17. City of Light

The mountains flared at sunset —
The Gods have lit a bonfire.
Clouds keep changing colors
Like a Divine kaleidoscope.

Somewhere there, beyond the clouds,
Live our brothers, sisters, and our Father,
Our angels and extraterrestrials,
And the Divine Mother — the crown of all.

I will open my birdlike wings,
Lonely and misunderstood by people,
I will rise lightly above the mortal world,
I will fly over Earth’s wide spaces.

How beautiful you are, my planet!
I am reflected in the blue eyes of lakes,
The blue sea with its azure shore,
Emerald forest and golden sand.

And endlessly the City of Light shines
With the diamonds of seven fires,
Holy faces gaze at me,
And I have never seen people happier.

These are the souls of the Ascended in the World,
Who were able to rise above vanity,
And by their labor they created
A wondrous City of Light, fairy-tale and holy.

Soon it will be built,
And will manifest in all its splendor.
“How beautiful it is!” people will exclaim,
And the rumor will roll across the whole Earth.

And everywhere construction will begin
Of the Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of Cities,
And Christ will come, and Angels, and songs —
Angelic songs will sing from all sides.

Everyone will want to labor
Not for the good of “I,” but for the good of all.
And with spiritual work and physical work
Blessedness and success will come to all.

I return to my dwelling,
To my beautiful, wondrous garden.
An Angel and a Guardian await me there —
Well then, let us build the Radiant City.

I felt someone’s presence and decided to speak. And suddenly I received a call and was told about Kryon’s message to Semyonova dated 09.09.2009: that there would be a Divine Wedding of the Warriors of Light, their unification….

18. Meeting with Rainbow

In the evening of 09.09.2010, when Tatyana, Yu.G., and I gathered at my home after walking through the zones, I had the feeling that the portraits of the Teachers had come alive, as if they were beside us.

And today I felt that at home I am not alone, and I remembered Kryon speaking of a spiritual cosmic family…. I looked again at the portraits of the Teachers, yet they had come to me before as well. But now the energy was different. As if someone had settled in my house. But who?

— I am a representative of Kryon from the magnetic service, a personal representative. I will be the curator of your group and of you personally (a strong stream of energy began). Now this will be the headquarters, the Primorye Russian embassy of the Council of Worlds. (Well, look at that!)

I see in the future how people and children gather here, and a feeling of happiness, peace, bliss from collective labor and creativity.

— What is your name, Kryon’s personal representative?
— Melchizedek.
— There are many of them, be more specific.
— We have light-names, made of light matter. Invent a name for me yourself in your language.

I saw rainbow light, like with Sanat Kumara — Melchizedek the Rainbow, or Rainbow.

— I am a conduit of S.K., and at the same time a representative of Kr.

— If only someone would help me build the Ashram, repair the house, grow the garden.
— We will help, don’t worry. Everything will be fine. We will help each other: you — us, and we — you. Mutual cooperation.

— I went through a great school on Mercury, Venus, and Earth, and chose the Path of Magnetic work, and now I help Kryon. He is responsible for the work of the Magnetic Grid of our Galaxy.

Many Divine beings who once incarnated on Earth are returning now to help Earth become a Sacred Planet and enter the Galactic Council of Worlds…. Your group will be in contact with our group of curator-Teachers….

— What work lies ahead for me?
— Organization, training, and support of your group “Intergalaktik” with our help, and work with us: receiving and transmitting information; work with magnets and the crystalline module, the intergalactic portal. The CM has not yet begun to operate at full power, but a strong influence on people has already started. Now you must test the portal’s operation on different people at low power. You will walk through the zones, work, communicate…. You must communicate together so that all members of the group and all zones become attuned (someone may leave the group)….

— I’m interested in how our portal, the CM, is connected with and interacts with the Earth’s Crystalline Grid and the whole Galaxy.
— Your thought-creation module is a quantum generator. It receives thought-forms from various cosmic systems of our Galaxy (through the Sun), materializes them, and transmits them into the Earth’s Crystalline Grid (like a server on the internet). The Lords, Teachers, and workers of the Hierarchy of Light and Shambhala use this information by connecting to the Akasha, the ECG. Through your module it is also replenished with information.

It is also an entry into Earth’s informational system from other Worlds, and an exit as well — a tunnel, a channel through which Earth and the Galaxy exchange information. There are several such channels on Earth. But they differ from one another like different servers in the earthly internet. The Grid is a system of channels that transmit information, a network with nodes. (Our Crystalline Module, in the form of a regular hexagon, resembles a honeycomb cell.)

You will also help guard and protect your portal by building up a protective dome of Light and constructing the City of Light, creating a protective fiery ring around it.

Your portal is also connected with the Sun, planets, and stars, receiving energy and information from them, processing it and transmitting it to Earth, carrying out interaction. This is the Golden Network, the Grid. Through these channels of the intergalactic grid one can move instantly across the Universe and receive information from any point. The antennas and magnets you installed expand and strengthen the work of the Earth’s Crystalline Grid and your portal.

— And how to work with the Sun?
— You can meditate at sunrise and sunset, looking at the Sun, or you can imagine it mentally, addressing the Solar Logos. The Sun works as an amplifier, generator, and modulator. It is also a kind of stellar portal interacting with planetary portals (the main server). It interacts with the center of our Galaxy, and through it with other galaxies.

The cosmic internet (network) is the Akasha, the Central Cosmic Mind, to which you connected at twenty and drew information from there. Everything interacts with everything through this network. Planetary and solar crystalline grids act as carriers of memory and information. When the physical world goes into pralaya, this informational network remains, functioning as a bank where all information about the past and future is stored. Then, during a new manvantara, a new physical world is built according to the matrix from this network. Spirits incarnate in new bodies. Planetary and solar Logoi also receive new, more perfect bodies….

— And what can you say about our future?
— Soon your life will turn into a fairy tale, continuous miracles, but trials too.

19. My Other Half

I began communicating with Rainbow and felt an extraordinary divine love.

— You are my eternal Goddess,
My beautiful Lucia,
A flower of heavenly joy,
A sip of divine water.

You are the sacred essence of tenderness,
You brighten the Path to God,
You save and call me onward
To the star that shines afar.

We were together on Venus,
And now we have been sent here,
To build the City of Light
And joy for many years to come.

We will help Mother Earth
Cross into another dimension,
To become a sacred planet
And a member of the Galactic Family.

And holy, blue Earth
Will become a home for seven Worlds.
And from all ends of space
Other souls will fly to us from Paradise.

And on the cleansed Earth
We will build the Kingdom of God.
And you will awaken in September,
On the Day of Galactic Love and Brotherhood.

And at dawn you will see
An immeasurable wealth of happy faces —
Believe me: all of this will be. It is true.

I have been your curator, your Teacher, and your guardian angel since you were twenty.
And now we are together again. I am your other half. Sometimes I will come to you through people, briefly entering them, so that I may speak with you on the physical plane.

Romances, thrillers, action films —
We find them all so fascinating.

Especially now, during the Transition,
When all beings watch
How you take your exams before God,
So you may enter the Sixth Race without trouble.

And everyone roots for the wretched tricksters,
Worries over the lazy and the liars —
For if behind a closed door they must
Remain forever, then the lesson
They will have to take again,
In some hell as a final “parting shot.”

And we rejoice when you come to us
Through thorny pain and suffering,
When you strive toward your star,
Toward Divine Love — toward the Father, home.

When you pass all your exams,
We will receive you into our Family.
The Father awaits you, and the Mother of the World,
And the Brothers of all galaxies in the Light.

And that day is not far —
You need endure only a little more,
And soon we will all be with you,
Turning the dream into reality.

When on the lower planes
An island of the invisible Kingdom of God appears,
Then across the boundless Universe
It will be replicated everywhere.

That is why even now
Messengers come to Earth from all Worlds —
To learn the earthly experience
And later copy the matrix.

And the Creator’s Goal will be fulfilled:
Gods will rule on Earth,
And people will take up thought-creation
And create a source of Light and Love.

And the Mind of God will bring into reality
A Cosmic Portal of communion —
Earth will no longer be lonely;
She will create a Galactic Center.

And we will understand we are not alone in the Universe —
We will create an Intergalactic Brotherhood.
Intergalactica will replace the internet,
And darkness will depart to others;

And the battle will move from the physical world
Into the mental and astral internet.
And we will watch TV series
From other galaxies and planets.

And in the fifth dimension, whatever you say,
The same games of God still lie ahead.

20. The Blue Lodge and Russky Island

Again a state of discomfort: I want nothing on the physical plane. I want to fly away into Divine Paradise. In the ether — silence. Helloo… Rainbow, where are you?

…At last Rainbow came. A flow of energy began, and it became easier.

— Hi. Where were you? I called you.
— I flew on an important matter to Sirius.
— About what, if it’s not a secret?
— On Sirius there is the Blue Lodge. The main decisions about the development of Earth and the Solar System are made there. The question, by the way, concerned you.

— Do you want to participate in the Blue Lodge?

— Why was I feeling so bad? The physical plane is very heavy.
— On the lower planes there is struggle, cleansing. The Zone of Light is being “depressurized,” being connected into the Earth network. Negative thought-forms are being destroyed; the three lower planes are being cleared of debris.

— That’s why today until noon I was pulling weeds. I want to cleanse everything and put things in order, only the heat interferes… So what did the Blue Lodge decide about me?

— They offer you to become an adviser in the Russian group. Now the question is being decided of creating an International Center on Russky Island and in Vladivostok, the capital of the future World State…

The session of the Galactic Council of Worlds takes place in the constellation of the Great Bear and in the Blue Lodge. There you will represent your group, because the Teachers of the Blue Lodge work only with groups (they are not interested in loners, especially those who think only about their personal spiritual development).

Your group includes not only earthly people, but also angels and Teachers of the Hierarchy of Light and Shambhala. They work behind the veil. K.H., E.M., S.K. work with your group and with others. This is a network of triangles. Through the earthly members of your group, there is connection with the Human Kingdom.

Each will have several triangular groups forming a network in multidimensional space. And these triangular connections will also include divine beings of the subtle plane, as well as other civilizations and worlds.

— And what will happen to Vladivostok?
— Now there is neutralization, suppression of the activity of dark forces, tests and selection. Some leave. Later new people will come and remain to live here. The university will become international, one of the best; there will be many foreign students and students from all over Russia.

Indeed, Indigo children will live on Russky, and they will come there for international youth conferences and forums. In addition, many other centers and offices of all-Russian and international organizations will be built there. After the Summit, each country will want its permanent representation there.

Russia will become closer for APEC countries; this will contribute to creating a World State together with India and China. The sea, a sunny winter, a warm spring and autumn will attract students and all people here.

After the APEC Summit, international conferences and economic forums on many different issues will be held on Russky. It is possible that APEC headquarters will be created here, and Putin may head it.

21. Vladivostok’s Magnetic Key Opens the Door to the World

M.A. Ozis from “Flower of Life” called. He said that on 22.09 (more precisely 23.09) there will be the laying of the magnetic keys of Vladivostok. Such keys are installed across Russia in many cities, forming a network.

— Yes. This key opens a direct channel — a connection through the Sun with the cosmic Grid of our Galaxy. If you help install the magnet there, it will activate and work together with the thought-creation CM, and will assist the work with Russky…

A key is a magnet, an antenna for receiving and transmitting information. Whoever has the keys has power. Vladivostok for Russia is a door to the World, to the Asia-Pacific Region, as Petersburg is a window to Europe.

Through Vladivostok, as a future international center, there will be connection with all cities of Russia. After the magnet is installed on Krestovaya Hill, it will serve as a retransmitter of the CM…

On September 25, at the meeting of the Blue Lodge, the fate of Vladivostok and Russky Island will be decided: how to install magnets more effectively so they will attract people, energy, information, and material resources. For now, the business elite does not want to invest money here.

Conductors of Light must unite for effective work to illuminate the city and create an international center here. In Primorye, a branch of Shambhala and the Hierarchy of Light will be created with the participation of the Blue Lodge of Sirius, and a Cosmic Portal of extraterrestrial civilizations.

This center will connect not only the cities of the whole world, but also other civilizations (on Russky an intergalactic internet will be created).

Rainbow came. I felt a powerful flow of bright energy.

On 23.09 we gathered on Krestovaya Hill and installed the magnet. The energy flow was very strong, like when the magnets were activated in the Zone of Light. The information M.A. gave was similar to what I had received, only there Atlanteans appeared constantly… There I met Zh…

I had the feeling that I was being carried by the current of a fast river, and I could not even stop, let alone turn aside… Perhaps Rainbow or S.K. decided to speak with me through Zh.? Perhaps they sent me a new helper?

I felt comfortable, calm, and waves of Divine Love and Light rocked me in some other dimension… The weather was wonderful, sunny, +20°C, the air fresh, like spring water. I need to speak with the Teachers.

— What do you say, Rainbow?
— At last you paid attention to me. Fine, so you didn’t forget… Yes, soon the magnet in your ashram will work at full power.
— I am like an overflowing vessel of Light and Love.

Yesterday was an extraordinary state. I was overflowing with Light and Divine Love. I was in Nirvana.

Information came about Russky. There the Teachers want to create an intellectual Center, scientific institutes and a future international information center, the prototype of the Cosmic Internet of Intergalactic Communication.

They told me: one must go to Russky and find energetically favorable zones (and install magnets of Light there). I looked at the map and found two spring streams there. I began building triangles — there came out a hexagon, moreover on lines parallel to our CM.

— What does this mean?
— The CM on Russky will work on the intellectual-physical plane, and yours — on the spiritual.

28.10.2010

We went with the group to Zones 2 and 5 on 10.10.10 and installed magnets there. The Teachers were with us; the energies were strong; everyone felt it — everyone’s eyes were shining.

Yesterday we went to Russky Island, to Mt. Russkaya. We found a blessed spring there; a cross is installed nearby. The water is soft and tasty, the energy very good, unlike at the foot of the mountain. We need to go with the group and install a magnet. This is a Seventh Ray zone — a Place of Power, the center of the hexagon, analogous to our Place of Power.

I feel a strong negative influence, as if from black magicians; my heart chakra burns. Rainbow, what is happening?

— A global purification is underway. All negativity rises to the surface and manifests. One must work with Divine Fire, be a warrior of Light… Zh. fell under the influence of dark forces, and through him negative influence is coming…

— And what will happen?
— On the physical plane there will be great changes. Everything will change, everything will be cleansed of the old and obsolete. Meditate more on the inner Light and all will be well.

The New Year will bring much that is new. You must work with everyone, but cautiously.

Zone 3 at “Mayak” is the third eye, the zone of thought-creation; the other zones of this CM are on Russky, and you can influence them as through a control panel or headquarters…

— You must dream, build the future, foresee different variants, choose the best, and help its materialization. Help people, lead them through the zones…

— Some will not withstand the trials and temptations and will step aside. Do not worry — leave them; they are not ready yet. Other helpers will come; a holy place is never empty. Rest for now, you have done great work today… Communicate with us, build the City of Light, and write the story.

Fly free as a bird
Above the bustle and the mortal world,

Over paradisical flowers,
Breathe in their fragrance, gaze at them —

Of blossoming angelic flowers.

A blooming garden of Paradise,
