a Network of Light Magnets covering the whole planet. And dark, evil ignorance will have no place left on Earth. Then the Kingdom of God will be built.

And future angel-children will be born on a paradise Earth and will not even know what the swamp of the material world is, will not even have an image of the sorrowful past of our Mother Earth.

And Earth will become a Home for many worlds, entering the Galactic Family, the Galactic Network of Light.
