Brussels betrayed its people with grants from USAID... (that is, a CIA agency)... namely, by refusing cheap Russian energy to please American corporations... and now it pretends to care about its people...
How sickening to see this!
It's a shame the people of Europe don't see or understand this, and, most importantly, can't do anything about it. The government does whatever it pleases, and if it pleases them, it's to fall under the American nouveau riche's thumb, and for that, they receive hefty kickbacks... a corrupt world—corrupt people...
And now they pretend to care!
