Today Marianna came with Igor. We walked to the foot of the Mountain of Power and to our spring. They liked it. Marianna says, “I feel at home here — it’s so good.” Next time they promised to come with her mother, the children, and relatives in their minibus. My wish has come true: we will travel to the zones. If only my neighbor would sell her house , then Marianna and her family could settle there.

My state is unusual. I had something similar in the settlement of Starokamyshinsk in the Chelyabinsk region, when I had an ashram and people gathered every Saturday. Probably a new period has begun. And just a year ago I was alone, a hermit. Thank you, Teachers: it is you who bring us together.

— Rainbow, what will happen next?

— Next comes work with the group, as we already discussed. Travel to the zones, test, attune, switch the magnets on at full power, but so as not to harm people. Meditate on Light and build the City of Light and the community. M.’s children are unusual; high spirits have incarnated. They need your help, your knowledge. You will introduce Marianna to Tatyana, her children (five of them), and her grandchildren (six, and soon there will be two more). You can create a home kindergarten.

— A kindergarten for Indigo children and initiated children, that is good.

Information began coming about a village kindergarten and a spiritual school — straight pictures, whole films running. And it is as if I am talking with the parents of the future kindergarten. If M. settles in the neighboring house, a home kindergarten could be made there (the house is large), and at my place — the spiritual school. Meals would be paid, but the school would be charitable. I called M., told her, — she also wanted to make a spiritual school.

Right now I have a state as if I have been transferred into the future, as if 2012 has already passed and the quantum Transition too, and not only in my world, but everywhere. Maybe I have again made a leap into the future, and tomorrow I will wake up back in the past, as happened before. Then we will see what happens.

I see a kindergarten in M.’s house (as if I am remembering it): 2013. At my place — a spiritual school for the kindergarten. Many small children. All the children are unusual. A lot of work, a lot of friends. I keep a diary and write a book about raising the children of the future. The state supports us. In what way? It gives subsidies for raising children in a rural home kindergarten. I write about unusual children: their lives, behavior. Perhaps some of them will go far in the future. For each child one can start a notebook, a diary, and write down their actions and conversations. It would become an interesting book about the unusual children of the future.

And what about the World? On Russky Island there is enormous construction, just super: a city of the future. Not Vladivostok itself, but Russky Island will become the international capital. It is not for nothing that an entire peninsula (560 hectares) was allocated there for building the residence of the President of Russia (or perhaps of the future World State). I see myself on Russky too , but in what role? I see an Institute. Which one? An Institute of Metaphysical Knowledge of the World, of scientific-esoteric forecasting; a Center of Intergalactic Communication; a center for studying the psychology of children with anomalous abilities, their development and their use for the development of the state. Phenomenal children with superpowers are the main wealth of the state. They must be developed for the benefit of the state; otherwise others will use them. Special Cities of Light must be built — eco-settlements for developing such children. Advertising cannot be done yet. But experience must be gained, information gathered, and a program written for the development of initiated children. Indeed, Indigo children will live on Russky.

And what about us? We have a City of Light. A boarding school, a kindergarten with overnight stay. Parents of future geniuses will move to live in the Zone of Light. Or perhaps make a boarding school in Zone 6? Or in any zone. In each zone one can build a school corresponding to that zone and select children of the corresponding rays by esoteric psychology.

In Zone 1 of the First Ray of Divine Will — a School of Leaders.

In Zone 2 of the Second Ray of Divine Love and Wisdom — an esoteric school of Teachers of Wisdom, a school for future parents.

In Zone 3 of the Third Ray of Active Knowledge — a School of Thought-Form Creativity.

In Zone 4 of the Fourth Ray of Harmony — a School of Meditative Esoteric Art.

In Zone 5 of the Fifth Ray of Pure Mind — a School of Esoteric Sciences, Metaphysics, esoteric quantum physics, etc.

In Zone 6 of the Sixth Ray of Devotion and Idealism — a School of Esoteric Ideology and Philosophy, a Temple of All Religions.

In Zone 7 of the Seventh Ray of Spirit-Matter — a School of White Magic, materialization of thought-forms; a Center — the School of the Seven Rays.

Marianna wrote me a letter, and we received the same idea about creating the School of Light:

“I received your letter. One can feel the spirit of unity that arises when true friends unite. Precisely because modern school resembles a soulless machine that forces all children into one template, the creation of a School of Light is so important. Children born with full Cosmic Consciousness, fully awakened and connected to the Spark of Divine Light they carry inside, their energy field sparkles like Diamonds as they sow New Energies into the Collective Fields of Light on Earth. Our task is to be Channels and Expressions of the New Energy, to assist in creating stable relationships with Nature so that the Planet may have a viable future in Peace, Love, and Sustainability.”

Even when I read online how she wrote about Mount Pidan, I liked her beautiful style, with all those flourishes. Although, for some it may seem difficult, as if written on a channel in a cosmic language.

Today I spoke with Vera. She has a granddaughter Anya, an unusual girl, and for a long time she has been persuading her grandmother to go to “the Chair” (that is what people call the Mountain of Power, because it truly resembles a huge chair, or rather an armchair, the Throne of God). Nothing is accidental: something pulls her there. Perhaps from a hike to that hill she will begin spiritual development.

Vera worked at a school and a kindergarten as a methodologist, and she is very disappointed in modern school, where her granddaughter does not really want to study. But there is no alternative, not yet. I think that soon children, among whom Indigo children will be the majority, will begin actively protesting against modern school, and with them their parents. But the problem is that alternative spiritual schools need spiritual teachers. Where to get them? Even if they exist, they cannot work in an ordinary school with ordinary bureaucrat-directors, so they leave for other fields.

So what should be done? Rainbow, advise me.

— First one must create alternative schools, as you correctly think, and then destroy the old ones, there is no other way. The old never leaves voluntarily. One can begin reform from above, but for this a spiritual government is necessary, consisting of the initiated. And there is nowhere to take them yet either. And if you wait until the new generation of Indigo children grows up, you will have to wait a long time, and many children simply will not withstand it, they will break. Therefore a revolution is needed, accelerated evolution.

And what to do with the old teachers, they can do nothing else. Wait until they die out like mammoths? There is a way for now: home education, using methods like the Shchetinin school. If the state pays parents a good subsidy for home schooling, many will want to teach children individually, as the wealthy once taught their children, there were home tutors. One only needs to pass a law and allocate money.

Better yet: appeal to the President or to Putin and create an initiative group to create such a law. Especially since the law already exists; one only needs to adjust it and allocate more money. The stimulus should be the idea of individualized education of gifted children and the creation of special schools for children with anomalous abilities. But for that, there must be a need to use such children’s abilities. And for that, institutes must be created that will need specialists with anomalous abilities. Such people solve any problems better than others — and in the future, even more so.

You must use the experience of Sai Baba’s schools and institutes in India, where half the time is devoted to spiritual education and meditation. In future crises and Transitions, the countries that survive will be those that engage in children’s spiritual development.

Soon the power of the Black Hierarchy will be destroyed; the Hierarchy of Light will come to power. But for now there are far fewer conductors and servants of Light than conductors of the Black Lodge. As long as material values and self-serving egoism stand first for people, they will be conductors of darkness and ignorance.

Therefore nothing remains but to destroy this material world and eliminate the conductors of the Black Lodge. Alas. Either people will destroy the Earth, which we cannot allow, or the Earth (and she is a a conscious being) will destroy people through natural cataclysms. Cancer cells will be destroyed: somewhere entire tumors (as in the USA), and somewhere individual specimens.

In villages people are more spiritual, because they communicate with nature, love it, love the earth, work on it. They are less attached to matter, and they have less egoism, impudence, and arrogance. Therefore villages will suffer less. But large cities, where people are turned into zombies and degeneration occurs, may suffer greatly even from a simple power outage.

— Now it’s clear why crises happen: people themselves are to blame. So if people develop spiritually and live by cosmic laws, there will be neither crises nor cataclysms?

— Yes. Any crises and cataclysms can be foreseen and eliminated in advance, or reduced to a minimum, or even used.

— Then what should we do now?

— Build oases of Light amid the swamp and the desert. And try to build a new world. If you sit and wait and do nothing, nothing good will happen. You must act. You must work on the mental plane and create projects of a new world, and then materialize them, as we told you earlier. And even better, do it as a group; then the effect increases thousands of times.

— Now it’s clear what must be done: create, be a co-creator with God. We must create a project bureau, or better… What is better?

— An Institute for designing the future system of government and the system of esoteric education.

— Alice Bailey has a book Education in the New Age.

— Then you write a similar book.

— Easy to say.

— And we will help you. Alice Bailey was the stenographer of Djwhal Khul, a Teacher of Shambhala, she received “channelings,” as they say now. And you are no worse. You even possess the “science of impressions,” which Blavatsky possessed, receiving information in thought-forms. And now we have taught you to receive information as a holographic packet. We will hand you a ready book or projects, and you sit, examine, read them off, and type them. But it is better if you yourself participate in creating such a book and projects, because you have great human experience and a modern clear style of language.

Who read the book Education in the New Age? And who uses it? Almost no one. Another way of presenting information is needed, another style. And you have it. You simply must make a good translation in a free, interesting style, so that the book reads like a fairy tale, like an adventure novel; so that it carries bright energies, and so that one cannot tear oneself away. That is the talent of a writer.

Why is it interesting to read Blavatsky, though much there is unclear? Because she was a talented writer, and she also has wonderful artworks. And besides, she possessed various anomalous abilities from childhood.

— All right. I’ll try.

I took the book and began to read. The language is complex, not clear to many. And the book was written in the middle of the last century, and in English, for an English mentality. Russians perceive the world differently: they live by emotion, and their intuition works better than logic. I will write my comments: for a Russian person of the 21st century, maybe of the 2020s, or for the initiated.

Ch. 1. The Aims of the New Education. Introductory Remarks. p. 2

The three points of the general theme are:

The technique of training in the future (I think this future has already arrived).

The Science of Antahkarana (a Sanskrit word and difficult; there is nothing to replace it with). It describes a way of eliminating the gap in human consciousness between the world of ordinary human experience, the threefold world of physical-emotional-mental functioning, and the higher levels of so-called spiritual development: namely, the world of ideas, intuitive perception, spiritual insight, and understanding.

(The language is “alien.” How hard it is for the Teachers to speak to us about spiritual divine things in our human language! And there are no suitable words, and the translation from English is heavy. That is: the science of antahkarana helps connect the 3rd dimension and the 5th, the three dimensions of the physical, astral (emotional), and mental world with the fourth, buddhic (the world of the soul), and the fifth, atmic (the world of the eternal spirit and divine ideas, or the higher mental plane). For an ordinary intellectual who has not studied esoteric teachings, this language may seem even more difficult, as it includes esoteric terms; but for the initiated everything will be simple and clear.)

Methods of building the antahkarana. It leads to overcoming limitations:physical or psychological, — that hinder a person’s free expression of their inner divinity… this subject includes advanced meditative practices. One must awaken spirit through meditation and develop consciousness so that a person recognizes themselves not as a rational animal but as an embodied eternal spirit, as a cell of God, a part of God.

…When group thought-waves penetrate the mental atmosphere of humanity, people receive impressions, and new ways of life and development are more easily established…. That is: if a group creates projects, thought-forms, then some people (for example, those in power) can receive these impressions and implement these new projects in life, though, under the guise of their own. (One must create thought-forms of new law projects, spiritual schools, a new world order, as a group, and send them into the mental atmosphere of humanity.)

…In esoteric philosophy… on the mental plane there are three aspects of mind:

The lower concrete mind, the principle of rationality (this is what our education and psychology deal with).

The Son of Mind, the Ego or the Soul. This is the principle of knowledge, or the Solar Angel, Agnishvattas, the Christ principle, etc. (religion dealt with it).

The higher abstract mind, the custodian of ideas, the transmitter of illumination to the lower mind (philosophy claimed to deal with the world of ideas)….

Education in the New Age must eliminate the gap between the three aspects of the nature of mind: between the soul and the lower mind, ensuring union between soul and personality; between lower mind, soul, and higher mind….

Education, thus, is the Science of the Antahkarana, the building of a bridge, through meditation, understanding, and the magical creative work of the soul, between the three aspects of mind’s nature. Therefore the primary tasks of future education will be:

Ensure alignment between mind and brain through correct understanding of the inner constitution of the human being: in particular the etheric body and the force centers (energy centers — chakras).

Build a bridge between brain–mind–soul, forming an integrated personality…

Build a bridge between lower mind, soul, and higher mind, so that illumination of the personality becomes possible….

p. 16 …The basic need facing the educational world today is the disclosure of connection with the world of meaning, not with the world of objective phenomena. Until the purpose of education becomes orienting a person toward the world of inner realities (that is, the spiritual world) and eliminating the gap between the three lower aspects of the human being and the soul, we will hardly make progress in the right directions, and we will not form a humanity that can truly think. For now the mind reflects the lower nature of desire, without attempting to know the higher.

p. 17 When the right method of teaching is established, the mind will become a reflector of the soul, and will become so sensitive to the world of true values that the lower nature, mental, emotional, and physical, will become only the soul’s automatic servant. The soul will control its instrument, the lower mind…. In our time, alas, the trained mind is considered the highest expression of which humanity is capable. It is viewed exclusively from the angle of the personality, and the possibility of something existing that can use the mind is not noticed….

p. 19 Therefore the task of education is to train the mechanism that responds to the life of the soul….

Let us consider the aspects and attributes of the soul:

Will, or purpose. The right direction of the will must become one of the chief concerns of all true teachers. The will-to-good, the will-to-beauty, and the will-to-service must be cultivated.

Love–Wisdom. Education must unfold self-consciousness until the person understands that their consciousness is part of a greater whole. They acquire group consciousness. This is love. It leads to wisdom, which is love in manifested activity. Interest in self becomes group interest. Love of self (self-consciousness), love of those around (group consciousness) finally becomes love of the Whole (Divine consciousness).

Active Knowledge. It is connected with the unfolding of the creative nature of the conscious spiritual human being. One must explain the nature of ideas, how to intuitively grasp them, and the laws that should govern any creative work.

Harmony through conflict. This is consciousness of harmony and beauty, guiding the human being on the path of evolution back to their Source (the Spiritual Father).

Concrete Knowledge. It enables a person to build thought-forms by which they materialize insights and dreams and realize ideas, using the lower concrete mind.

Devotion and Idealism. The inner idealism present in every child must be engaged.

Order and Spirit–Matter. Teachers must work with this innate attribute and instinct for an ordered rhythm of life and labor, making it more creative and providing, through it, a field for the unfolding of the soul’s abilities.

These are the basic ideas that should lie at the foundation of educational trends.

Educational systems should not place the emphasis on stuffing the brain and mind with facts of the evolutionary process and research on the physical plane.

A true teacher must work with energies in a world of energies. Every human being can be regarded as a combination of energies, headed by some type of energy that distinguishes them from others. There are seven types of energies that qualify all forms, and these in turn subdivide into forty-nine types of energies of differing quality. Each child is a microscopic embodiment of the Macrocosm. If today parents evade a child’s questions, in the future parents will themselves ask the child questions, thereby shifting responsibility for the answer onto the child, while at the same time imperceptibly implanting the resolution of the question into the child’s mind.

I study the book and feel what heavy energies it has, my brain is boiling. Even E. Roerich criticized the Tibetan’s teaching and A. Bailey’s, saying there is no heart in it. Yet it is a scientific teaching containing much concrete information. And the Teaching of Living Ethics is the teaching of the heart, but it is not scientific and is difficult for many. And why would the Teachers give a new, even more complex scientific-esoteric teaching if people have not yet mastered this one fully? We must chew and study what has already been given.

We must add the energies of Light and Love to the Treatise on the Seven Rays, then it may work in practice. Rainbow, what do you say?

— That will be your mission. You are able to synthesize everything and bring it into a unified system. So try to unify scientific-esoteric knowledge, quantum physics, Divine Love and Light. Your soul-ray is the ray of Love–Wisdom. After all, you wrote a scientific treatise about God and the Universe in poetic form, and in the form of an esoteric fairy tale about the Goddess Lucia.

— Yes, only no one wants to study that treatise yet.

— Wait. Everything has its time. Soon that treatise will be studied in esoteric schools. By then you will have written more than one book. You know: your mission is to give people new knowledge. Soon there will appear people who need your knowledge.

But for now we must save people and children so that they safely pass the Transition into the 5th dimension and survive all hardships on the physical plane. Now the question is survival. We must also build a new World with a new order, a new economy, a new education, and a new science. New laws must be created and a new state built. We must also unite and build a Network of Light.

The Hierarchy of Light must manifest on the physical plane — the time has come. Soon the initiated will come to power, but first they must be prepared, and you must help them. And we must wait a little until these initiated, incarnated high Spirits and Avatars, grow up. They need your help. Build a community, a school, a center, a group, etc. Create a network of the initiated on the physical plane, and we will help you.

— People don’t really want to communicate and unite, let alone do something together.

— It’s all right. Work for now on the other planes. Communicate with us, with the group. Develop projects, build a new world and work on its materialization. Learn, it will be useful. Review different variants of the future in detail, choose the best, and think what must be done so that it manifests on the physical plane.

— All right. I will dream, I like that. I also want to meditate and fly with you.

— Where shall we fly?

— To the cosmic Plane of Love, besides, tomorrow is New Year.
