Kundalini Awakening Is Simple Conceptually

Kundalini awakening conceptually is very simple… the very hard part is implementing this (highly) deceptive simplicity. Probably the hardest part is to eliminate all distractions – essentially locking yourself inside a soundproof chamber thus becoming a temporary anchorite of sorts (no smartphones, obviously – or any other means of communication for that matter).

Sit comfortably in the armchair that is perfect for you, form exactly the right mudra with your hands and fingers… and now the second very hard part (possibly the hardest one).

You must completely relax your physical body and all your spiritual bodies (your heart, mind and soul) and cleanse them completely from all (I mean ALL) thoughts. Completely (I mean COMPLETELY) focusing on awakening your Kundalini.

Completely (I mean COMPLETELY) disconnect from both outer world and your inner world. Connect to the outer (cosmic) source of Divine Energy (for me it is the Black Sun); to your inner system of chakras – and, of course, to your Kundalini.

And meditate. Feel how Divine Energy from cosmic source descends on you, enters your bodies (all of them) through your crown chakra, goes down your spine to root chakra and awakens your Kundalini.

To awaken (activate) your Kundalini, you must be aware of three fundamental spiritual facts. First, it takes a significant amount of time to awaken your Kundalini after you begin your meditations. Second, Kundalini awakening is gradual. Third, you will know that your Kundalini is awake… however, there is no “standard” way of its awakening.

Hence, you must patiently meditate… as long as it takes. Ideally, up to six times a day – but at least two (right after you wake up and just before going to bed). It might take weeks (definitely not days), months or even years before your Kundalini wakes up (every individual is different).

So be patient – and your Great Kundalini Serpent will wake up. Rewarding your effort and patience with perfect health, superhuman productivity, general happiness… and possibly even eternal life in a physical body of a 40-year-old.

Or even younger.
