ABSTRACT:
Here are described some petty quarrels about trifles in a little neighbourhood (an entrance of big apartment building) in Bulgaria, i.e. about collecting of common money from everybody, which are indicative about both, our democratic poverty, and our barbarity. The point is that such is the behaviour of common people, not of highly placed political figures, so that our poor democratic achievements are results not only of objective circumstances but also, and predominantly, of our /_inborn barbarity_/ in a country of unbelievers! The material is in form of really written letters to the neighbours, which /_all_/ have remained without proper actions on the part of the masses. However, because it turned out at the end that the piece came to be pretty big (about 30 pages), I have decided to split it in two parts; yet it is interesting and funny enough, I vouch for this. Yeah, but later appeared also third, and even fourth part.
[ Idea for ILLUSTRATION: Ah, this is a task that I don't like much but try to do in case of necessity some time (after my demise, probably). So usually I require putting of a picture (square and probably 450 x 450 pixels) under the title and the author, and in this case on it has to be shown the following: in the left part of it are depicted 3 snakes (let them be cobras) staying on their tails with stuck out forked tongues, under which, in an oval and with arrows pointing to them, is written "barbarous neighbours", and in the right part stays humbly one chicken or duckling (pictured for more fun with spectacles), with partially plucked feathers lying around it, and below it similarly, in an oval and with pointing arrow, is written "democratic pauper"! I think that this is eloquent enough that it goes about bad neighbourhood and poor innocent victims of our democracy. ]

-3_. AGAIN SHORT INTRODUCTION
Ah, my dear readers, I am tired of writing new introductions, as well also conclusions, to this enormous domestic saga related with common petty questions about collecting of common money, where everything is reduced to the current /_democratic_/ cheating, because usually they want from you more than necessary, especially if you are a bit more clever than the others and see obvious violations of normal human ethic and morality; yet sometimes they want from you also less, if you are /_bold_/ enough to use some common things much more than the others. In short, the /_in_/justice is total, but the majority of people do not feel it, because they have some average and decent (for our conditions) income, but for people with very low one, usually /_5 times_/ lower, yet in some cases even /_10_/ and more times, the things become quite impudent and bordering with tries for /_starvation_/, for the purpose only that someone could show himself wealthy — because, naturally, at least half of these expenses can /_not be_/ done.
In this part as if the main conclusion is, that our barbarity is reduced chiefly to … /_infantility_/, because people are succumb to feelings like real children, and in no case want to reflect, or to look at the things from the other side! Together with this not a single time I have received answer to the set by me question, the basic method of treating me is of full /_ignoring_/ of any meaning that contradicts with that of the one who has occupied the ruling position. And even more strikes the eye the fact that people, and this en mass, /_all_/ my neighbours (although chiefly neighbour/_ess_/es) do not want to listen to what the educated one says, because I, after all, have studied roughly a /_dozen years_/ longer than the average citizen here (what means the average … villager from the neighbouring villages around Sofia, because about 90 % of the inhabitants of our capital are from the surrounding villages). So that here more and more escalates the /_hatred_/ and contempt to the educated one, what is exceedingly indicative in this case about the mentality of common Bulgarian. At many places I am repeating myself, but this is because the method of resolute reluctance to give an ear to the voice of reason, i.e. according with the rule … /_stupid but persistent_/, imposes some repetitions.
And let me explicitly stress also on this — what is one of the major symptoms of barbarity —, that practically all my letters and notes are /_taken down at once_/, in some cases after an hour or two, and in others after a day or two, but when I go out the next time (what normally happens 2 times in a week) my letters long ago are not there; but even if they are there, nobody wants to read them, nor makes whatever efforts to answer my questions. More than this, as I said as if in the 10-th Letter, I am unanimously taken for /_Abnormal_/, in the sense that this moniker was invented once for me by the Racketeeress Frytska, but not a single neighbour has objected to it, despite the fact that I repeat it several /_dozen_/ times in this part, no, the people just find /_pleasure_/ in this, that the educated one is insulted and suffers — it serves him right, because why has he studied so long, ah, and if he has not done this, like all of us, he would have lived as good as we all are living!
But the things do not end with this part, because exactly in its end it turns out that the appetites of the wealthier of our neighbours, led by this Frytska, are extraordinary high, they want to collect about /_10_/ times more money for repairs than the last time, and even begin to act as a /_clique_/, of the /_bloodthirsty nouveau riches_/, but this will be seen only in the 4-th part. So that, you see, I simply cannot end with the writing of the Letters, and I also incessantly invent some funny little verse about the main personages and our barbarity, which I still (to the beginning of the 4-th part) can not make known to them. And also because of this often pulling down of my Letters, and the reluctance of the people to grasp that I am, in a way, world /_correspondent_/ (I am writing everything simultaneously in 3 more world languages), and when so I pass to the world also their /_reaction_/ — and what more obvious reaction than the total ignoring of the said —, then I have begun to address my letters to the … omnipotent /_God_/, yet even this does not help (because the barbarian is unbeliever, this is tautology). Be it as it may, in my opinion my Letters become more and more interesting, and my behavior, respectively, becomes more and more provocative, in order to allow to all readers to see whether and when at last someone of my dear neighbours will come to reason. But no, for the moment their reaction is: /_Deluge before me, and after me deluge_/, too! Yet let me begin with my continuation.

13_. THIRTEENTH LETTER
TO MY DEAR NEIGHBOURS BY THE ABNORMAL FROM AP. 969
Ah, my dear neighbours, including the honourable house manageress Frytska, I have had no intention to continue the sage about Bulgarian … barbarity in our entrance, but because this lady once again has given her voice with her report, and I have long ago stressed that what comes out of her mouth (or hands, head, etc.) is another /_miss-birth_/ full with stupidities and contradictions, and now with obvious /_extortion_/ or racket, it becomes necessary to inform you one more time about her errors, so that you have again the possibility to judge whom you are supporting. And this Letter turns out to be exactly thirteenth, because the previous, after I have systematized and edited them, happened to be exactly 12 in their number (for about 10 years, but with the coming of Frytska the things have speed up). And let me in the very beginning mention that I do /_not_/ state that she does not work, no, I state that she does /_wrong_/ things, almost the /_opposite_/ of this, what she must have done! And what is the right thing (naturally from the position of an abnormal person, don't forget this) I have written to her before nearly 2 years in one long letter, that she simply rejected to read (or it to be read to her). In this way she has acted exactly so, how usually act all our known businessmen, called by the whole Bulgarian nation … /_mutries_/!
And because I suppose that some people will object against the last word (especially those abroad, who are reading me in another language) let me explain to you, that it may be for us of Gypsy or Turkish origin, but it is Latin, and more specially in Italian /_mutria_/ has the main meaning of physiognomy (what is in the sense of … muzzle, something that says moo-), but its jargon usage is of /_impudence_/ or rudeness (like /_sfrontatezza_/), i.e. blackmailer or racketeer (/_Erpresser_/ in German)! And based on her previous report, or also on this (which is /_better_/ because it concerns one whole year) is clearly seen that she has blackmailed everybody, if she could has done this, and has taken from everyone as much as she can, and from me personally has taken exactly /_2 times more_/ than the right amount, what is another 2 times more than my real consumption, and I was intimidated with law Court exactly when I told her that I intend /_not_/ to pay twice more than the necessary, which money, as now everybody can easy see (but I will repeat this again), go for payment of the lift of those who use it! So that, in 2 words, I /_don't_/ say whatever insulting for her, but simply confirm this, with what she, really, is /_proud_/, namely that she has strong grasp and can deal with money. Yes, and in addition to this I am now convinced that she is a typical /_racketeer_/, what for her is something like the … breathing, it comes to her from inside of her, she is person with education and mentality of a seller, and knows well that if she does not cheat the other persons with something then she will sell nothing; more so because she for years (I don't know how much but surely not less than 5) has moved exactly in the circles of /_mutries_/ of /_Bulgarian_/ businessmen.
So, and I am telling this, and will give maximally simple examples, in order to allow you, in a way as in a Court, to judge for yourselves who is right and who isn't. But this, naturally, if this Court is not like in that old anecdote that "Well, the Court has understood everything, let now enters the … killed"! Id est, I will give calculations (got from the report of Frytska), that can be understood by a /_first-grader_/, if the things will be good explained to him, like I will explain them here, provided somebody wants to hear them. Yet let me remind you again that when I wanted to explain these things before an year and a half you all, but really /_all_/, at 100 %, did not wanted to hear them, because not a single person has come at the convened by me Common meeting with announced agenda exactly to change this lady in time. Hence, I beg your pardon, but some persons, obviously, like not only to be blackmailers, when they can, but to be /_blackmailed_/ they alone (probably in the same way how some men like to … take it up the behind!). I want to say that if somebody so much likes this lady, be it because of her charming smile, or because of similar with her origin (of a person /_without_/ special education, but nevertheless succeeded to elevate himself and to become rich), then he, no questions, can support her with money or with trust or how it suits him; only that if somebody else (like me, for example) does not want to become involved in her /_stupidities_/, then he also must have the right not to give her even a /_Stotinka_/-cent /_above_/ the necessary, and to want for every additional beautifying of our entrance /_written consent_/ from each inhabitant of age here, and if she could not succeed to collect more than 50 % of the voices in favour of this, then it not to be done, but not only her personal decision to be sufficient! [Hmm, I repeat from time to time the phrase that she has a charming smile, because she, in principle, has an appearance of an absolutely … peasant-villager! Not that I have something against the villagers, but this her smile suites her more or less like smiling suits a ... mare, I beg your pardon. So that it is quite naturally that she must not always smile, but then how to miss the smile when the business requires it, she must /_delude_/ with something the people!]
Well, if somebody wants to hear me, let him read further (the explanations like for a first-grader), but if he does not want this, then not to reed. As far as you have been for me always, earlier and now, only /_primary_/ instance, then I feel myself bound to tell you what I have to tell you, in the same way how it is your sacred right /_not_/ to pay me also further any attention. As I have said (I suppose) earlier, the worst thing of the democracy is exactly this, that the common people are /_asked_/ about things, in which they have /_no_/ knowledge at all, and when so they are simply pulled by the noses. Ah, and if somebody wants to be able to read better the things that I am writing, then let him (or her) give me, please, some email, in order to send him the file as .doc, because I always write first the things in my computer, and then bother to write them by hand when necessary, although it is much better if there was nothing about what I was forced to write, and we have some other cashieress.
So that (if I will not repeat myself about the blackmailing) here are 2 basic moments, the one is the collecting of /_surpluses_/, which are really /_enormous_/, and the second is the absolutely /_unjust_/ (and unmotivated, not related with the real consumption) distribution of collected sums, so that it will be able to be blackmailed everybody who can be blackmailed, together with the possibility to patronize some own persons who support her. Let me first say some sentences on the first question, about the surpluses, yet before this I must give some common data about the expenses. So from her report is seen that the expenses of those without lift (cleaning woman + staircase lighting + others) are /_892_/ Lv., while those only for the lift (annual inspection + tax for it + electricity only for it) are /_1270_/ Lv.; what gives together /_2162_/ Lv., where in the cash register remain /_804_/ Lv., and all incomes (if I round up to whole Levs) are /_2966_/ Levs. Till here I have repeated her data, right, and from here and further follows simple arithmetic (without higher mathematics), which can be made by a first-grader with the help of a common calculator.
What concerns the reserves then they, divided by the spent money, make 804 / 2162 = 37.1 %, what is more than 1/3 of the collected with lies and deceit money, this is too much for a /_baksheesh_/ to a given bill, and if this is something really consumed, then what? So surely for some /_future_/ expenses, to which necessity I will come soon, but for such big sums the persons must simply be asked /_explicitly_/, not this to be decided by the Racketeeress alone! Hence she first takes your money from the standpoint of her on kilometers /_away_/ from the real expenses view, and after this she is ready to serve you decision for their spending, but again according only her alone. People, come to reason, please, such thing has /_never_/ before existed in our entrance, to collect big, but really /_big_/ sums — because the common reserve in the cash register in the moment was /_1,400_/ Lv., not at all some 100 or so Levs, what was unreachable dream for us till before Frytska!
Are you really so easy to be pulled by the noses, have you not at all brains in your mugs, in order to perceive that one must know what he drinks and what pays, not to be added after this to his bill sums, say, for the program (that you have not wanted to see), for the toupee (or the … silicone breasts) of the singeress, for the repair of the broken (by some other clients) show-windows, or curbstones, or palm-trees in crates before the entrance, or whatever other thing; as you know, everywhere is proper to have a /_menu_/, but not to carry to you what they want and to force you to pay for it, no matter that you have /_not_/ ordered it! In fact we have no need either of new door at the entrance, or of new windows, or of, say, coffee machines, and/or for cigarettes, on the semi-floors, or TV-screens and small folding chairs put against the wall, and whatever other thing; and if we have such needs then it must first be asked about this, to make a /_referendum_/! I had earlier guessed that Frytska wants to make small /_helipad_/ on the roof, with what out entrance, obviously, will become famous between all buildings in the complex, but now I think that she wants to repair the roof at a /_fabulous_/ amount of money!
Because I have seen an offer for such repair /_for only 12 thousand_/ and five hundred Levs. But the previous repairs were of the order of below 2,000 Lv., something of the kind; they turned not to be very well done, we have made after this 1-2 more repairs, yet for the moment it does /_not_/ leak /_anywhere_/. And even if it leaks, one does not make repairs each year, but once in 10 years, even in 20-30 when it goes about capital repairs, otherwise are made /_patches_/! Isn't there anyone who can explain to this lady that our building is /_60_/ years old, it can not become like new only because she has condescended to buy herself a flat here. If she has wanted a /_new_/ flat then she could have bought herself such, it teamed with such flats in this area of the town and everywhere. But sirs (and ladies), do you for the first time hear that for every deal, if it is a bit bigger, are proper and are /_given_/ some commissions to that person, who makes the deal. Where these commissions are at least 3 %, but sometimes they may reach even to 10, if the deal is done by such /_skilled_/ blackmailer like our Frytska! So that in case you are not able to calculate let me tell you that only 1 % of this sum for the repair of the roof is already 120 Levs, and if you take for reasonable some 5 % then this gives about 6 hundred, for the /_capable_/ Frytska! Well, I can't prove this, but if she does not want that such suspicions arise, then let her not think in this sphere of thoughts without clearly expressed common wish of more than the half of the people in the entrance. Such repairing work /_exceeds_/ one simple helipad, where could have been enough to be done some railing so that to prevent the falling of somebody to the ground; for this purpose some 4-5 thousands could have been enough, methinks.
Well, the things have become a bit much, yet now it comes the most interesting, why her calculations are /_deformed_/ in my opinion, what is the /_correct_/ (according to the /_average_/ consumption), and what is /_just_/ (according to the really used by the person). Especially my opinion about the correct sums, which must be collected, I have expressed earlier, yet I can do this more precisely based on the expenses for the previous year, only that this will remain for some /_next_/ Letter, if somebody shows interest about this and will want to know it. Here I will ponder only about some absurd /_comparisons_/, that follow from this collected money, if one just scratches a bit his head or begins to make, as I said, usual calculations and comparisons. So this, what is seen at a first glance, is that the quotient of all expenses to those without lift is 2162 : 892 = 2.42 times, what directly tells us, that this lift, but naturally, can't cost per person only 3 Lv., when the cleaning woman costs 2, these are pure delusions and phantasms! Now we are moving to more precise calculations.
OK people, the Abnormal took the trouble to calculate how much on the /_average_/ give those who do /_not_/ use any lift. So they are exactly 10 persons, with me and the empty apartments, and when you sum them you will get 61 Lv. or by /_6.1_/ Lv. /per. /month. (Let me add also that in ap. 956 are 3 persons, from 959-th I subtract 2.5 Lv. for the dog and rounded, and in 960-th I take that there lives one woman who so much likes Frytska that gives her recordly high sum of 9 Levs.) Then in similar way I calculated also the average collected sum for those who use the lift, where I believe that there are dogs in 959, 961, 962, 964, and 968, whom I count by 2 Lv. on the average and subtract them, but I may make error here and there with half to one Lev. So now we get in sum 181.5 , what / 21 gives per person by /_8.64_/ Lv., which, mark this please, are together with the baksheeshes of some magnanimous persons (like in 966-th ap., who practically does /_not_/ live here, but supports Frytska without reserve with whole 12 Lv.). From this follows that the collected on the /_average_/ from those with lift divided by those without it is 8.64 / 6.1 = /_1.42_/ times (and even if we count for average for those without lift only 5 Lv., without taking into account the sponsorship chiefly of the lady from 960-th ap., then this gives 8.64 / 5. = 1.73 ), what is quite /_away_/ from the real, and this /_without_/ economies, ratio of 2.42, am I right?
Because there are 2 ways of judgment here: either we begin from below (from the lesser usage) and compare with the full one (with adding of the lift), or in the reversed way! Well, if we begin from the collected 6.1 and multiply them by 2.42 times real difference in the consumption, then this gives ... /_14.76_/ Lv., that must be collected on the average from those who are using the lift, in order for them to become equal as percents also in, so to say, /_magnanimity_/, with those who do not use it; and even if we apply the not exactly correct, but in the spirit of Frytska view, that the minimum must be 5 Lv. per person, so even in this case if we multiply 5 * 2.42 then it turns out that those with lift must pay /_12.1_/ Lv. on the average, but on the /_average_/ (what is not right, neither is just), yet in that case you return to the lady from 960-th ap. the collected till now with 4 Lv. /mon. more than necessary, and now for 24 months (because she, as far as I know, owes to Toplofikatsia [what is our main supplier of central heating] about 3 /_thousand_/ Levs, hence she is not the most suitable object as sponsor). As you see, I am still not speaking about myself, the Abnormal, right?
Or then we approach the things in the reversed way, starting from 8.64 with lift, and divide them by 2.42 times, what makes by /_3.58_/ Lv. for those who do not use lift, what neither is 5 Lv., no more so is 6.1 Lv., where the collected in plus difference, as you see, must be multiplied by 24 months! But we may approach the matters otherwise: only for the lift we have 1270. Lv. and only for the cleaning woman are 840 Lv., or the lift costs 1270 / 840 = /_1.51_/ times more than the cleaning woman (and for the previous year for 9 months this was 860 / 595 = 1.45 times). But people, this is /_in sum_/, yet the number of persons is /_different_/! The lift are using 21 persons on the average, so that if we divide the expenses only for it of 1270. Lv. by 21 this gives /_60.5_/ Lv. per year or exactly /_5_/ Lv. /mon. only for it and this on the /_average_/. While the expenses for the cleaning at first sight do not seem exactly by 2 Lv. /per. /mon., but if we add 4 dogs by 2 Lv. this makes already by exactly 2 Lv. /per. (70 Lv. /mon. divided by 35), and as now even a first-grader can see, 5 Lv. divided by 2 Lv. gives 2.5 times more (and this is pure, without the baksheeshes), what is not 1.51 (nor 1.45 for the beginning of the previous year). So that Frytska commits one downright /_severe error_/ (when she wants for the lift on the average by 3 Lv.) and it turns out that she is wholly /_incompetent_/ for this post!
Yes, but not exactly, in the sense that she /_is_/ incompetent, yet /_not_/ because she can't work with a calculator, but because she wants to patronize her people and blackmail the others! Id est by her everything is /_deliberate_/, it is not that she does not understand that she makes errors, and I have written this in several Letters, also to her personally, and to you, but when the /_hatred_/ (well, at least the not-understanding and the disrespect) of ordinary people's masses to the intellectuals is so high, that they cannot cope with it, then in such case nothing can be done, even if this is not yet barbarity then it leads directly to it! Because my calculations are correct, she personally pays every month by 8.5 Lv. per person (17 for 2 persons), what when we take into account the obligatory 7.50 (without any baksheeshes) gives that she donates only by 1 Lv. for the common cause, where I, for example, give 2.5 (because I am Abnormal, right?), and, as I have said, there are graver cases, who do not realize that they are being screwed over like geese!
Yet there are more eloquent examples, for 4 persons (and who can these persons be? [who are only in one ap., in 964-th]), and this with a dog according to me, who pay 29.50, and even if we count the dog only for 1.50 (but on their 4-th floor it has to be about 3-4 Lv., because it must be counted more or less as /_1/2_/ person) then even in this case remains for us to divide 28 by 4, what gives by pure 7 Lv. /mon., /_less_/ than the minimum, yet they are her people, right? And let me explain also why I take this minimum of 7.50; well, because for the lift the minimum is 5.00, and for the cleaning woman it is 2.00, and for other expenses even 15 St. suffice, but let them be 50 St. (52 Lv. in sum yearly, divided by 31 persons gives 1.68 Lv., and this divided by 12 mon. makes exactly 14 St.) So that the Abnormal does not lie to you like the Racketeeress.
And now let me make some other comparisons. So in 961-st ap. they pay 29.50 for 3 persons, while in 964-th ap. they pay exactly the /_same_/ amount but now already for 4 persons, i.e. every month the latter pay by /_10_/ Lv. less (and you multiply them by 24 months), yet they are not at all from the poor, at least because they (as far as I know) have not sold their personal vehicle. Or then in 962-nd ap. 3 persons pay 24.5 together with a dog, or again by 7 Lv. /person. Or also in 956-th ap. pay by 5 Lv. /per., but on the first floor the lift simply /_hinders_/ them, to such persons must be even /_given_/ some 2 Lv. /mon., so that it turns out that they pay nearly 5 Lv. /per. for the one that blows (as we say).
Or the neighbour immediately to me. He as if pays more, 12 Lv., but a dog on this floor must be 4 Lv., so that there remain 8 Lv. instead of the minimum of 7.50 without the baksheesh for Frytska, or he gives only 50 St. in plus for the common benevolence, what is exactly /_5 times_/ less than me, the Abnormal, and from those in the middle of the first floor; yes, but in addition to this he goes out, honest to God, I hear him (and it is impossible to make a mistake here because on this floor are only we both), about 5 times /_each_/ day, so that he must have been counted with a coefficient somewhere about /_2_/ (if we take, as I think that is correct, that on the average one goes out 50 times in a month, and for him, if it is only 3 times daily, this will make 90 times), so that it may turn out that he must give quite big sums more, about 5-6 Lv., plus about 2 Lv. as baksheesh.
Or then this person below me, who does /_not live_/ here at all (if you want only because now the floor in my apartment is /_icy_/, and I do not hear him at all). And other examples. And then these "baksheeshes" that the people on the lower floors are paying, they must be /_added_/ practically to everybody from those who are using the lift, so that literally every one of them must pay in addition by /_3 Lv. in month_/ more, and this multiplied by all previous months, or the surpluses have to be returned back to the persons. Because it is true that money given in good faith are not refundable, yet these got with lies and deceits, and more so those with obvious blackmailing, are refundable, you bet it!
OK, the exact propositions for /_each_/ apartment (given by an abnormal person, as I said, because he has studied too /_much_/, not like you all), I may tell in a next Letter, but let me add here something more about the lift. So if the average number of goings out (in both directions) for a person is 50 times in a month, then this is very good in this case because 5 Lv. / 50 times gives on the average /_0.10 for a going out_/. And, people, this is the /_minimum_/, quite precisely, if you do not believe me then you begin to put somewhere strokes on a piece of paper and after some 3 months you calculate the average number. So that one alternative variant is, and remains always, to have a cash-box, how it was before many years. Only that if it works with a coin of 10 St. you must be sure that we will always be at a loss, because you use the lift when you do not pay it in the moment, but if you pay then you will surely think whether to take it, at least in down direction you surely will not use it, and then it turns out that 10 St. will be enough just to (as we say) "fasten the trousers", but may not be enough! My opinion is that it will be necessary from everyone who uses the lift to collect by 2 Lv. /per. /mon., and the cash-box is additional payment. (The variant only with such box, and then by 20 St. will be not good, in my view.) Or else you must become used to give for the lift more or less /_2 times more_/, then the honourable Racketeeress Frytska has calculated.
And how much? Well, in my view in the moment the best variant, that in the same time will somehow, not exactly, in a /_weaker_/ proportion, but still account for the difference between the storeys, is the following: from the 3-rd storey — 4 Lv. /per., from 4-th — 5 Lv., from 5-th — 6 Lv., and from 6-th — 7 Lv., I repeat, this is the /_best_/. Another variant can be: from 3-rd storey — 4.5 Lv. /per., from 4-th — 5 Lv., from 5-th — 5.50 Lv., and from 6-th — 6 Lv., but in this case there is almost no difference, what is not correct, and it is also possible that the money will not suffice after the next expected price increase of something. Together with this, however, is necessary to introduce also individual coefficients for going out of everybody, if he /she shows pretensions about this, which can vary, let us say, from /_0.5 till 1.5_/ (let it not be more than this), but it is clear that this has to be applied like for the cleaning woman, as well for the lift, i.e. the coefficient must be common. Let me give you some examples.
Let us take me, who may go out 5 times less than the others (for the whole previous year I have counted 131 goings out, or by 11 in month), yet I can not fall below 0.5 from 2.50 Lv., what makes 1.25 Lv., but I round it to 1.50, in digits and words. Then on the first floor, if to the persons are given by 2 Lv. because they /_endure_/ the lift, it turns out that they must pay 0.50 without the baksheesh for Frytska, but let it be 1 Lv., eventually + 2.50 baksheesh; yet where nobody lives, at least in 957-th, to want from them and collect, be it with a delay of 10 years, by the symbolic 2 Lv., but also to give them nothing (as far as they do not live here, then the lift cannot hinder them). Then the dog on the 2-nd floor to be 2 Lv., but on the 3-rd and 4-th to be 3, and above by 4 Lv. Then, as far as I know, in the 971-st the woman practically does not go out, so that she can be counted with a coefficient of 0.7, only for her; and as if also in 965-th the situation is similar.
Further, in 964-th there are 2 children, what in contemporary times and for ethnical Bulgarians may be counted for /_multi-child_/ family, so that if they pretend (no matter that they have a car) they could be counted for 3.5 persons. Or this from 966-th, he in no case can be more than 0.5 persons (yet also not less). And about the very "baksheeshes" or reserves — well, let them be /_equal_/ for everybody, and if somebody so wants to give even more, then this can be in a column /_sponsorship_/. Well, and to introduce also a column for returning to someone, from whom was taken more by a mere blackmailing, and simply to subtract them from the taxes (where on the receipts this lady writes 0 Lv. paid but returned as much as is the tax for this apartment, something of the kind).
Well, this is for the time being. I again am very /_thankful_/ to all of you, no joke, for your reaction, because it precisely is indicative about the /_moral character_/ of the Bulgarian in the democratic years! So that if you proceed in the old way, paying /_zero attention_/ to me, then for me this is even /_better_/, because it is clear that to the higher instances is passed also the opinion (decision) of the primary one. Before the thwarted Common meeting I have taken that only Frytska is guilty, but after this it become clear that she is only … mouthpiece of the people's voice, so that her guilt nearly disappeared! Well, she remains still the most arrogant lady, with which I have come in contact for my over 70 years long life, and because of this I do /_not_/ speak anymore with her, but such is Bulgarian business, of /_mutrias_/, so that this is attenuation circumstance — nobody can jump higher than himself (as we like to say)!
And I again repeat that if somebody gives me email, and promises to print the file, which I will sent to him, I will be only thankful to him, and all of you will be able to read the things good, and I will economize myself the effort to copy it by hand for your instance. Hello my dear, and quite /_representative_/ for the country neighbours. I have delayed myself with about a month, but having in mind that you, anyway, do not read me, this is of /_no_/ importance; I address also this time the Letter to you, yet it will remain /_un_/sent, because you will not want to read it (and give me first your email), right? And myself, as I have already said this, will not suffer writing it down by hand only for you, it will be chiefly for my readers in the Internet, who are basically abroad (because in my country one can not express freely his opinion, he must /_pay_/ for this). (And I bother you with my Letters because your reaction is /_typical_/ for the average Bulgarian, what is impossible not to be of interest for my readers abroad, this is important people's psychology. So that you continue not to read me, this is very indicative "clamping of the mouth" of the educated.)
Good, how I have promised to you I will give here exact enumeration for all apartments of the correct /_according to me_/, the Abnormal, monthly taxes, going out of the real consumption, as obviously the most correct approach. According to what was said in my previous Letter the expenses must be, as follows: of those who do /_not_/ use lift (i.e. they pay only for the cleaner, and symbolically 0.50 per month for other expenses) are 2.50 Lv.; the pure monthly expenses /_only_/ for the lift are 5.00 Lv. per person, but this is on the average and they must slightly vary in correspondence with the floors, and also with some individual coefficients (IC) here and there; then the dogs must be counted for about /_1/2_/ person (i.e. from 2.0 and to about 4.0 Lv.); from the empty apartments must be taken minimal amount of 2.0 Lv. /mon. (chiefly because they are /_prosperous_/ people, when can allow themselves to have a flat and not to live in it), yet it is correct to take that they have the right 2-3 times in a month to come to their flat, and to use even the lift in these cases; on the first floor must be additionally /_paid_/ by 2 Lv. /mon. for the reason that these people /_endure_/ the lift, that hinders them, yet they also practically /_don't_/ use the cleaner (at most up to the half, because why should they pay for the other storeys that she cleans?); the individual coefficients can vary from 0.5 to 1.5 if somebody declares such pretension; the additional sums for /_future_/ expenses let be also 2.0 Lv. /mon. /per., and if the number of the persons changes a little because of introduced IC, then also these additional sums must change in the /_same_/ proportion (i.e. who spends more, then he lives more actively here, and, hence, must pay more for all improvements, but not on the /_contrary_/, when that one who uses something least of all must pay as percent most than all, what is an obvious manifestation of our barbarity), although for the moment it is not clear for what purpose these sums are collected, what has to be /_openly voted_/ for things that surpass, say, 100 Lv.; and as if this is the most important.
More precisely for the lift must be collected sums according with the floors, as follows: from 3-rd floor — 4 Lv. /per, from 4-th — 5 Lv., from 5-th — 6 Lv., and from 6-th — 7 Lv., having in mind that the average use of the lift in the 2 directions is approximately 50 times in a month. This means that it is proper if everybody checks for several months how much is this by him (not only to cheat one another), and if this will give less than, say, 35 times, or then above 70 times, in a month, then he must require introducing of IC in the given limits (most often with +/- 1/4 around the 1). In addition to this, if somebody wants to pay more, then this must be in a column "donations"; like also to introduce column "overpaid" for sums given for the previous /_many_/ months (if the person finds that has been blackmailed), where the sums will be negative if he has paid less, and each month these sums will come down or up with the paid for the previous month tax.
And now I will give an exact list of the apartments (in increasing order) with the correct monthly taxes according to me, the /_Abnormal_/ (shortened to Abn), with the necessary explanations, then after ";" will follow the collected according the /_Racketeeress_/ (shortened as Rac), then the difference "Rac - Abn" as overpaid (if it is positive), and after this will be this sum multiplied by 24 months, because there have passed more than 2 years from the /_incorrect_/ collecting of the sums from /_Rac_/. At the end I will give also a rang-list beginning with the most overpaid and ending with most underpaid. In addition to this let me note that specially for the /_Rac_/ there must have been subtracted, as I have said, monthly by 20 to 30 Levs for the work that the cashier is doing, yet /_not_/ for her, because her "exemplary" blackmailer's methods of work do not give her the right for such pretensions, according me personally, of course.

And these are all calculations, with excuses if somewhere I have made errors due to not knowing the concrete circumstances. What analyses can be done from them? Now see, I have diminished the number of persons with nearly 3 wholly persons, where those who are using the lift have fallen down with 1.5 persons, and another 3 apartments that do not use lift (me and 2 more empty ones) have also diminished the collected sums. By this situation is normal to expect that the collected money will fall down a little (with about 5 %), and it turned out to be exactly so, because all sums give one /_plus_/ (i.e. more collected by Rac than by Abn) of /_282.0_/ Lv. (+60. +180. +72. + 48. +72. +126. +24. -96. +84. -180. +12. +168 +72. -192. +60. -144. -72. -12.) for /_2_/ years, or by 140. Lv. per year, yet for the previous year all collected sums are nearly 3000, so that you see that these are 5 %. This, however, is not essential, because when per year are collected 800. Lv. surpluses then this can be endured in the name of the justness.
More essential is this, that only for the lift, and this time in a month, will be collected /_102.5_/ Lv. (I am listing them by apartments in this order, where firstly I give the people, then the sum, and after this I take the sum for the given floor after brackets with the sum of the persons on the floor, namely: 3*4 + 3*4 + 1*4 + 3.5*5 + 1.75*5 + 0.5*5 + 1.5*6 + 2*7 + 1.75*7 + 1.5*7 = 7*4 + 5.75*5 + 1.5*6 + 5.25*7 = 28. + 28.75 + 9. + 36.75 = 102.5 ). When we multiply this sum by 12 months we get 1230. Lv. for the lift for a whole year, and for the previous year this sum was exactly 1270. Lv., or my calculations are with the precision of 3 %, and this by diminishing of the number of the people. So that Sirs, the Abnormal doesn't talk nonsense! If sometimes the blackmailing by us ceases, then must be applied either this scheme, or a variant with a cash-box.
And now let us see the most interesting: what is the ranking on the scale of /_blackmailing_/ or fooling of the neighbours on one end (the big pluses) and /_patronizing_/ of one's own people as a kind of nepotism (the big minuses). When I have already given the common pluses or minuses for /_Rac - Abn_/ it remains only to add the apartments and to split them by floors, and after this also by apartments, and to reorder and arrange them in the needed order. Here us this:

This, that she alone isn't the most obvious blackmailer, is a normal thing for such /_experienced_/ racketeer, right? But let us leave her aside, she, as I said, is out of the ranking, because she does some work. Yet let me give some more explanations, because the external readers do not know what people are hidden behind these apartments. So in 956-th ap. is hidden one very fashionable baby, who however, together with this is as if the biggest from here living, sorry, ordinary or quite /_simple_/ woman (not to say 'prostak/_essa_/' — with French ending after all [and '/_prostakos_/' is Greek for simpleton, but known also in Bulgaria] —, without whatever special education, who has called me only [the same] ... '/_prostak_/', yet in a way as if I am /_not_/ to hear this), but I am not angry with her because she is very open and spontaneous, she is not nasty (how the Racketeeress, for example); and not only this, but I am thinking also about my /_enemies_/, because I introduce reverse additional payment for those on the first floor — am I not really like our Christ, ah?!
Then behind the ap. 966 is hidden one modest businessman, but who surely wins quite good for to stand above any petty quarrels of the women, so that he is not fool, but just magnanimous; yet I, so or otherwise, no matter that for him some 10 Levs monthly are less than even a bite from a flea (surely, nowadays), think also about such like him, when somebody else screws them over. And after 960-th ap. is hidden one good (but a bit, ghm, gone little crazy because of the age) granny, who does not like me, but not so much for to begin to hate me; yet she is poor enough (when owed to the central heating company about 3,000 Lv.), in order to allow herself to be so obviously blackmailed by other experienced businessman-racketeers (with a behaviour of /_mutrias_/, how I have explained this in the previous Letter).
Then let me go to those who are on the other pole, the blackmailers. Behind 968-th ap. is hidden one neighbour of me with ordinary education, a taxi driver, who however hates me at least for 20 years (and once wanted to fight with me, but well, the pugilism didn't take place, because I never brag to fight with anyone), and he is the most her person as far as I get this (plus this he is also the first, ha-ha, gossiper of the entrance). After this in 964-th ap. is hidden that lady, who wanted from me to pay for the cleaner according the apartments, no matter that only she is with 4 persons, and I go out 5 times less than the average, and receive 6 times less than the average, yet I could not succeed to convince her that she is not right. And in 970-th ap. is the most experienced racketeeress that I know (yet also the most arrogant, of course), but, as I said, she is outside the calculations.
Together with this there are also other things that are worth mentioning. So for example I propose lessening of the IC for 965-th ap., and this lady stays behind the just mentioned lady from 964-th ap., i.e. I again have not a grudge against anybody, I bother only about the justness (like Christ, as I said). I diminish the IC also in 971-st ap. and on other places, where nobody has begged me to do this, neither could be found another person (at least in the entrance) who is as /_selfless_/ as me! And where is seen this, that I am selfless, maybe I am fooling you? Ah, but you just look at the above arranged list and will see that my 969-th ap. is /_exactly_/ in the middle (as much as there can be a middle point in an even number of things), i.e. I am 9-th in order from 18 apartments.
So that's it, my dear neighbours, who will /_never_/ be able to read this Letter to you, because nobody will want to sent it to him as email, for the reason that you hate me, because I have studied long, at contrast with you, but am leading miserable life, how it is customary under Bulgarian democracy, in our, alas, barbarian country. But even if somebody will want to see the Letter, then this changes nothing, because, let me remind you, that it is already 14-th in succession, and nobody, but really /_nobody_/ pays whatever attention, because I am telling only /_true_/ things (where the barbarian dies to cheat his neighbour with something)!
Well, the next Letter I think to dedicate to some comparisons of the prices, in order to show you again (for the umpteenth time?) that a life /_6 times_/ worse is something pretty much! In it it goes about this, which have to be the /_correct_/ taxes for the entrance, precisely by apartments, calculated according to me (/_Abn_/ for short, from Abnormal), compared with those according /_Rac_/ (from Racketeeress), the differences for month, as well also the accumulated differences for 2 previous years. At the top of the ranglist stay the biggest /_fools_/, who have overpaid quite big sums, some of them more than /_100_/ Levs, and at the bottom are the biggest /_racketeers_/, some of which have screwed up the others with sums quite above /_100_/ Levs. For your information me personally stays exactly in the /_middle_/ of the list, so that I do not want anything for myself, what will harm the others. Yet I suppose that this does not interest you, so that excuse me please.

And now you imagine a nation that is not /_curious_/, how it is possible something to be otherwise, and what gives quite big differences by apartments. I personally think that such nation does /_not_/ exist, because the whole nations are like children, and even worse than them. So that this fact for me is ideal example for this how one nation can /_hate_/ some completely harmless person, just because he has studied pretty long, what, how I have mentioned a heap of times, is one of basic principles of barbarity, to think that you know everything and not to want to learn something from somebody, who knows more than you — 2 tertiary educations and so on. In all cases, in order to violate some basic characteristics of something, must exist some substantial reason for this, and in this case this is our barbarity. Even if you accept that my behaviour is annoying, this is quite indicative. But how can it not be annoying, should I have to agree with those stuck in opaque narrowness and immorality people's (yet former peasant's) masses? Well, when they are like children, then the children /_must_/ be taught, and by whom other if not by the more educated individuals of the nation? So that I continue to inform the /_world_/ about our childish manners! ]
15_. FIFTEENTH LETTER
NOW TO MY READERS IN THE INTERNET (BECAUSE MY NEIGHBOURS TAKE DOWN AT ONCE EVEN THE SMALLEST OF MY NOTES), BY THE ABNORMAL FROM AP. 969, TO DATE 15.09.24
[ Here at first place, and far before the writing of the Letter, is one small note written by hand on a … letter envelope, and even with a pencil, because in this way it was most convenient for me, and hanged at the board by the entrance on 04.06.24 in the morning. I take that it has remained only 2 /_hours_/, because when I returned after 4 hours it was already not there. Its text follows, where you alone can judge that here I do not say practically anything /_new_/ offensive, even on the contrary, I express /_thankfulness_/, although it is pretty derisive, but, as I have explained, the weapon of the weak is most often only the irony. Yet, my readers, the barbarity and the hate against the educated have no limits! ]
04.06.24 , Sirs and ladies,
I am the Abnormal and want only to beg you to convey my /_thanks_/ to the honourable racketeeress Frytska, because I do not converse with blackmailers. And why I thank her, ah? Well, because I have long ago said (and proved with arguments), that /_anything_/ she says or does is manifestation of barbarity and /_stupidity_/ (in the sense of persistent silliness), and she quite recently said to me that the money was not enough for something, and she wanted to increase the taxes. And how can they suffice when I have explained convincingly and at length for as if 2 years things, which quintessence is generally the following. The Racketeeress collects every month (and they are already 30), and from every person who uses the lift (and these people are 22), on the /_average_/ with whole /_3_/ (three) Levs /_less_/! This gives differences of already /_100_/ and more Levs per person from the correct sum (according the common sense), where these average under-collections must be modified by floors, so that somewhere will be 1-2 Lv. /mon., but somewhere 4-5 such Levs. When is applied method rotten in its very foundation, then this will sooner or later give somewhere a leak!
This is for the moment, where I will describe these things for those who read me (but /_not_/ before you) in my next 15-th Letter, when I will find time for this. And the thanks concern also you all, when you support her without reserve.
[ Well, you must agree, that I am bound to inform my neighbours when they are deceived, or when they alone are doing this. It is true that my Letters do not reach them, but they also do /_not_/ want to have anything in common with me, so that this is normal to be expected (yet my conscience dictates me not to miss them). It exists also this moment, that I guess /_who_/ takes them down, he is probably one and the same person, but I have done my duty, and everything else lies on the conscience of this person, and of the others. Yet together with this I suppose that he takes down the notes but /_informs_/, in broad lines, the Racketeeress, about what was written, so that the purpose of the task was fulfilled, me to inform the people, and they to carry the consequences, when do not want to listen to me. In more details these things will be explained in the Letter that follows. ]

Ah people, who are reading me — with apparent reluctance, judging by your number, yet you still read me, on the contrast with my neighbours, who exactly /_are_/ to read me, and because of this are /_not_/ doing it. And why? Well, because I have studied more than each of them, and am mathematician by education, so that I can better do the calculation than an unprofessional she-seller, meaning that she is without special commercial education, yet is a practicing saleswoman in her own shop (if I am not in error somehow). But the worst is not in her, no, it is that she is just /_misleading_/ with her machinations the uneducated (i.e. /_more_/ uneducated than her) people, with whom she lives together, but whose money she uses in essence for her /_own_/ goals, how it will become more clear after some month or two. So let me begin the Letter, where I will give one very eloquent example about the differences between the persons (where, naturally, the more educated receives significantly /_less_/ and is significantly more /_despised_/ than the uneducated), which I will demonstrate on the basis of some prices of basic food stuffs, changed with the coefficient of difference between myself and the average. Yet firstly I will mention another curios example for the incorrect understanding of all here, led by the Racketeeress, in relation with an emergency situation in the entrance.
So the situation was the following: it was clogged an outlet pipe from the toilets, and the basement /_as if_/ was flooded with feaces, in what I am not very convinced because I saw later no feaces in my part of the basement, but probably there were some somewhere else. And on this occasion was called special tanker to suck these things out (which in Russian is called jokingly sh#t-carrier, but in Bulgarian I have not heard this as one word), which operation costed exactly /_320_/ Levs. In this case our dear Racketeeress had decided that, when we are 18 apartments but in 2 of them lives nobody, then, this was very nice because the sum is divisible by 16 and gives 20 Lv., which I paid without objections. So that the first question here is why I have said nothing, and what is the right decision?
But to whom had I to say something and who would have listened to me? Let me again remind you that when I announce General meeting of the entrance comes absolutely /_nobody_/, when I hang up some letters or notes at the entrance then the people can't endure them sometimes even a pair of /_hours_/, when I put small notes in the postboxes of everybody — this is new element — with the shortest text, that if somebody wants to know what writes the Abnormal about them let him give me his email, in order to send the Letter as file, then /_not a single person_/ does wish to listen to this, and even if somebody casts sometimes occasionally a glance at something what I have said, then he (respectively she) guaranteed does /_not_/ pay any attention to it! And why this is so I have also said several times — because the people here are quite simple, and the simple one unites with the /_simple_/, so that to be able to play dirty tricks to the educated — this is the quintessence of the common reaction in a barbarian country! And these small notes, on a strip of paper, I have put in the boxes of everybody because I wanted to check whether the people really are not interested about my words, or guilty is this who takes them down.
Well, it turned out that he, still, is guilty (according to me) for this, that shuts the mouth of the intellectuals, yet on the other hand he expresses the opinion of /_all_/! What, really, is very /_revealing_/, because in this case, as an outspoken /_anti_/-democrat, I am a /_black station_/ for everybody, and such stations have always been listened to with increased attention from the majority of the population. Yes, but not when the people, obviously, /_hate_/ the person who says these things, how it is in this case. Similar is the reaction also to my quarrels with Frytska, where all like a /_monolithic_/ body stay behind her, no matter that at least 1/3 of the people are screwed up, and some of them with more than 100 Levs, how I have explained in the previous Letter. So that our people in the country suffer because they have /_little brains_/ and do not know what to want — a signed and sealed conclusion, as is said! And because of this reason quite recently I have formulated (under another pen-name) the very short sentence, that:
/_The democracy is ...God's punishment_/, especially in barbarous countries!
And now to this, what is the right decision about the money for unclogging the pipes? Well, it is quite clear that the toilet pipes are used, and respectively clogged, in proportion with the ..., ha-ha, the /_bottoms_/! What means the persons, and /_not_/ the apartments, so that it turns out that I was again screwed up exactly 2 times, because the persons are 32 (with a precision of one), yet this is /_single_/ screwing, only one time, and some 10 Levs I still can swallow taciturn, but not screwing every month with 2-3 Lv. already 30 and more months.
So, and let me at last come to the basic topic of this Letter, the comparison between different persons under the democracy, what refutes unquestioningly the thesis about the middle class, to which as if was coming under the capitalism, because by us such class is forming, little by little, yet until this happens we will reach 3-4 millions (from practically 9), and this with drastically changed ethnic structure, where the real Bulgarians will fall even before 1 (one) million, you can be sure in this, somewhere to the middle of the century! OK, and what have I done here, ah? Well, the nearest to normal judging, I have divided the average salary for the country, which is given practically equal to 2,300 Lv., to the end of second quarter of this year, by my already little increased pension of 493 Lv. and some St. (but which till May was still 444 Lv.), what gave /_4.665_/ times. This says, obviously, that if something costs 1 Lv., then for me it costs effectively nearly /_5_/ Lv. no more and no less! So that I took the trouble to write in the nearest, and as if relatively cheaper shop, the prices of many food products (they turned to be 33 in their number) and to give them in a table, where first are the normal prices, yet in /_two_/ columns, where on the second place they follow converted in Euros (by exchange rate 1 Euro = 1.956 Lv., or in reverse direction, 1 Lv. = 0.511 Euro), and after this follow 2 more columns with the effective price for myself; I can add to this also that for easier distinguishing of the digits I divide them with the sign "|", and the prices in Euro are given in italic. (Placing of tables is a very good thing, yet in the Internet this is related with crazy additional labour with them, because of what, for standardization, I have long ago given up making of real tables.) So this is, sirs, the table follows given /_not_/ in table form.

( OK, and probably it is necessary to clear some names of the products, which are specific for Bulgarians. /_Banichki_/ these are kind of small pies, but this must be something specific for the Balkans, because such things are not sold even in Russia, they are made out of thin sheet dough and are usually filled with white cheese, which is called /_sirene_/ and is /_Ka:se_/ in German, what surely is /_not_/ real cheese, it is salty, sour, hard, without much butter, and, generally, this is work of other bacteria; this kind of cheese is preferred in our country because it is 2-3 times cheaper. They can be also from butter dough, what you prefer to call puff (although this word in Europe usually means a … whore-house), and this dough is thicker than the ordinary. The /_tipov_/ bread is also as if only Bulgarian, which is dark, but not like the real black one, and me personally suspects that this word is … communist invention meaning some standard /_type_/ of bread for the common people. Then /_lukanka_/ is long and straight dry sausage but made flat; it may be also in form of horse-shoe and then is called 'sudzhuk'. Further, the /_pasturma_/, or /_pastrami_/ in Turkish, is dry meat, usually of a goat, or then of cow. Yes, and BDS is our official standard. )
Let me just in case give some examples. So the bread, that for everyone is about 2.20 and nearly to 3.0 Lv., for me becomes 10 to about 13 Lv. per kilogram; then the milk from 3 to 4 Lv. becomes 15 to 20 the litre; the /_sirene_/-cheese from 20 to nearly 30 Lv. becomes for me 90 to /_130_/ Levs per kilo, great delicacy; the ordinary /_banichki_/ with /_sirene_/, that were my traditional breakfast in totalitarian times are now going to /_50_/ Lv. /kg. (I mean for me), where the special butter or puff ones reach up to /_65_/ Lv.; the standard Bulgarian cheese is now about /_120_/ Lv. per me; then the minced meat is /_only_/ 51 Lv. per me, but it is not real meat, and the ordinary pork is /_80_/ Lv.; and so on and so on. Or then, if I decide to order to bring me one /_cheapest_/ pizza, which as if was /_only_/ 15 Lv. (because usually they are by 25, yet they might be double), then 15 * 4.665 = /_70_/ Lv., for a modest meal at home and with no drinking at all; yes, yet this is in comparison with the average, but if we accept that the "honourable" Racketeeress Frytska takes from 3 to /_5_/ times more than the average (because it cannot be less, in order not to leave her shop go bankrupt), then this will give for the same /_little pizza_/ from /_210 to 350_/ Levs (where only for its bringing home the traditional 2 Lv. become now 10 Lv. yet for the average person, but for her it is from 30 to 50 Lv., am I right?). [And let me add one additional joke, which I have missed here but it is present in the original text, namely that "little pizza" in Bulgarian has to be 'pichitsa', but this very word means literally … little /_pussy_/, if you see what I mean.] This is what kind of things happen in democratic Bulgaria and between the closest neighbours.
This is if I do not accent on the fact, that I have, after all, more than 2 tertiary educations, know nearly 4 foreign languages, and have under different pseudonyms at least /_200_/ ebooks! Terrible democracy, right? And this not in a moment of crisis but after more than /_30_/ years after our transition to it. Sirs and madams, if the situation in Bulgaria was not so tragic, I would have never begun to publish myself under this pen-name of me, yet alas — /_simple people, weak state_/, said we already under the totalitarianism. And because of this the people run away from the country persistently and en masse, especially more or less educated, and the women do not want to give birth (but the Turkish and Arab women, together with the Gypsy ones, give birth and don't forget to do this!).
And now it remains for me only to add one little (as far as I succeeded to make it little) note, that I put on the board by the entrance as summary of the said.

I have made a big delay, whole 3 months, with this Letter, yet I have just had no time, but when you, anyway, do not read me, than this is of no importance, right? I will not go into details (they are for those who are reading me), and will only mention that in it it goes about 2 things, where the first is small, but the second is quite big. The first is this, that the usage, and from here also the possible clogging, of the sewers in the entrance stays in proportion /_not_/ with the apartments, but with the ..., ha-ha, /_bottoms_/ of the people! Did you get my thought? Well, the bottoms are exactly as many as are the persons, what means that it has to be proportional to the persons, or to 32, or by 10 Lv. per person, and not 20 for me. But this is single blackmailing, and not 30 and more months by 2-3 Lv. each month, and because of this I said nothing about the question. But there is also nobody to whom I can say something, because I do not speak with racketeers, and to you whatever do I say is like a voice in the wilderness!
And the second thing, which is quite big, is an elementary comparison (what an Abnormal can make, but the normal people are not in condition to do), for what I first calculated the ratio of some salaries, the average monthly working salary for the 2-nd half of 2024-th year, which is exactly /_2,300_/ Lv. /mon., and my income, where my last pension is /_493_/. Lv. (but till May it was 444., and before 8 years it was, in numbers and words, 134. Lv., and then the prices were about 1.5 times lower than now, not more than this). Hence this gave exactly /_4.665_/ times, what will say that if something costs for the average Bulgarian 1 Lv., then for myself this is equivalent to practically /_5_/ Levs (and earlier it was about 10 /_times_/ more). Do you get it little by little, or not yet? For one thing this is a mess, but it proves another time that the Racketeeress is really /_racketeeress_/, she has taken from everybody as much as she /_could_/, not how much it is necessary according with some correct calculations, and because of this on one and the same floor there is a difference with about 2 Levs per person depending on her personal sympathies, like for example: in 958-th is on the average by 17.0 Lv. /per. if they are 2, or by 11 if they occasionally are 3, but in 959-th if they are 2 and with dog it turns out to be by about 8.0 Lv. /per., what is not enough, but if they are 1 person then some 16 Lv. are quite much, and in 960-th ap. are collected 13.5 Lv. from 1 person; then on the 4-th floor from 964-th ap. are taken by 11.0 Lv. from person, and from 965-th by 13.0, while in 966-th the man pays (we say: like a priest — probably our priests were wealthy in old times?) 18 Lv. and even 26, although he does not live here; and then on the 6-th floor it turns out that from 970-th is by 11 Lv. per person (when they are 3 persons), from 971-st is by 13 Lv., and 972 pays 17 as if for 1 person. In addition to this there are big differences also by the people who are not using the lift, as well there are no individual coefficients, but justified, neither looking at their consumption, nor then in accordance with their income.
Yet I have succeeded to find some rule, and it is that ..., well, /_herself_/ the Racketeeress does /_not_/ blackmail, she pays the possible minimum, and even with some St-s above this! Because, look now, when in the beginning she — with her /_chicken_/ brains, I beg to be excused by the lady — she has thought that for the lift 3 Lv. are enough, then she wanted from the people without lift (like me) by 5 Lv., and she paid 8.50, while later, when it become clear that those with lift must give on the /_average_/ by /_3_/ Lv. more, then she gave already exactly by 11 Lv. (and 10 St. above this?), but from her neighbours she took by 13. and even 17. Levs! I will come after a while to the right taxes in the new situation, but let me first explain how she has understood — with a delay of more than /_3 years_/ — that those with lift must pay more.
Yet before this let me squeeze also that she is, like we say jokingly in Bulgaria, /_honest crook_/! She deceives the others, but she knows that the others also /_have the right_/ to deceive — even when they say the /_truth_/, like me — and because of this, by the raising of the taxes, she went around the people with a piece of paper asking the opinion of everybody about this money increase, because the money were not enough for the roof, so that every person could tell if he or she has some objections, and to sign on the back of the sheet. Then I wrote with big difficulties (because I do not see good, and she also incessantly hurried me to finish because /_nobody will read_/ this, what I — an Abnormal right? — write), that "I for at least 2 years explain that the money obviously will not suffice, when she collects each month roughly speaking by /_3.0_/ Lv. less, from those who are using the lift."! So that she does not pay whatever attention to me, but when it goes about the roof above her own head — and /_only above her_/, because it leaks /_nowhere_/ else, like I will speak in other Letters — then she has decided to agree with me, where, in accordance with the behaviour of all big bosses, she will /_appropriate_/ the opinion of someone else as her own, when it seems to her right. So this is how came this hardly perceptible, but still increase from about 3 Lv. per person for the people on the higher floors, but for her /_exactly_/ with 3 Levs.
And now about the new things that have occurred this year. So she alone cites at 9.8.24 in a new half-year report that (and I also cite): the earnings to the moment are 3,692. , the spendings are 1,765. , and in the cash register there are 1,927. Lv., but some spendings have been increased, where the tax for the lift from 78. becomes 96. Lv., and this for the obligatory annual inspection from 75. is raised to 80. Levs. In addition to this let me stress that I am speaking about /_average_/ increase, not for such at the top floor, so that it is quite normal that her calculations will be again lower with 2. Lv., but at the topmost floor even with 4. ! In order not to go into details I will point only that it is proper if the taxes are respectively: for the 1-st, 2-nd floor, and me, who do not use lift, by 5 Lv. (when this minimum for her is a fix-idea; and I am not using it in order to make some economy, of course, which is not at all small, it is more than 10 Lv., and I, between the other things, for nearly /_20_/ years have shut out my refrigerator, because have found that it spends, measured for a whole year, by 8 Lv. /mon. then, but now probably about 13 Lv., for the reason that the electricity has become quite expensive), but later for the 3-rd floor the sum must jump at once at 12. Lv., for the 4-th at 13.5, for the 5-th at 15., and for the 6-th at 16., something of the kind, /_without_/ the individual coefficients, which (let me say it again) must be in the limits from 0.5 to 1.5 as a rule! So that her 11. Lv. for the 6-th floor remain again just an utopia (under the condition that the minimum for people without lift is 5 Lv., and not the correct 2 to 3 Lv.).
But let me check my calculations also with the new prices related with the lift. Well, if /_only_/ the tax for the lift, i.e. at its 0-th use, is 96 Lv., then only it divided by 22 persons, how many use it, gives already /_4.40_/ Lv. per person, sirs, these are enormous expenses, which are consequence of this, that, how I have said, the building is low. But there is more than this, because if we add also about 7 Lv. per month for the annual inspection, this exceeds already the 100, and then you add some 30 Lv. for electricity (which money will always go up), and this gives now about 130. Lv., and with a little reserve the money reached 140 Lv., right? Yes, but for the cleaning lady is still paid only 70 Lv., so that the lift is exactly /_2_/ times more expensive than without it, or together /_3 times_/! From here even a first-grader, really, will see that if from these without lift are collected by 5 Lv, then from those with it must be collected by 15 Lv. and this on the average, where for the higher floors the sum can easily reach to 17-18 nice Levs! So that the Abnormal also this time does not err.
( And at the same time the spendings for electricity for the staircase continue to be about 2.0 Lv. /mon., or by /_7 St._/ /per., and from me have taken for long time by 50 St., and later by a whole Lev, what is an increase of /_10 times_/! Like also this, that the new staircase lighting is still switched on in broad daylight, costed about 260. Lv., but the really necessary money was only 26. Lv. for a new electrical meter! Impressing, isn't it? Cheating on a large scale! )
Yet I have another method for checking, that looks much more impressive, as you will see. My goings out, which I have measured already about 5 years, showed averagely in a month 10 goings out, but this year till the moment even about 8 times, what makes by /_50 St._/ per a going out in the best case. If we take into account that only the lift costs twice more than the cleaner, this means that if I have used the lift this would have costed me by /_1.50_/ Lv. for a double passing through the staircase down and up, right? Yes, but I know at least one person who goes out in digits and words /_100_/ times in the month, or 3-4 times daily, what means that if he decides to show so much /_magnanimity_/ like myself, then he must have paid not more and not less than /_150._/ nice Bulgarian Levs each month, where my ordinary neighbours, with about 50 goings out, correspondingly the half of the sum! Well, it is clear that nothing should be exaggerated to the extreme, and because of this I set limits for the individual coefficients from 0.5 to 1.5, but so or otherwise there exists reason in such judgment (no matter that it is pronounced by an Abnormal). What is reduced to this, that also the contemporary situation, when myself is paying by 5 Lv. in a month, and a heap of other people give by about 15 Lv., this is still /_not_/ correct enough, this is still expression of ordinary Bulgarian /_barbarity_/, where from those, who are using some thing significantly less than the others, is taken proportionally much more than from the others! And this without taking into account the fact that for me a kilo cheese, for example, costs about /_120_/ Lv., and if I decide to order the smallest pizza to be brought at home, then it will cost me, compared with the average income, whole 70 Lv., but compared with that of the Racketeeress then not less than /_210_/ Levs! Ah, this Abnormal!
Well, as if this is enough for the moment, ah? It remains only to give the small (sub-) letter, which I have hanged on the board, in order to be at once /_pulled down_/ by my direct neighbour (practically sure), because he hates me enormously, because he has an inferiority complex, and in his old years has begun to go a bit crazy. And also this time I am not at all exaggerating, because have recalled that occasionally have heard that his nickname was ... the /_Fog_/, i.e. in his mug — ah, excuse me, his head — is always some thick fog, and one can't understand whether he is really (not like me, only to insult me) abnormal, or fakes it in order to seem more interesting.

I have finished also the 16-th Letter to you all, who do not want to read me, and because of this I send it only to the people who want to read me, and here I put just about 1/10-th of its content. Yet first let me … /_thank_/ officially to the person who takes down my Letters, because I surely can guess who hates me most of all (naturally without whatever reasons), whom I will name the /_Takedowner_/ (of the letters). And why I am thanking him? Ah, because he expresses exactly the /_common opinion_/, I have /_checked_/ several times that nobody, really nobody from the people living here, wants to hear what I can say, but they are relatively well brought-up, and do not dare to take my voice down, where to him nothing prevents him to behave in this way, not brain and not education, like we are used to say! Id est he is an expresser of the otherwise hidden opinion of the masses, for what I am really thankful to him. (Well, this opinion /_exposes_/ all people in the entrance in bad light, bit when they quite consciously /_want_/ to expose themselves in that light, then so be it, I just fix the situation and show it to the world, and this in several languages.)
And now let me come to the new taxes. Well, put in 2 words, they are /_total mess_/, yet there is some /_beginnings_/ of improvement, and probably after some 5-6 more /_years_/ the Racketeeress will come to the truth! Some of the more important moments here are the following: firstly she does /_not_/ blackmail /_herself_/, and because of this earlier she paid with 50 St. above 8. Lv., thinking that 3. Lv. for the lift sufficed (and by 5. from those without lift), but now only the tax for maintaining of it in order, and /_without_/ whatever usage of it, comes to /_4.40_/ per person; yet when she got that this is awfully little (and I have said that the money for it must be raised with at least 3. Lv.), then she paid already exactly with 3. Lv. above (and 10 St., not clear how added), or in sum by 11. Levs. Yes, but this is neither modified according the floors, nor is with individual coefficients, and in addition to this it is still /_not_/ enough! Here is one simple proposition for the moment, sticking to the minimum: from these without lift to collect by 5. Lv. per person (when she so insists on this minimum), but further from the 3-rd floor to take by whole 12. Lv., from the 4-th — by 13.5 , from the 5-th — by 15. , and from the 6-th — by 16. Levs.
And let me give one comparison about this, why I am /_still_/ not satisfied with the taxes. So I, how I have said a heap of times, go out on the average 10 times in the month (and for this year till the moment it is even 8 times), hence my 5. Lv. divided by 10 give by 50 St. for one movement in both directions. Yes, but only for the lift will become in sum about /_140._/ Lv. /mon. (not less than 130.), what is exactly /_2 times more_/ than the 70 Levs for the cleaner, so that it turns out that /_one_/ going out for persons /_with_/ lift must cost in digits and words by /_1.50_/ Lv. per person; this gives, by averagely 50 goings out in the month, by /_75_/ Lv. //_person_/ /mon., yet I know at least one person who surely goes out 100 or so times, so that he must cough whole /_150._/ Levs! Only in this situation there will be equality between all neighbours! This may look absurd, but under the absurd conditions of the /_Racketeeress_/ this seems quite logical. Otherwise it turns out that, figuratively speaking, /_sick healthy carries_/ [what is Bulgarian proverb]!
Well, this is in possibly shortest form. I will only beg the /_Takedowner_/ (of the letters) to give this note to the dear to all Frytska for information, after its immediate taking down. Again thanks to all of you.

[ What this time hanged on the board when I returned home after 3 hours, but /_4_/ hours as if has not endured, because I went down in the evening to check it and it was already not there. And listen, this Takedowner may express the opinion of the masses, but these are only my neighbours, who may not be so representative for all Bulgarians, only for the … peasants, of course, yet there are on the world globe about /_1300 times more_/ people then us, isn't it so? Well, this is the reason why I am writing these my Letters and am publishing them in the world in several languages, in order to allow to the other nations, as well also to our emigrants abroad, to read them and judge alone whether this opinion of my neighbours is right or it isn't. And the opinion of the latter is expressed chiefly in this, that they want in every possible way to shut the mouth of the educated, because they alone are not such, and now it rules the democracy. And what of this, that now rules the democracy, ah? Well, this, that for us it /_implies_/ the thought, that the simple persons are these who decide everything, and, hmm, the simpl/_er_/ they are, the better! This is the point, in the badly understood democracy in an, unquestioningly, barbarous country, or of unbelievers! So that my saga continues and does not cease to be interesting and instructive. ]

TO MY READERS IN THE INTERNET, BY THE ABNORMAL FROM AP. 969, TO DATE 20.04.25, EASTER
[ Here firstly are 2 relatively, yet not entirely, short notes to my neighbours, which I hanged at the board by the entrance. They are reaction to the report of Frytska from January 2025-th for the whole 24-th year, which I comment with about /_3_/ months delay, because in my age the time has begun to be always not enough, i.e. my abilities are in bad relation with my creative plans. Here is the first note. ]

I am again very late, with whole 3 months, with my next 17-th Letter to those who read me, who this time are /_not you_/, yet I continue to inform you about the most important moments, in as much as you allow me this (i.e. do not take down at once my notes). And in this case I just react at the report of the Racketeeress Frytska from Jan 25-th for the whole 24-th year, which continues to be exceedingly /_informative_/ for those (like myself) who can read /_between_/ the lines. So in it is said, in the second table, that the earnings for the year were 5,731. Lv.; the spendings were 2,896. Lv.; and in the cash register have remained 2,835. such Levs. Yes, but only the spendings correspond to the given by items, and for the amount in the cash register I take that it is the given (because to count her cash she is surely capable), yet the /_earnings have nothing in common_/ with the previous table, where is given everything collected by apartments and months!
Taking for granted that she, as /_experienced_/ racketeeress, will not begin to falsify maliciously numbers that can be checked, but only such whose verification or /_appropriateness_/ remains hidden from the neighbours, I want first to turn your attention at her striking /_incompetence_/ in accounting, which you do /_not_/ see because are, I beg your pardon, absolute /_profanes_/ in this activity, and have not even elementary notion at least about one-sided accounting, what she uses here. So that she knows that in one table must not be contradictions, everything must tie well one with the other, yet between the tables — well, who will begin to check this (with the exception of my person, because I have studied too much)? In view of this I beg you first to check (as you are able to do this, by the quittances) the taken from each apartment, in my (of the Abnormal) edition, supplied with additional intermediary summing on each floor, because this gives (how many times I have checked it) a total of /_4,217._/ Lv., and not at all like the Racketeeress writes 5,731., what is a difference with about /_1,500_/ Levs, but to her this makes /_no_/ impression at all (because the thousands are for her only trifle)!
Yet here I don't think that her error is intentional, no, she can make also involuntary errors, because such is her knowledge in the accounting, and when the neighbours believe her as if she is God almighty, then she becomes accordingly inattentive (let me repeat, under condition that she works /_well_/-intentionally, if we do not take her blackmailing into account, and not that she lies deliberately). Because she, in my view, is a /_Meritorious Blackmailer of the Republic_/, and how it becomes now clear she wants strongly to repair /_the roof above her head_/, because /_only by her_/ as if was leaking, and nowhere else, pay attention please on this! So here is my table for the collected money for the previous year, where firstly goes the number of the apartment, then the number of the people in it, and after this is the collected for the whole year sum:

Well, when you check your receipts, and if occasionally decide this time to leave my note 2-3 days until I alone take it down, then in such case I may continue my comments with other interesting facts. This time I do not beg you to give me an email of you, in order to send you readable text of this, because it, obviously, does not interest you particularly.

I suppose that this time it was taken down by the very Racketeeress, because the Takedowner, alas, died in the beginning of January, and another person who hates me /_so_/ much as if does not exist. Ladies and not exactly, but first of all my dear ... God, because You are that, who sees and hears everything what happens on the Earth, including also our barbarous fatherland.
I will try to be maximally brief, yet I am afraid that this will simply /_not_/ happen; in any case I will enumerate in relatively short subpoints the most important moments.
1. I am particularly ... happy, or at least /_thankful_/ to all of you, my she neighbours, that you continue to take down my notes, in spite of the fact that the Takedowner (of the notes) is not between the alive. Id est you remain true to his spirit to shut the mouth of that /_rotten_/ intellectual, whom nobody, and really /_nobody_/ — this was /_checked_/ several times (by me personally) — does not want to hear. And why I am thankful, ah? Well, because you are exactly the ideal ... /_experimental pigs_/ (or hares, mice, hamsters, monkeys, if you want), which a researcher (of Bulgarian democratic morality) can wish to have, you react exactly so, how he wants from you, what is exactly the /_wrong_/ reaction, yet this is Your will, God (to be such)! So that you offer me all necessary proofs of my theses.
2. And what are my theses? Ah, let me repeat that you all, who are quite /_good representatives_/ of the ordinary and common people, show a heap of /_barbarous_/ traits, which the other nations in the world as a rule deny, like for example: lack of whatever morality about /_coexistence_/, inability to listen to your prominent persons, in a sense of education and /or morality, contempt to the poverty (which has become such exactly /_because of the democracy_/), reverence only to money (which is from the Devil) and honouring of the simple (without special education) traders, denying the right of personal opinion (when it differs from the common), disregard to whatever social injustice of the persons, so that from those who are using something less then the others is wanted to pay relatively most of the others (because when we can pay then also the others must be able to pay), or according with Bulgarian proverb that "/_Sick healthier carries._/". At the same time, however, you are very /_good_/ (by heart) barbarians, /_not_/ this what the world thinks about us, because you do not want, and are not able to, organize in your hatred, i.e. you are, so to say, /_spontaneous barbarians_/, what is very important for the /_peace_/ between the individuals and the nations! Yet because you differ much from the other nations, then we are suffering of this.
3. On the other hand, when I appropriate the right to hang whatever I want notes, which sound insulting for many of you all, then also you, quite naturally, must have the right to /_take them down_/, what you also are doing! Yes, only that with this you "pour water" in my mill [like we are saying] according the previous point, and are exposing yourselves before the whole /_world_/ (about what you, alas, are giving no damn)! So that I am happy that you give me perfect /_negative examples_/ of behaviour, but am not happy from this, that in this way all Bulgarian /_people_/ are being misrepresented, who in my opinion suffer, and this for centuries, chiefly because of their barbarian disorganization and disrespect of the neighbour and the educated, where the world does not understand this (our people), does not see our /_good_/ heart.
[ Here is added something more, what I have economized, for brevity, to my /_ill_/-intentioned she-neighbours. It is the following: /_mediocrity defends itself_/, and nobody, including myself alone, has right to take away this sacred right! Because, listen my readers, the intelligent has as least this solace that he is right, and /or moral, that he is doing something good for the masses, while the mediocre little persons do not have this solace, yet they have, even not lesser, but /_greater_/ right to live cheerfully and quietly, for the reason that the major part of the burdens in life lie on their shoulders — at least I personally realize this well, these are the /_proletarians_/, no matter that nowadays this term is not more used, but it comes from ancient Roman times. Because of this the more simple are almost always, as a rule, also more /_impertinent_/, because they can succeed /_only_/ with impertinence, otherwise there is no reasonable basis why they must win quite often. Yes, it is so — although nobody acknowledges this — yet everything in some reasonable limits, not in the situation of obvious blackmailing and animalistic hatred to the educated, just because they are simpletons and outright egoists. Now you see why I have economized them this explanation, isn't it? ]
4. As to what concerns the /_world_/. Now look, I have mentioned multiple times that I am writing in the Internet everything what seems to me that the world must know about us, and in relation with these exactly Letters I have begun to do this before 4-5 years, when I became convinced that we are downright /_hopeless_/! We /_like_/ our barbarity, and are /_proud_/ with it, we do not want to learn from anyone, and because I consider this damage for our people, for our image, then, quite naturally, I expanded my audience to the world one, using chiefly the English language, which learn now absolutely all nations. So that I am /_not_/ speaking anymore before some 30 persons, but before about ... /_1,000 times_/ more persons — if you want, believe me, and if you don't, then it's up to you, yet God is my witness that I don't lie to you. So that for a long time I do not try to change you, but /_through_/ your /_bad_/ example to change the /_other_/ Bulgarians, who are not involved in the events here, and when so they are not bound to persist in their errors [where in the original is used one a bit indecent Bulgarian saying, that they behaved like a fruit-stone stuck in … the bottom orifice — where is supposed that it can neither go out, nor then in!]. Yet also in order to convince the world audience (well, that part of it which will become interested by the question), that we are not bad people, no, we are still … /_infantile_/ in social aspect, /_children_/ in comparison with the other nations, what is a shame for a nation with more than 13 centuries history!
5. So this time my note could have been taken down by the very /_Racketeeress_/, because she does not like to be called by me in this way, yet I also to not like to be called Abnormal, and more so that /_all_/ here living agree with this (because till the moment nobody has objected to this). I do not like this not for other reason, but because this is insult to the /_institution_/ of Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, in which I have worked for some time, and there are /_not_/ hired abnormal persons! But together with this her insult is motivated only with her /_hatred_/ against me, because she can't lead me by the nose, how she does this with the other of her neighbours, like an experienced blackmailer, like a /_Meritorious Blackmailer of the Republic_/, while her blackmailing, and, generally said, /_incompetence_/ as accountant, I have proved many times, and in my previous Letter I have mentioned some such moments. So that there /_is_/ a difference between myself and her, bit /_if_/ we assume that I, still, may be wrong, then even more so because of this, for the other Bulgarians and foreigners to judge who is right and who isn't, I am publishing myself in the Internet, describing everything with invented names and hidden addresses.
6. No matter that I am repeating myself with this example, but when you do not read me (and the Daddy God might have /_forgotten_/ about this) I will mention again, that in the case with the ... faeces, that have clogged the sewer in the basement, so that was called a … /_sh#t-carrier_/ (according the Russians), must be quite obvious that this clogging is proportional to the ..., well, the /_bottoms_/, and not the apartments as such! So that there is a difference between one bottom and 3 or more so 4 such in an apartment, where again myself was the screwed up.
7. What concerns the taxes, then I repeat for /_3_/ years (i.e. since her self-appointment), without whoever to want to listen to me, that — but very simplified — these who are using the lift must pay on the /_average_/ /_3 (three) times more_/ than those who do not use it, what — pay attention also to this — is /_not_/ assertion /_against_/ the wish of the Racketeeresså Frytska to cover again the roof above her head, because, like it is well known, it /_leaks nowhere else_/, only as if by her, but what cannot be proved. In the sense that who does not recall what meant leaking before, when the water around the shaft of the lift reached even the first floor, and this was /_flowing_/, not just dripping, then let he comes to my apartment to see leaks on 3-4 places (because I always have, neither money, nor time, for to liquidate the stains). Yet this is the worst of the /_simpleton_/, that he simply /_does not know his interest_/, cannot understand who is with him and who is against him. And I personally have written a Letter with length of a kilometer immediately after she took her post, on which she /_self_/-imposed herself alone (and continues to /_compromise_/ herself alone, at least before my Internet readers and You, my dear God).
8. So that if she has agreed with this, such persons like myself, without lift, to pay 2.5 Lv., and the others on the average by 7.5, there would have been no problems; or then else, those like me to pay by 5 Lv., but then the others on the /_average_/ by 15 Lv., or beginning from 12-3 on the 3-rd floor, to reach to 18-20 Lv. on the 6-th floor, where is she alone. But no, she prefers to insult more intelligent persons than her, and despite the significant increase of the taxes the previous year she still takes with about /_3.0_/ Lv. on the average /_less_/ than the necessary (when she so eagerly wants to repair the roof). The next example about this obvious blackmailing I wanted to give even in the previous note and have begun, but have stopped before it because the note became too long. Well, but this time I will give it, it is not so difficult, and the blackmailing is more than obvious.
9. So for the whole 2024-th year we have earnings of /_4,217._/ Lv. (no matter that she gives them erroneously as 5,731., together with the /_accumulating_/), and the spendings are /_2,896.;_/ where in the cash register have remained 2,835. Levs. The spendings correspond by items in the following way: annual inspection of the lift 80., tax for keeping of the lift in order /_1,404_/. [people, pay attention how expensive happens to be the lift even by zeroth usage!], electricity for it 198., then electricity for the stair-case only 28., for the cleaning woman 840., and other expenses 347. (from which 336. are for the unclogging of the pipes). With lift are 23 persons, without it 11 persons, and in sum they are 34. The spendings /_only_/ for the lift are: 80. + 1,404. + 198. = 1,682. Lv. Then the common spendings are 28. + 840. + 347. = 1,215. , from them for those with lift are 23/34 or /_822._/ Lv., and for those without lift are 11/34 or /_393_/. Lv. As you see, till here the calculations are simple, it remains one more simple thing, but, naturally, nobody of my neighbours does it, including Frytska.
And it is the following: all expenses for the persons with lift give 1,682. + 822. = /_2,504._/, what divided by 23 persons gives on the /_average_/ by 109. Lv. per person for an year, or by /_9.07_/ Lv. /month. So, and the expenses for those without lift are only 393. Lv., what divided by 11 persons gives /_averagely_/ per person by 35.7 Lv. for the year, or by 2.98 (i.e. 3.0) Lv. /month. Well, I hope that now a first-grader can see that 3.0 Lv. is 3 times (and just a bit above this) less than 9.07 Lv., what is exactly this, what myself asserts for 3 years, but the thick /_mug_/ (here was given one Russian jargon for a head) of our dear Frytska does not want to accept this view in /_her favour_/, because this says the educated, to what just /_has to be paid no attention_/ (when the Trader — although with /_primary_/ education in comparison with the educated — speaks)!
10. And now let us look more carefully at this, who how much gives for the common needs, which according the standpoint of Frytska are reduced to repairing of the roof above her head, which question concerns /_only her_/. In the sense what /_remains_/ from the money of all after covering the /_obligatory_/ needs, divided again between these two groups, of with and without lift. So for these with lift (from 3-rd to 6-th floor without myself) there must be minimum 2,504., but is collected 3,104. (according this, what I have written in the previous note, which someone, who hates me very much, has taken down at once when he has seen it), or exactly /_600._/ Lv. in plus for the roof and whatever else is necessary, what divided by 23 persons gives by 26.09 Lv. averagely per person for an year, or only by /_2.17_/ Lv. /month.
On the other hand, those without lift (from 1-st and 2-nd floors plus me) have minimum of 393. Lv., but from them is collected in sum 1,113., what gives /_720._/ Lv. in sum in plus (so to say the /_baksheeshes_/ for the Racketeeress), or for 11 persons this is by 65.5 Lv. averagely per person in the year, or by /_5.45_/ Lv. /mon. (against 2.17 from the lift-users). So that in the most modest case of /_absolute_/ difference (dry money, as we say) between the ones and the others the quotient turns out to be 5.45 Lv. : 2.17 = /_2.51 times_/ more (what is the same as 65.5 : 26.09 = 2.51), i.e. these persons who do not use the lift pay for everything else exactly 2.5 times more than those from the higher floors (or then they pay nearly the half of the lift of those who are using it), no matter that these people from below are not interested, but not /_at all_/, in the repairing of the roof!
11. Yes, but the things become even more drastic if we take them in relation to the /_expenses_/ of the people, i.e. /_relatively_/. Because then 600. : 2504. = /_0.24_/ or 24 % , while from those without lift remain 720. : 393. = /_1.832_/ or 183.2 %. Id est the quotient now turns to be 183.2 : 24 = /_7.63 times_/. If this is not blackmailing — people to pay /_7 times_/ and a half more for something, what does /_not_/ at all interest them, than the others, who are much more interested in this, as well also use much more services — then you find better example! Well, I personally am now glad, because I give only about 2 times more than the necessary, what can be endured, yet there are quite bigger losers (and, respectively, blackmailers). But together with this exists obvious dividing between the persons at different floors, where the sums far away from always correspond to the difference between the floors, and this depends also on the personal attitude of the Racketeeress to those people — some of them she patronizes, where other ones blackmails strongly. So that my assertion about her, including her nickname, is entirely /_justified_/, but the people, the common masses, simply /_like to be deluded_/ and prefer the /_ordinary_/ like them persons as bosses, not the educated.
12. Now, of course, arises the question, why I am writing these things, when I am absolutely /_convinced_/, that /_nobody_/ will pay whatever attention at them, because there will be found at once a person, most probably the very Frytska, who will take them down at once? Well, I have mentioned this in the very beginning, it is because I am responsible before ... /_God_/, like also before my readers in the Internet, with the naive, yet still hope, to be able to show influence over other Bulgarians to try to become more like the other humans, to wash a little our image (because the world is long ago open), as well also to narrate in a funny way to the world, that our barbarity is simply /_unripe_/ society, we are of the /_pre_/-religious epoch. It is true that I defend also the thesis that exactly /_we_/ are to be /_preferred_/ before some, say, Americans, or Germans, or Spaniards, Frenchmen, Genghis-Khans, Alexander-the-Greats, Bonapartes, etc., but every thing in its decent dose, not to go barbaric without limit.
13. And now, dear God, and my Internet readers, a little about the social side of the things, which is not caught by our laws, but which must in no case be ignored. Because you know that it is spoken about persons put in socially unjust position, about /_socially weak_/ — but usually /_morally strong_/, pay attention to this please (because this is why is speaking about such persons, they are still good for something, they are at least proletarians and serve for reproduction, or are scientists, creators, intellectuals, and so on). Well, let's take me personally, I am at least /_30_/ times, I repeat, /_times_/, in more subjugated situation than a '/_Suljo or Puljo_/' [like we are used to say, i.e. quite ordinary person], because I use /_5_/ times less than every other person of all services in the entrance (when am going out 9-10 times in a /_month_/ — I am already sick to repeat this), and plus this I receive pension /_6_/ times lower than the average income of the population (and this after whole /_2_/ times and a bit more increase of this pension before 2-3 years). Yes, but 5 * 6 gives 30 (and earlier I have been put in /_more than 50 times_/ more unjust situation than the average Bulgarian)! And in addition I have studied on the average about /_dozen years more_/ than the others, and compared with these in my entrance this positively gives even /_15 years_/ more. Well, exactly because of /_this_/ my barbarians (i.e. she-barbarians, most often) hate me and take me for abnormal. This, dear God, is very /_indicative_/, it is worse than the blackmailing of Frytska, i.e. the worse are exactly the people's /_masses_/, that are standing behind her, and which I want to better, but who do not want to hear even a single word of mine.
Well, that's it, and I hope that she will soon repair her roof, and after 1-2 more years will give up her post, because she has imposed herself in order to repair the roof above her head, now it can be no doubt in this. Id est myself /_does not hinder_/ her, but waits when she will put all of us before a complete fact, so that will come time when all will begin to ... hate her, this time. Why? Because it happens so in the barbarous countries, and we have not a single politician at whom we have not spat after his changing, where the spitting begins even before his changing. Well, after this is expected soon some ... poetical little letter-note by me, because I am sick to teach /_wooden_/ heads, as is said. So that, God, I hope to offer more pleasure to You with it. Ciao for the moment, and how I said in the beginning, when my Letter is hanged, then this means that it is already read by You and soon (after I will translate it in several languages) also by everybody who wants to in the Internet, only that I do not say under what pseudonym.
Ah, let me add one more little, yet piquant moment. It is in this, that there are life situations when, according the stinging view of our people, as much as you move aside, the more it ... penetrates in you! Ha-ha, right? Yet it becomes exactly so with the Racketeeress, and with all these /_ladies_/ (because till the moment I have not have quarrels with men about the taxes), so that now it is asked: why, damn it, these women want to make stupidities, from which there is no way out, and as much they are trying to pull themselves out, the more they sink in the mud, get entangled in their arguments, expose themselves in bad light, and so on? Well, here I have no proofs and can only guess, where the first variant, and the best for /_them_/, led by the Racketeeress, is that these ladies have just ... /_little brains_/! This is not an excuse, but is at least /_attenuating_/ circumstance, and it seems very probable that their brains, in comparison with mine, are really less, and they can not predict well the matters.
Yes, but — and I hope that You, dear God, will agree with me in this — here can exist another reason, namely their /_sex_/! Because the men do not want, as a rule, to take it inside, yet the women want /_exactly_/ this! And because of this are all these intrigues and incessant discontents, quarrels, and so on of the women, because they do not want the things to be resolved once and for all, but to continue ... the /_rubbing_/, for the reason that it is what gives the /_thrill_/, otherwise the life is dull for them! Well, this as if is a better end of this supposedly short little letter-note, but which has turned to be a completely full Letter, that I continue not to count for a whole such, because I want rather to diminish the number of the Letters, than to increase it.
[ So, but already from the very beginning of the 13-th point, after the phrase "social side", I have cut the note, because have exceeded the set by me volume, and they also, anyway, will not read it, nobody will want to leave it. I added only the next sentence:

[ Well, also this quite long note, which I have made efforts to rewrite by hand for more than /_4_/ hours, because I have now become already blind due to my work before the computer screen, must have remained this time about 24 hours, for I have returned after 2 hours from my walk (around the garbage bins — ha-ha) and it still hanged there, and even late in the night I went down to the entrance to check whether it was there, and it, as strange as this seems, continued to stay there. Yet this was exactly before the Easter, and in a rainy time, and the people simply did not want to go out, and in addition to this I have written everything with a pencil, it has not been seen well at the darkness, so that on the next day, when a nice sun has shone, the people have seen it and probably at once taken down. In any case, when on the 2-nd day, Monday, I went out in the morning it, naturally, was not there, so that I really happy ... took a breath! Because our barbarity is impenetrable, there is no doubt in this! So after this I hanged after 1 or 2 days one, this time really short, note, written on a letter envelope, that follows. ]

This is again /_not_/ for you, so that take it down without hesitation, just when you see it, in order not to catch madness only by the reading of my notes; but in order this not to happen I am writing always who am I, to be warned.
Now, dear God, as far as You have not yet pointed me some tree outside, where to put my notes to You, I put also this one again here, but You surely are able even for one mili/_mond_/ [this is Bulgarian joke for the next smaller division after the second, 'milimund'] to see everything what You want, so that if my dear she-neighbours will take it down (about what one can quietly bet, that they will do at once), then You would have already read it. So, this time I have only one plea to You, I beg you to find some way to explain to all of them, especially to the /_Meritorious Blackmailer of the Republic_/ Frytska, that I am really very /_thankful_/ to them for this obviously /_wrong_/ reaction of them, because such examples that they are giving me I will in no case be able to find, they are exceedingly useful for me, and most of all for my readers in the Internet.
I, to tell You the truth, have directly ruined my appetite and the sleep exactly in the eve of this Your big holiday, having imagined that I have lied until now to my readers about my little test mice, the barbarians, and they have been decided (after some 20 letters to them) at last to begin to civilize themselves and to become like the other nations, but it was /_not_/ so, everything was in its old way. And /_glory to You_/, God, that it is so, and it turns out that in this dark weather, what was when I have hanged my previous 2 sheets of paper, written with quite /_little_/ letters and using a /_pencil_/, that the people simply have not remarked them, but later, when they have seen them in a day light, they have taken them down at once, how everybody of us have expected of them to do. So that this is for the moment.
I have prepared one-two more little things of /_poetical_/ character, but will add them when their time comes, and again for You and my readers, because my "little pigs" from the entrance do not at all like the /_pearls_/, that I am throwing to them, they do not taste good to them, where myself, whatever I decide to say, there always come pearls out of my mouth, right, God? Well, again ciao.
[ What this time stayed several days, but it, quite obviously, was looked at by /_no_/body, because I am writing with very small letters, and it must have been taken off the board, in order to look at it in the light, yet it hanged exactly there, where I have attached it with tacks. Then I wrote below: "Thank You, dear God, although these were only thanks, and it doesn't really matter whether somebody takes this down or not.", what I have removed after another 2-3 days. Well, in the next month it appeared an addition to this question, yet it goes to the next Letter, so that at the end comes my real Letter to my readers in the Internet. ]
OK, and now my rare Internet readers (but still hundred times more than my neighbours, and with my other pseudonyms also far over 1,000 times more) let me begin, or rather continue my Letter to you. Yet after these 2 letters in the Letter, there is not much left to tell you here. You have to see that I am striving chiefly to /_shorten_/ everything, but in spite of this I repeat myself, because nobody pays whatever attention to me and I am forced over and over again to explain elementary truisms, but they are such only for myself.
So the truth is this, that it becomes now quite obvious why this Racketeeress has self-proposed herself as cashier and supreme chief of our whole entrance, in order to modernize the roof above her head with the money of her gullible neighbours. What is both, /_not_/ really necessary, because there leaks /_nowhere_/ (it might be that it has dripped a little by her, yet this was in the bathroom, which is wet room, after all), and she as if has paid to put there some patch; as I have already said long ago, the building is about 60 years old, what can she want in this situation? Yes, but she wants exactly this, how a Bulgarian proverb says, to "/_Make a commemoration with someone else's pie_/". She has money for every thinkable innovation in her apartment, and she has made some, and will make other new ones, if decides so, but she is a trader in her heart, and all business people, at least in a barbarous country like ours, are doing exactly this, they use /_foreign_/ means for to make some modernizations, yet chiefly for to win something for themselves alone from these foreign money. They are doing something in return, but this is chiefly to count the money, and take away what has occasionally "stuck" to their fingers!
But, ah, the /_impudence and simplicity_/ of this lady exceed, really, all allowable limits, so that I may only be glad that she alone — as myself has said this, dear God, before quite long time, in the previous Part of this saga — provides me with proofs for her errors. Nobody forces her, and not a single cashier till this moment has given reports about the collected money, nor has given quittances for the received sums, and only this by itself is already ... /_suspicious_/! This is pure and simple /_on purpose_/, in order to /_throw dust_/ in the eyes of the neighbours and to cheat them that she is absolutely innocent and selfless person, while she is very experienced and selfish to the marrow of the bones swindler. Id est, she as if says: look at me, people, I am hiding nothing and give quittances to everybody for all received money, I am exemplary cashier. Only that this with the reports began to happen after myself hinted several times about the incorrect sums, and the giving of quittances is related with absolutely nothing, it is simply a good practice on the West, but not by us, where the signature of the person in the book for collected money sufficed. Yes, but the money that she collects from the people has grown about /_3 times_/ at once with her coming by us, so that she, really, wants to nip in the bud all possible objections, only that with me she couldn't have achieved this result (because myself is both, a mathematician, and for me a kilo ordinary white cheese costs not some 20 Levs, how it is for the average Bulgarian, but 6 times more expensive, according with my 6 times lower income, i.e. already /_120_/ Lv., and compared with /_her_/ income it reaches probably about /_300_/ Lv. for the kilogram!).
And it is clear now why she has so eagerly wanted to collect /_more than 6 thousands_/ of our Levs from her neighbours, and to use then for some super-modern roof, that hardly exists in another building (where I myself initially have thought that this is for a ... helipad, but this can be only preparation for it, who knows?). And mark, however, that free flats in the region exist really very many, our housing park in Sofia has grown for the democratic years probably 2 times, while the population, at least in the whole country, has diminished already with 1/3; well, in Sofia it grows, but everywhere are built new homes, only that they cost much, and to make calculation she surely is able. But that's the point, she simply considers the buying of her flat as the next her /_deal_/, so that there is nothing surprising if she decides to sell it now for more money, this is how behave all charlatans, sorry, crooks, ah excuse me, all traders! And all these little neighbours in the entrance are, hmm, simpler than the simplest, but damn, this rotten intellectual, and only he alone, disagrees with her blackmailing (with quite "good" intentions, yet from her standpoint).
Now, she /_tries_/ to learn a little from this, what myself is saying, but refracted through her prism of a /_crook_/, she makes not this what must be done, and, for example, neither has collected on a piece of paper signatures for new covering of the roof, with pro and contra and possibly abstained, nor intends to do this — why is this necessary, she is already the boss! But she has not such signatures also for her electing, 4-5 persons surely have agreed with her during the election, yet neither the votes have been counted correctly, nor has there existed a quorum, where the right way is to go by all apartments with a piece of paper and to require signature of everybody about his or her vote. But people, it is so in barbarous country like ours, and we, for example, were never asked, do we really want to enter the NATO, yet there should have been held a referendum. We choose with "Let us do this!" and later want that people listen and obey.
As if this was the manner of the bad communists, who have not asked the people about anything, yet this is not exactly so, there have been askings, and also the contemporary situation is significantly /_worse_/, because now we have long ago millionaires and billionaires, while earlier such persons have not existed, not a single communist leader could have owned big, called by me exploitative, property, he might have had power and command, but he did not own openly much money. In moral aspect the situation in democratic times by us is significantly /_worsened_/!
And this taking down of my notes, dear God, this is just pure /_peasantry_/, this was not allowed by whatever religion, we still continue to think that are living in the Middle Ages, only that now does not exist burning of witches at stakes, yet there exists spitting on any relatively selfless politician (and because of this we have not such persons for a long time). Like also this /_vulgar_/ understanding of us about the democracy, what otherwise is exactly according its letter, yes, that when now the ordinary simple people are those who decide everything, then this means that the /_simpler_/ they are, the better, and the educated one is free to do the ... blow job to them! We may have several national holidays related with the education, culture, our national awakeners, and so on, yet we not only do /_not_/ honour such persons, but also spit at them behind their back, like also before their eyes, as it is done with me. Because of this I am really /_thankful_/ to my she-neighbours, that they prove in the most unquestionable way our barbarity, taking this for firmness of character and voice of the people. Well yes, the people have the sacred right to ... make /_errors_/, and they are doing exactly this, especially when there is nobody to teach them. But this is also so by us, for mere show, because on our People's Assembly [what is our Parliament] continues to be written that "The unity makes the power", yet all right-wing political parties compete to disunite and reshape, because the masses long ago are not voting, even every second person does not vote (the percentage of the voted is a bit above 40 for already a dozen of years).
Gentlemen living outside of our forgotten by God country, we are in such deep hole not because we are poor (on natural resources and whatever else), but because are barbarians, disunited, everybody cares only about himself, to fill the guzzle, and so on. By us the Bulgarian women do not give birth, we have also no families, and if someone succeeds to learn more than the others then he at once runs abroad, be it in the far North or the far South of Europe. And those who /_succeed_/ in Bulgaria, understand to get rich, are only /_simple and arrogant_/ persons, exactly in accordance with our slogan from totalitarian times: "/_Through impudence towards progress!_/". Or else, what applies with full force to our dear Frytska, those who are with /_instinct of a ... leech_/! Grab people, and this is everything! Or via another proverb: "Before me flood, after me flood!", the important thing is that I was well and can screw over the others. Exactly also like in one Bulgarian saying about the Shopps [living around our capital Sofia] that "I don't want to live well myself, I want that the neighbour Vute lives bad!" (respectively, in my garden to shine sun but in the neighbour's garden to fall hail).
Yet let me remind you again that we are not bad, but the others, our neighbours, take us for bad and have even led wars with us exactly for this reason (like the Inter-Allied war before more than a century [in 1913], for which no historian dares to say that it was because of this, that our neighbours have taken us for absolute barbarians, yet all these countries, and of different religious beliefs, united themselves with a century-old enslaver, for us for nearly 5 centuries, the Turkey, only to take position against the /_Bugars_/ [like the Serbs call us]). So that as much as I get angry and rude with the Racketeeress Frytska, I am right in principle, that someone must react to this spitting at us over the world! Be there necessary another 1000 years for us to become like the other nations, somebody must keep the fire of our /_civilization_/ burning, and who else if not one former scientific worker, who has never looked at his personal well-being?
And so on, but let me finish now, and hopefully one more Letter will suffice me until this lady succeeds to repair her roof and will reject the post of cashier, so that I will be able to close this saga. Because I must also translate it in several languages, and I do already not see. Yet when one Beethoven could have gone deaf at the end from much music, then why me not to become blind at the end because of working before the computer screen?
18_. EIGHTEENTH LETTER
TO MY READERS IN THE INTERNET, BY THE ABNORMAL FROM AP. 969, TO DATE 06.06.25
[ Here firstly is a very brief note, as response to the actions of Frytska, who has decided to put on the board a list on 3 sheets of paper for the collected from all money for March and April 2025, with columns for what exactly and how much is collected, what is something that /_nobody has wanted_/ of her to do, me at least has not wanted it, what is pure /_showing off_/ in order to throw dust in the eyes, because of her /_guilty conscience_/ and wish to whiten her image, because the roof above her head is still not asphalted again. By such changing of the point I was simply bound to say something, because my neighbours are so elementary that could have thought that she is right. So here is the little note, written on a piece of paper with dimensions of a cash receipt. ]
05.05.2025, by the Abnormal
This report for the last 2 /_months_/ for the collected money from all of us, by our dear /_Meritorious_/ Blackmailer, I will simply leave /_without attention_/! And the reason must be clear. Well, she does /_not_/ at all answer a single of my accusations at her, she just shifts the question and begins to /_brag_/ in order to show how good and diligent as cashier she is. Only that it must be clear that with /_selfish_/ goals — the new asphalting of the roof above her /_own_/ nice head, because it leaks /_nowhere_/ else — can not be whiten the image of proven blackmailing of at least 10 of her neighbours, due to her fundamentally wrong /_system_/! I have explained these things in 5-6 of the last Letters, and will not repeat them again. By the way, she still has /_no_/ proof for her legitimate choosing, how it is proper, on a piece of paper with signatures of /_every_/ neighbour of age in columns "pro", "abstained", "contra"! Yet I stand in solidarity with the opinion of the masses and continue to pay my racket, so that you go on, ladies and gentlemen!
[ And that's it, I will no more react to provocative and deceptive moves of an experienced, really, blackmailer, with unquestioningly proven selfish goals. Not she is who will dictate me the flow of the Letters, I have my own plans, how you will see later. ]

More or less in this way are made the ... martyrs, by their stupid /_environment_/! Well, they do /_not_/ gain while alive, yet their efforts are not entirely in vain, because they make the life of the /_future_/ generations a little better. So that everything depends on the scope of observation of the people, and that of my neighbours is quite mercantilely limited, of course, how it is proper to the democracy, where there is no morality or ideas about nice spiritual life. In view of this I become Abnormal, and future Great martyr of Democracy!
And now, God, let me tell You that I, in fact, do /_not_/ complain of anything! Only that I am practically blind on one eye (because of working before the computer screen), yet this doesn't hurt, and I limp on one leg, but am not walking with a stick, how most of my peers are doing, yet I have no internal diseases and play /_sports_/ in my old years (I am jogging and make push-ups). Even lately I have /_no_/ need also of money, because succeed from my most minimal pension to spare about ... /_3/4_/ of it, especially when I have begun to circle around the ... garbage bins, because my she-neighbours want to starve me yet they can't, /_the educated is educated_/, how says one Bulgarian witty phrase. So that now I have income of about 45 % of MMS (minimal monthly salary), but when I went to pension before nearly 10 years I received exactly 33 % of the MMS at that time and then I economized only 1/4 of it. And also, just for information, during the last again 10 years before my going to pension I lived (already alone and without help) with average income of about /_20_/ % MMS (unofficially, because officially this was pure zero), where there was an year with income for the whole year of /_10_/ (ten) Levs, and one with absolute /_zero_/, and I still managed to survive (/_without_/, naturally, to have asked for at least 1 St. help from the state)!
So that, if Frytska takes from me every month with 3 Lv. more than my correct consumption (where the /_just_/ one is only 1 single Lev), then what are 3 Lv. /mon. compared with, say, 15 Levs? Because myself already in 2007-th year have /_switched off_/ my refrigerator, because have measured (with an old electricity meter) that it spends on the average by 8 Lv. /mon. (or for an year roundly 100.), but this was long ago and now the electricity surely costs about 2 times more than then, so that this will give some 15 Lv., right? And other similar examples of economy (for instance I am not using whatever card for the city transport, because even that for pensioners turns to be expensive for me, and earlier I have walked on foot from here to Al. Nevsky square and back, in order to use some special library in a foreign language). And out of the circling round the garbage bins, what I have begun to do systematically about the beginning of the virus pandemy, I am economizing about 80-some Lv. /mon. (practically a /_1000_/ in an year), and this going out only 9-10 times in the month, because more than this I simply /_cannot_/ eat up (and have hoarded various stockpiles of as if durable foodstuffs, yet with expired before 2-3 years term of preservation), and this under the condition that I count their prices from 2 to /_3_/ times lower than in the shops! So that, God, I /_survive_/ in spite of the democracy, and this already exactly 35 years.
And for what do I need these savings then, ah? Well, whether I know, maybe I will begin to issue in /_printed_/ form at least some 10 of my ebooks, which are /_over 100_/ in their number, and also in a heap of languages (compulsory at least in English), if not in my country then abroad, say in the United States. Because they, my books, like You, God, know this, are not actions or thrillers or love stories and so on, but publicistics, scientific investigations, various propositions, and a heap of poetry (but it for the verses is also necessary that one has in his head brains). So that to win out of their issuing I have never hoped (at most to keep the ends meet), yet they are needed for the intelligent people (not like my she-neighbours, naturally). All useful for the humans is necessary, in one degree or another, and it is useful when they — ha-ha — do /_not want_/ to read it! Or else I will begin to sponsor some university students, in order after they receive their education to save themselves abroad, and in this way to preserve the Bulgarian gene, what they are doing also without me, but with my help this process will hopefully speed up a little.
This, with what I do not agree, God, is that I pay expenses of /_other_/ persons, who have /_from 5 to 10 times_/ bigger income than myself, because for recompense of this they have studied at least a /_dozen of years less_/ than myself! Well, it is so in a barbarous country, yet everybody has the right to defend the personalities similar to him. The mercantile persons are /_necessary_/ in the consumptive society, this is clear for me long ago, but the scientists are also necessary in their own way for the whole humanity. So that, dear God, I am /_not living but creating_/! Now this can be only by 3-4 hours daily, but this is still something, it /_somewhere_/ is published.
And now, how to tell You, God, for me it /_doesn't_/ really matter whether my neighbours will take down this Letter at once, or will leave it /_without_/ reading, because if they will leave it then I am for them, how we are wittily saying, through their /_other_/ thing [meaning the sexual organs, of course], they are giving no damn about me, i.e. about the educated person, and if they will take it down then they are hating me strongly. But only the reluctance of one nation to listen to its intellectuals is already sufficient proof for its barbarity, as well also explanation for the corresponding blind alley, in which we have entered, like it happens by us! A nation, which honours only deceptive traders, and not scientific workers — let it burn in fire, and it happens so by us, for otherwise we would have not been at the last place in the EU (because there are other small and poor in natural resources nations, say the Switzerland)! But You surely know, God, why You have made exactly us barbarians, and not some Germans or Americans, not to mention the Japanese. Well, but /_me_/ also knows this. It is because, if one big nation is disunited and barbarous, it will /_never become_/ strong, and also a bigger number of /_bad_/ persons, positively, will be worse than smaller one, i.e. it is always better that worse is a smaller country! Yes, but the /_negative example is compulsory_/, in order to prevent big human masses of doing errors. So that You again know what are doing, but we, the humans, are those who err.
Else let me again share with You, that I hope that Frytska will soon repair her little roof (that leaks /_nowhere_/ else), and I will be able to stop with these Letters, because my readers surely are sick with them (not to mention myself, who must also translate them in several languages). It remains also to write a similar poetically-prosaic Letter dedicated specially to the Meritorious Blackmailer (the verse awaits for a long time this moment), and after this, probably the next year, to tell the people also how can happen so, that /_all_/ will be happy, my neighbours, led by their beloved Frytska, the very myself, and my readers in the Internet, together with You. But also this will happen. And now ciao, dear God.
The Abnormal
[ Where on the backside of the sheet, which exactly was seen on the board, is written: "It is by the Abnormal, so that you turn it over if you want, yet I do not advise you, but it is also not for you, it is written to my ... Daddy God.". Well, this might have stayed 2 days, but when I went out on the 5-th day it was already not there, so that everything is in its old way, what concerns our barbarity, yet otherwise something new appears from time to time. ]
+3_. AGAIN CLOSING REMARKS
So that's it, sirs, this portion of 1/2 dozen Letters also turned to be quite long, so that I one more time am stopping till here, and will continue in a next part. My behavior, I confess, is pretty provocative, but it is according /_their_/ one, in the beginning I am trying modestly and quietly to teach the untaught and immoral (like, for example, I have done with my enormously big 7-th Letter, to the newly arrived Frytska, but when people are not paying whatever attention at me, not only not to the point, but at all, then I begin to become impudent, because the truth is on my side, how it is said: God sees!). But you pay attention, please, at this, that I mention several times openly that I have begun to circle around the garbage bins, because they are as if the surest means with which I can fight our, yet also /_their_/, barbarity, but even this means nothing for them, they quite deliberately want /_exactly_/ this, that myself, as rotten intellectual, will suffer, while they will [as we say] wave freely their flag! Well, but this is exactly the reason why I am writing these Letters, in order to allow to the readers all around the world to judge by themselves who is right and who wrong, and because of this I am annoyingly thorough with the details. So let me remind you only this moment, that when myself is paying 5 Lv. /mon. instead of 2.50 (as if in the end of 11-th Letter), then this means that myself is paying, in fact, 2.50 for expenses of the /_others_/, what divided by more than 30 persons gives less than /_10 St._/ for everybody, so that each one of them could have quietly paid these cents instead of myself (when these are expenses of /_them_/), yet not a single human (even a woman — ha-ha) has not agreed to pay them alone. Well, it turned later that these were money for accumulation for the roof above the head of our beloved Frytska, but they as if were voluntary; yes, but when I declared to her that I want to reject the paying of these money, then she threatened me with Court, and this was where the whole quarrels between us both have begun. Really: what goes around comes around [this idiom as if must be so translated in English, where in Bulgarian it is literally: how has been cried to you, so has been answered to it], what concerns me, but on her part is applied: let us suck everybody, even if this is not right, because she is the boss in the moment!
And how I am saying, and will repeat it probably again in the next Part, when there are asked money for something, what is not voted by a list with names of everybody (and here this is absolutely elementary to be done, with signatures of every one in 3 columns), then even this is already obvious /_blackmailing_/ of the neighbours on part of Frytska, as also of her clique (how it will become clear further). Yet my piquant (at least) verse dedicated to her also remains for later, because already from the next Letter becomes indisputably clear that this clique goes on the offensive and wants, again without referendum, only by /_400_/. and a bit above this Levs from every apartment with 2 weeks notice! So that, how you will see alone further, this is again one unmasked ... /_genocide_/ of the intellectuals, not only on part of higher instances, but also from most lower ones! Well, naturally, /_not_/ in sense of physical destruction, but of forcing of the educated to circle around the garbage bins, or else to beg for help from the state. Yes, only that at least in my case the educated does /_not_/ beg for whatever from the state, because it sees well, that nobody is guilty that he has studied so much, that to become unneeded for our democratic and incessantly profanizing Bulgaria, and it alone to become a state with ... /_disappearing_/ functions, where /_already_/ the Turkish population, in a bunch with the Arabs and half of the Gypsies (who are feeling the Turks nearer than us, Bulgarians) exceeds — at least in my opinion — the ethnical Bulgarians! So that my conclusion is that we, definitely, are erasing our state, and my direct neighbours of feminine gender make their contribution to this initiative, via spitting at the few still left real (what will say technical) intellectuals.
Yet, let me repeat one more time, for me everything is enormously /_interesting_/, there are no interpretations here, everything is checked many times, and nearly /_everyone_/ of my neighbours was asked (with the invitation at a Common meeting when has come not a single person, with various small notes dropped in the post boxes of the persons if they want to receive readable copy of my Letters as file, and so on), but nobody dared to stand behind the educated, only behind the simple traders and sellers, because they are simple like the masses, ergo exactly from them they must learn (understand, how to cheat the others)! If there was morality, then at least somebody would have paid some attention to me, but how can exist morality in a perishing nation?
