Onion, garlic and cloves
Friends, the title mentions those wonderful plants that can help with many ailments, especially infections, viruses, and acute respiratory infections.
As a doctor, I had little knowledge of herbal medicine; we didn't have any classes, perhaps it was an elective.
I decided to write this article because the other day I accidentally left half a large onion in my room where I was sleeping.
I should mention that I've been studying, or rather collecting information about anti-aging and longevity for 8-9 years now.
Few people know, but there's a very serious belief that parasites can cause up to 70% of ALL human diseases, and even cancer.
Little is known, for example, that sulfur deposit found in old houses, especially in damp areas like bathtubs, is so-called "black mold."
This mold is the one that caused fatal lung diseases in excavators of the tombs of the Pharaohs in Egypt; it is very dangerous to humans.
Essentially, mold, mildew, and decay are nature's defense mechanisms to eliminate the old, the obsolete, and the unnecessary from all living things, including humans.
For example, candidiasis is a very common disease in humans, caused by fungi of the genus Candida albicans. These fungi are classified as opportunistic pathogens. I was surprised to discover why these "enemies of humanity" are opportunistic. That is, they aren't particularly dangerous to humans, but they are present in almost everyone.
I found a definition of Candida albicans: it is opportunistic as long as the human body and immune system are strong enough to contain its onslaught!
There is research by the respected Italian doctor Tulio Simoncini that suggests it is the cause of cancer and can even cause cancer itself.
To determine whether a person has candidiasis, you need to get tested for immunoglobulin g antibodies. This disease can be latent or unnoticed, but treatment is essential if latent or any candidiasis is detected.
The same applies to parasitology. There are many parasites, and they also develop in various forms in the human body, sometimes even undetected.
The main signs of helminth infestation are general malaise, headaches, and intestinal pain. Fatigue, mild depression, low mood, coughing, and more.
The well-known stool test for pinworms is not enough; you should consult your clinic epidemiologist and ask for a referral for a blood test to detect antibodies against all parasites.
Alternatively, you can go to a private lab and have your blood tested.
I'll say that those who study longevity know that one of the principles of a healthy lifespan is to shed the burden or burden on the immune system. Specifically, it's necessary to free the immune system from fighting existing diseases. This means determining whether there are any chronic illnesses, even untreated tooth decay, periodontal disease, or any chronic illness in general. This places an unnecessary burden on the immune system and must be addressed.
Parasites and fungi not only live in the human body, they feed there, excrete processed substances, and literally consume the body's energy. This causes a decline in strength and mood. Intermittent depression and general loss of energy are possible.
One of the approaches being explored in the science of longevity is to stop chronic inflammation and possible parasite infestation.
Essentially, and this is clear to anyone without a medical background, any chronic, untreated inflammation (like untreated tooth decay) or other diseases, especially fungal (mycosis), candidiasis, and other infections, stress the immune system and place a constant strain on it. This is also true for latent or undetected worm infestation, for example.
All of this places additional strain on the body, and it's best to combat and mitigate these sources of stress on the immune system whenever possible.
The same applies to chemical foods—for example, if a person eats something chemical and unnatural, perhaps even GMO foods, the body and immune system have to work hard to eliminate the chemicals. Our immune system is our faithful friend and guardian of human health.
Our body attempts to neutralize any chemical, such as a viral invasion, infection, gasoline molecule, or other chemical in the air, to protect us.
Therefore, it's best to seek out natural food sources and clean water, and try to avoid smoky air whenever possible. It's also very important to ventilate the rooms where we live or work, especially in the North, where you can buy window sealing paper at hardware stores, but modern double-glazed windows guarantee maximum protection from outside air.
The problem is that when windows are closed and the room isn't ventilated, carbon dioxide can accumulate without being noticed. People don't even notice it and can remain in unventilated spaces for long periods without feeling short of breath.
Why? We have very strong protective and compensatory mechanisms, but the oxygen-deprived metabolic pathway the body must switch to is unnatural. People who spend long periods in unventilated spaces can develop tissue hypoxia, which in turn can lead to illness. People may then wonder where it all came from, look for hereditary causes, visit doctors, and so on.
I'll say that the key to good health—and not just good health but also a great mood—is adopting a healthy lifestyle.

One of the ways is a healthy lifestyle. It turns out that the happiness hormone serotonin is 95% produced by friendly intestinal microflora and only 5% by the human brain. Is this a secret? Few people know this information, including doctors and medical personnel. What's happening in our time of the prevalence of chemicals in food and sugar everywhere?
Why aren't doctors particularly recommending sugar? Parasites and fungi are pathogenic; if they live in the human body, sugar is basically their only food. Unlike humans, they don't have a complex digestive system, and sugar is their only good source of life and energy.
From this, we conclude that to combat parasites, it is necessary to deprive them of food: sugar, all baked goods, pastries, cakes, and so on.
The second is switching to a healthy diet, which means organic food, lots of greens and fruits, and following some important nutritional principles: eating protein foods first—meat, fish—and then carbohydrates. The stomach will always switch to complex foods first. Second, avoid drinking water or, especially, sugary soda with meals—this dilutes the gastric juice and can have a very negative impact on digestion.
Regarding healthy eating, it's important to mention Academician Alexander Mikhailovich Ugolev's theory of self-digestion.
According to him, one of the most likely causes of aging is processed or prepared foods. Raw foods contain the necessary substances for digestion, but processed or cooked foods, rather than raw, have much less of them, and the body must draw from its own internal reserves to digest food, thus losing strength and energy. (One of his famous works is "The Theory of Adequate Nutrition and Trophology")
Speaking of the title of the article and these essential aids to good health and longevity, it's necessary to mention another little-known remedy for protecting and cleansing all living things from decay and parasites: ordinary baking soda.
Soda is an alkali, and illness usually acidifies the body. I've mentioned in my works that the Italian doctor Tulio Simoncini treats cancer patients with ordinary baking soda.
Soda cleanses the blood and intestines of impurities and parasites and reduces acidity in the body. The same applies to plants; many gardeners, for example, use baking soda in their watering solution to improve plant growth and combat fungal infections.
Plants and animals in general are just as susceptible to fungal diseases as humans, and baking soda can be a good and inexpensive aid for treatment and recovery.
The question is, if the soil is alkaline, it's best not to use baking soda or sodium bicarbonate to alkalize the soil; this can be detrimental to plants.
Baking soda is a miracle cure, and the recipe for taking it is quite simple: take a level teaspoon of baking soda and place it in a mug or glass. Then, add a little boiling water until the baking soda begins to bubble—this is the reaction that quenches the baking soda. Stir everything together and add boiled water so that the solution is not too hot and is safe to drink.
The course usually lasts 4-5 days, taking it in the morning on an empty stomach. Remember that the stomach is acidic, so you can't eat for at least 45 minutes to an hour after taking the baking soda.
For complex illnesses, baking soda can be taken in the morning and evening on an empty stomach, and in the evening about three hours after eating.
I personally cured a virtually incurable disease, Staphylococcus aureus septicemia (in 2018, I underwent three surgeries for purulent abscesses and even had my blood purified with ultraviolet light after the third surgery, but nothing helped). However, after four days of drinking baking soda, everything was cured, and even for a whole year after this treatment, I haven't had any acute respiratory infections or flu.
Regarding cloves, onions, and garlic:
I should say what can be done to improve health in an urban environment, for example?
I think you could take a course—for example, two or three days or nights, or more. Honestly, I don't yet know how long you can keep chopped onions, garlic, and, for example, cloves (clove seasoning is sold in any grocery hypermarket) in your room at night or during the day.
Essential oils are well-known, and they are undoubtedly very beneficial.
When I cut a large onion (it should sting your eyes if it's a good onion), I woke up with garlic and my shirt was damp—that's how seriously it affects the human body. Just recently, I left a jar of cloves next to me overnight (pictured), and the next day I had chills and a feeling of chills. Then it went away, and I thought it was probably a reaction to the cloves.
Cloves are very powerful, perhaps the strongest of all.
But you should probably be careful when eating or taking them, because I remember being overly fond of them and then getting a headache. You should probably be careful when eating them, and you should probably do some research online.
There are several antiparasitic remedies for worms and parasites, and I know one of them called Troichatka—it contains powerful herbs such as wormwood, tansy, and cloves. It comes in capsules with 60-120 capsules, and I've taken it myself. It's effective. There are also other anti-worming kits, for example, with yarrow.
This trio targets different stages of worm development, which is why it's a very good remedy.
Wormwood itself, which can also be found and purchased separately, is also available. I've used decoctions of it—for example, boil it in a closed container for 5-10 minutes and drink it. It's very bitter, which is probably why it's so valuable for fighting worms and parasites.
One of the most common parasitic diseases in nature is ascariasis. Itching and itching in the anus are obvious signs of the disease, as the roundworms exit the colon through the anus and lay eggs there. When a person scratches the area, they pick up the eggs with their fingers, which then ends up in the mouth and enter the digestive system—this is their life cycle. If you notice this itching sensation in this area, you must immediately take measures to combat ascariasis. Ascaris can usually be picked up in the soil, so you must thoroughly wash your hands after working on the ground and in the garden; it is better to use gloves and generally wash vegetables and fruits brought from the market and probably from stores.
It's well-known that with a strong immune system, virtually no illness is a threat.
Immunity is boosted by being outdoors, walking, exercise, and, of course, eating healthy food and having a good mood. Sunlight is known to promote the production of the happiness hormone serotonin.
I've already mentioned that these three plants and baking soda can be used to prevent intestinal diseases.
Not long ago, I watched an interesting video online where they did an experiment: they left pieces of produce and antiseptics—onions, garlic, and other substances—in tightly sealed glass jars.
In the first experiment, the onion won—after a month, the onion jar showed no mold, while all the other jars showed mold, even where the garlic had been.
In another similar experiment, they tried whole cloves, and they outperformed onions in their effectiveness against mold.
It turns out that cloves are a better remedy for mold and rot than even onions or garlic.
Recently I spoke with Ayurvedic specialist and he told me that the miraculous properties of onions and garlic have long been known in Ayurveda, but are they used specifically in herbal medicine or are they simply left indoors to affect the entire room and not eaten?
Perhaps.
To be honest, that evening, as usual, I took wormwood capsules with my meals and ground cloves with my food.
Perhaps all of this combined works better.
Perhaps you should consult with knowledgeable physiotherapists for the best preventative effect.
