Saturday 28/3/2026, I have Notice to Leave , the last day of Tenancy will be Sunday 31st May 2026.

I have received Notice to Leave from My Landlord.
Last day of Tenancy will be Sunday 31t May 2026 here

My new Landlord, his widow, their family,
they wanted this property back of market for own family needs.
I paid a rent regular monthly
for 12 years 7 months
as a private tenant in UK.
The security TDS Deposit had been paid by me in 2013.
I am a low income tenant now
on my 64 to 65 years age as a woman UK,
British woman Another Ethnic
and Another Religion in UK.
I had offer to buy this property,
it was before was to me.
I could not as no saving. 
No mortgage for low income or my age group,
as a standard mortgage 25 years or more.
They increased a rent on 30 pounds more of a Housing Benefit.
I had accepted, but this to pay just for 1 month May 2026.
I always paid in front for 12 years 7 month no any debt ]as

I respect rights of owner to owe manage own property.
I plan so to leave make My Landlord a comfort to have they wanted.
I do thankful as a long 12 years 7 months length private tenancy
that they accepted me to be their private tenant.
I sold my 3 bed roomed terraced house in ex-miners village Boughton
which closed to New Ollerton and Ollerton and Walesby and Walesby Scout Camp and Boughton Pumping Station Forest in January 2013. I rented that property after and moved for 1 bed-roomed property to rent. My ex- husband worked abroad as a civilian builder Team Project Manager whom had the insult loss abilities of speech move in September 2010, we divorced on April 2010 , we were being co-owners of property, shared 50 present each. The sale make money to use to improve the health condition back for my ex-husband, he recovery back his health condition, had had a heart operation and the recovery process.
I had not applied for Financial Settlement or his 50 precent Pension Fond he needed to recovery he was so bad .  I left on zero income since September 2010 as he was my financial supporter asked me not to work before. I stayed out a work from May 2025 on his ask as his wife.  I kept repayments precents on mortgage 2010-2013. I tried to sold property but my asked price 85 thousand pounds was not realistic, probably, I had a future Court Auction Notice so dropped down till 34 thousand pounds just make a sale so my ex husband and me had our share each .
I did a huge mistake not buying a bungalow with a deposit I had from a sale.
I was confused. I rent the property I sold for money left as I paid lots gifts to my relatives and charity too and to some homeless family. Things done on characters values habits. Later I rented more small size property, 1 bed roomed,
this with a notice to leave now.
