What Exactly Is Direct Democracy Portal?

Direct Democracy Portal (DDP) is a software (computer program) based on object-oriented EDL - Entity Description Language. Actually, it is the whole system of portals – one for each village, city, district, state, province, country and the whole New Civilization.

Each DDP will connect the constituents of the entity in question directly to the corresponding government. And thus, will enable every individual to directly (and continuously) participate in governing his or her village, city, district, state, province, country, etc. For the first time in human history.

And – again for the first time in human history – will make all governments (executive power) completely transparent to their constituents. All government projects, processes, activities, functions, organizations, etc. Which (an additional bonus) will do away will all fairy tales of “government conspiracies”. For good.

DDP will provide every citizen (and even non-citizen – everyone is welcome to make a contribution) with many tools for participating in governing every entity – from a tiny village to the whole New Civilization.

Every citizen (and even permanent and temporary resident or even a “foreign friend” of the entity in question) will be able to participate in direct democracy in many different ways.

Monitoring government processes, projects, activities and organizations. Posting comments, ideas, suggestions, etc. to “all of the above”. Posting other ideas, suggestions, project proposals, papers and other government-related content.

DDP will also make it possible for every citizen (and for every permanent or temporary resident and even a “foreign friend”) to participate in government processes, projects, activities and organizations. In other words, to become a volunteer (or even paid) public servant.

Obviously, the DDP will utilize all state-of-the-art information & knowledge management tools & technologies: social networks, data mining, Big Data, artificial intelligence, etc.
