Paranormal and Paranoid - Why I Wrote This Book

It is a well-established fact that every writer (whether of fiction or non-fiction) usually writes the book that he or she wants to read but can’t find… so he or she has no other choice but to write it. And I am no exception, of course.

My irresistible desire to write “The Comprehensive Guide to Paranormal and Paranoid” was generated by my education (no surprise here), my work experience (ditto) and my current primary occupation (no surprise here either).

My first degree is M.S. in theoretical nuclear physics – and just as about every such physicist, I wanted to (ultimately) develop a genuinely comprehensive picture of our world (our Universe).

My second degree is MBA in Information Systems so I wanted to (ultimately) develop a genuinely comprehensive system (repository) of knowledge about every organization (business, government entity, non-profit, etc.) and its environment.

This desire was reinforced by my work experience in a corporate finance department of a major European investment bank and as a management consultant specializing in business analysis, valuation and reengineering – where I did exactly that.

When I was about 22, I became aware of my (quite formidable, as it turned out), mystical (psychic) capabilities. And of things paranormal (astrology, numerology, ghosts, etc.) and paranoid (conspiracy theories, secret societies, etc.).

About three years ago I decided to become a full-time fiction writer specializing in mystical thrillers… which means that paranoid and paranormal are my bread and butter – foundation for just about every fiction book of mine.

The two objectives of this book – which I absolutely have to write now – are (1) to develop a genuinely comprehensive vision on “paranormal and paranoid” components of our world – which currently does not exist yet (I checked); and (2) a comprehensive system of things to write about in my future fiction books - “paranormal and paranoid” foundations for the latter.

Tens (if not hundreds) of millions of individuals worldwide are interested in paranormal and paranoid – thanks to X-Files and the like – so I am completely confident that millions will want to buy and read “The Comprehensive Guide to Paranormal and Paranoid”.
