Recognition of incapasitation

I will not go deeply in all details, but in a short version: one my pregnant on 8th month friend in Kiev, Ukraine, who, for 11 days lived with her mother in a basement of her house, with 100 of other tenants, because of Russian bombs, fallen on the city, finally, with my help, found exit, first to Budapest, Hungary, spending 20 hours, in full with olderly people and other pregnant females and children, finally ending in Berlin, Germany, where she gave birth to her Sofie, wrote me her message, that her young married couple is lending in Kennedy airport at 11 pm on 21st of Jan., 2024 and asked me, if I know someone to accommodate them. I had a guest room, I usually rent, not occupied and they lived with me full year free of charge, until they got food stamps and she learned English and got some job.
During that time, I’ve seen many ads about investing and I was tempted to restore my loss, by connecting with trading company and without any understanding and experience, trusting completely, invested my first loss, than, thinking to compensate loss, invested to another company, which repeated steps of first one, almost identical.
My son, finding out about my action, was so depressed, the same time, splitting with his love, cherished for 16 years, since their 16 years of age, that he started to have stomach problems….
I was looking for a lawyer, in order to find my money and besides, declared loss to police and FBI. It did not change anything.
Lawyer, I found, asked me to pay more money in different nominations, using bitcoin machine and Western Union and I trusted him, because he said, he found my $296,000 and ready to move it to my account. It made me happy, but on the back of my mind, I felt, that it could be lie.
One day, before moving money to my bank, he asked me to send him additional $3650, to clear my money from “dirt”.
I asked, what that means? He said, that who used these money, where doing illegal operation and bank must clear it, before sending to my bank.
It was the end of our communication.
My son became terribly depressed, shared my story with his mother (we divorced, when he was 9 yers old and she remarried and happily lives in Mexico.
Alex, my son, lost his patience and called a Lawyer Company, declaring me as a person, who is incapable of managing life.
All that period of my artistic life, I was crazy busy with many my solo and group shows and performances and making my new masks for shows and teaching art and my mind was not in reality.
Alex invited head of law company with few other people to my apartment, but I had no idea of that reason.

I, as I usually do, invited all to have my soup and second dish and my original fruit pie, I invented, but they refused and started to ask different simple questions. I did not understand, what is going on, but they left.

My Ukrainian couple left, not being happy, that I asked them to pay rent.
I continued doing my solo shows and Teen Arts workshops and I had few outstanding exhibitions with my singing friends, devoted to my active artistic life, when suddenly, on May 16, I picked up from my mail box a thick package from Shapiro Crowling Law company. I had no time to look at it right away, because, exactly this morning, my friend drove me to a Bergen County Teen Arts Festival, where two of my friends from Brooklyn, finally decided to participate in my sculpture workshop! I had two workshops, like in Union County, but my second workshop was unusual big. First time in my life I had 125 students!  And 25 kids were waiting, if I could accomodate them, but I had no clay and free sits anymore. Total I had 176 students in 2 workshops!
We loved it and my friends had great time as well!
In cafeteria, where I invited them, we opened package and one of them, who worked with olderly people, explained me, step - by - step, meaning of core of content.
I was recognised as “INCAPASITATED” person, who is not able to take care of himself and need an outside an assistant, who will manage my life, by being paid by my Social Security money. My account will be closed and different account will be open for guardianship, in which all legal money will be deposited. My cards will be shot down and I’m not allowed to have cash and have a job and sell my art. Guardian will write rent checks and all other expenses will be charged from the same account.
13 professionals of different disciplines signed their letters and all received payment for their services total of $18,000!
Letters described 5 paragraphs of my crazy behavior and all facts were not right, but company had court meetings, where I was not invited, because I’m not in my mind, by conclusion of phsichoanalist, who was in my house.
