(K.X.Momjian. Introduction to Social Philosophy, 1997) Sorokin were distinguished by their desire to embrace the subject of knowledge in its entirety and integrity. (Medvedev V.A. The desire for synthesis, comprehensiveness, wholeness manifested itself with particular force in P.Sorokin in the second half of his life, when he criticized the understanding of social phenomena from the standpoint of scientism and empiricism. P.Sorokin brought to the fore the problems of culture, created the theory of integrals, and on this basis made his forecast of world socio-cultural dynamics. In the final stage of his research, P.Sorokin was engaged in ethical issues - the study of the creative energy of love and altruism. (Badmaeva M.B. In his work "Social and Cultural Dynamics" P.Sorokin uses the term "culture", not "society". In his opinion, the socio-cultural system (supersystem) is a broader concept that includes "society".
The ideas of P.Sorokin found understanding and development among his students and followers, some of whom became world-famous scientists, including R.Merton, J.Homans, F.White, T.Parsons, who were his direct students. However, this remarkable fact has not yet led to a final solution to the problem of all-unity in science. At the same time, in our opinion,  the closest works that can solve this problem are the works of Aristotle. Their accidental division into two parts, physics and metaphysics, was of epochal importance for the historical fate of science. However, the essence of the ideas of P.Sorokin consists precisely in combining these directions. This means that the initial principles of a unified theory lie in an attempt to consider works as a single ideology that has a systemic basis in the form of 10 categories. The use of these fundamental foundations in the form of principles for the formation of a model of the evolution of being allowed S.N.Grinchenko to build a hierarchical model of being. And in this model, it is the thirteenth (Biogeocenoses)  phase of the meta-evolution of life that includes populations of organisms, which in the case of man is society,  the basis of which is human speech and labor. It should be noted that Aristotle in his ontology, first of all, examines the relations between the concepts (speech!) And sensual being. This is the sphere of the "sensual socio-cultural system" according to P.Sorokin. Human speech is both the result of differentiation, when images arise and sound/written symbols are created. But speech is also the result of the integration of words in the creation of concepts of logical functions and arguments, with the help of which man has always known the truth and distinguished it from falsehood. But this is not enough. Any truth turns out to be relative and depends on the VALUE for a person.  In order for the "truth"  to become convincing to a person, it must be measured. Therefore, modern philosophy has two components – reflective and qualitative philosophy. (K.X.Momjian) And since Nature created Man gradually and at first, of course,  there was no speech, then for the appearance of speech from the very beginning, the prerequisites that led to the appearance of speech/information and their evaluation from the point of view of correspondence between the goals of the existence of life in general and man had to be met, in particular.
 
On human heuristic errors

There have been few wise people in the history of mankind. One of them is Pitirim Sorokin. He is a man who had an integral view of the world. The main ideas of P.Sorokina:
i. – growth of the world crisis
ii. – acceleration of all social processes
iii. – globalization
Events in the world in the forty years after the Palestinian Revolution.Sorokin confirmed the correctness of his assessments and forecasts. Such success was made possible by the fact that P.Sorokin was able to predict the significance of advances in the field of quantum mechanics for sociology even before philosophers came to the same conclusions. The principles of quantum mechanics pointed to the existence of such a mechanism for controlling physical processes in nature, which makes it possible to fight in the growth of entropy. This mechanism is adaptive search engine optimization, which carries out the search for the extremum of the functions of the goal, most often of an energy nature. It is known that the law of increasing entropy due to the dissipation of energy indicates the evolution of nature towards heat death. Adaptive search engine optimization is at the heart of the emergence and development of life in Nature. That is, this is a mechanism that allows you to fight the increase in entropy. This mechanism has several very useful properties that allow life not only to appear in Nature, but also to achieve great complexity while maintaining resistance to external influences. It is this mechanism of adaptive search engine optimization that is responsible for the existence and development of humanity on Earth.
In his monograph "Metaevolution", S.N.Grinchenko showed how all being appeared and exists on the basis of optimization. However, in order to ensure greater stability and reliability, the nature of Al's uses of the so-called meta-transitions, as a result of which our being has 52 levels.
Due to the property of absolute stability, the mechanism of adaptive search engine optimization turns out to be a unique mechanism for combating the growth of entropy. This mechanism has all the features of the internalized concept of being. And the entropy function of the quantum ensemble developed by Planck at the beginning of the  20th century turns out to be adequate to the model model of the Quantum Ensemble, which is at the foundation of both the existence of biological objects and the existence of human society. The properties of this model of organismic systems allow us to understand much of what is happening in human society. The mathematical analysis of the search for the function of the goal of the  "highest good"  type according to Aristotle makes it possible to obtain a complete system of physical variables that describe the reproductive activity of human society. This is labor / dimension "time"; approximately proportional to the number of people on Earth/, resource /dimension "mass"; raw material/, product /dimension "mass"/, energy /dimension "energy"/, infraster Gia/, infraster Pgitura /dimension of sewerage of people and products of human activity/.  Information about these variables is a change in entropy (dimension "action", which is the product of energy and time). Entropy-information is the only source of changes occurring in nature. At the same time,  the sum of all the estimated changes, that is, the integral, again returns in the natural system to the information-entropy. This process exists in the form of optimization. The study of the optimization algorithm reveals a number of properties of this process, on the basis of which  life, thinking and cognition arise, improve and exist.
Let's consider, for example, crises. As S.N.Grinchenko,  the stages of the historical development of mankind became shorter and shorter over time and reached their minimum values after 1982. The experiment with the optimizer's model shows that the acceleration of search processes is accompanied by an increase in the "loss" of search, which can naturally be interpreted as an increase in crisis phenomena in socio-technical processes. It should be noted that Pitirim Sorokin predicted the increase in crisis phenomena in the 20th century. The development of global processes in a crisis situation led to the emergence of threatening processes on Earth. This is the well-known warming of the climate due to industrial emissions, this is the reduction of the resources of industrial emissions, this is the reduction of the resources of fuel and energy, this is the pollution and poisoning of Nature, the build-up of armaments. In general, it posed a threat not only to the normal life of people, but also to the destruction of human civilization on Earth. Fortunately, after 1982, the periods of global processes began to increase, which led to a decrease in the severity of crises. However, the situation of aggravation of the crisis on a global scale has set the task of creating a system of global regulation of social processes.
To combat the global problems that have emerged, there is a need to introduce restrictions, prohibitions, and borders. Today, the healing powers of Nature still make it possible to eliminate a certain degree of threat and restore some resources to an acceptable level. But this policy requires the use of regulation on the principle of strict negative feedback. Scientific research shows that in any integral system, the use of tight control leads to instability if the number of variables regulated becomes more than three variables. It is logical to assume that the achievement of restrictions and the need to regulate some variables took place earlier in history. But today such regulation turns out to be the most necessary.
Let us make such an assumption that optimization processes stop at a set of constraints and that in the future there will always be a need to regulate according to three constraints /as the theory of control stability allows/. Possible variants of the organization of management in society, to which Ermin "civilization" is fully applicable, are all combinations of controlled and uncontrollable variables. Controlled variables are subject to tight regulation. The rest operate in a "free market" mode.
According to para.Sorokin, all previous history was associated with man's desire for the "highest good". Aristotle in his "Ethics" described four /4/ goals typical for a large number of people. These are: bliss, nirvana, power and wealth. All these goals are achieved through production, trade or exchange, which is carried out in accordance with the principle of equivalent exchange. The analysis shows that trade/exchange is an unstable process that leads to inequality,  the emergence of stratification in society, the emergence of classes or groups of people and the struggle between them.
Pitirim Sorokin believed that by changing the goal, when the highest good is Truth, Goodness, Beauty,  you will get such a civilization /or several similar civilizations/, in which there will be no crises. At the same time, the main character of P.Sorokin named a person whose reason, morality and creativity will be the only and necessary condition for overcoming negative polarization and turning this unique opportunity into a true reality. In the above estimate of the number of civilizations with governance, the planned utopia of global regulation, there are 6 civilizations in which man must be severely regulated. In these civilizations, customs, morality, rhodoidoiddoidoidoitiddoitidooitidooi and customs will be subject to strict regulation, morals, ancestry, systems  of upbringing and education, issues of movement, creativity, etc.P. In our opinion, such management is a strict limitation of "reason, morality and creativity of man", there is learned violence. Such a state of affairs will be a real "crisis" of society! Own forecasts P.Sorokin substantiated by the fact that the optimization mechanism has three levels, to which in society there are three layers of socio-cultural systems,  of which the highest is the  "ideational" system. From the standpoint of the reflective philosophy " ideational system" corresponds to the second level of reflection. The first level is the  "idealistic" socio-cultural system. The "sensual" socio-cultural system is the initial, zero level of reflection. It is known from the theory of reflexive control that reflexive interaction can be considered as a "game"  that always has a  "solution" in a given configuration in a given configuration. that is, stable assessments of the interacting parties that correspond to their capabilities and limitations. That is, one side out of every two wins the game. Thus, people will always be "unequal" even in conditions of absolute civil equality.

Sociological doctrines have always been a tool for managing society, a channel for the introduction of culture, and have played a decisive role in the formation of civilizations. The source of new value systems in society, processes in culture, ideology, and society is formed, first of all, in science. In its simplest form, the quantum mechanical approach considers particles as the basis for the emergence of the body, and waves as the basis for the emergence of the soul. Man is the unity of both. But the same applies to science, in which there should be no extremes. As a result, classical science could not give us a holistic approach to the knowledge of being. It is not for nothing that Aristotle, moving from physics and "metaphysics",  first of all considers questions of ethics, and then  politics. Determining the position of people in society and their destinies is a very responsible task of the modern generation of people, for the solution of which we need not just the wisdom of politicians, scientists and philosophers, but the Wisdom of Humanity, which will have to solve difficult problems of choosing the goals and meaning of life on Earth more than once. The unified approach suggested by quantum mechanics is based on the use of speech, logic, and optimization. The general model of all processes of existence is the increase in entropy and the appearance of information with a decrease in entropy. Science, having learned the properties of the optimization algorithm, has created such a scientific map of the world on the basis of all-unity, which connects our life with philosophy. And philosophy, by definition, is the love of wisdom.
