Friends, the title highlights the wonderful plants that can help with many ailments, especially infections, viruses, and acute respiratory infections.

As a doctor, I had little knowledge of herbal medicine; we didn't have any classes, perhaps it was an elective.

I decided to write this article because the other day I accidentally left half a large onion in the room where I was sleeping.
I woke up this morning with a damp chest and a soaked shirt. The onion really cleaned me out. I'll tell you that they did an experiment where they took a piece of apple and various antiseptic herbs and substances, sealed them in glass jars, and then watched to see which one the mold started eating first.

It turned out that the onion was stronger than garlic, although garlic has long been known as an excellent disinfectant against parasites and pathogens in general, as well as a source of many very useful substances.

Generally, when I go to the store, I'd choose onions that actually work. They often sell strange, tasteless, watery onions these days. The same goes for garlic.

I recently bought some garlic. It's very white, not very pungent, and doesn't show any dark traces of where someone has been eating it.

Mold actually eats everything; it's its role as a cleanser for nature. They even say it's present on space stations. But if it doesn't eat food, that might be suspicious. What do you think, dear housewives?

I should mention that I've been studying, or rather collecting information about anti-aging and longevity for 8-9 years now.

Few people know, but there's a very serious belief that parasites can cause up to 70% of ALL human diseases, including cancer.

Little is known, for example, that gray or black coating found in old houses, especially in damp areas like bathtubs, is so-called "black mold."

This mold caused fatal lung diseases in excavators of the Egyptian tombs of the Pharaohs, and it is very dangerous to humans.

In essence, mold, fungus, and decay are nature's defense mechanisms to eliminate the old, the obsolete, and the unnecessary in all living things, but perhaps in humans as well?

Shouldn't the fight for longevity begin with combating any purulent processes, inflammatory conditions, or other possible chronic diseases?

For example, candidiasis is a very common disease in humans, caused by Candida albicans, a fungus classified as an opportunistic pathogen. I was surprised to discover information about why these "enemies of humanity" are opportunistic pathogens. That is, they're not particularly dangerous for humans, but for some reason, almost everyone has them from birth.

I found one author's definition of Candida albicans: they're opportunistic as long as the human body and immune system are strong enough to contain them!
This isn't an official definition of candidiasis, but I think there's a lot of truth to it.
This is my opinion, but there are others. Surprisingly, there's one opinion: fungi and parasites are a person's cleansing mechanisms, and they absorb salts or heavy metals, like mercury (which can be found in seafood, for example).
This is the opinion of an experienced nutritionist.

Nevertheless.

There is research by the respected Italian doctor Tulio Simoncini that candidiasis is the cause of cancer and can even cause cancer itself.
The doctor has been treating oncology for a long time.

I recently heard a nutritionist with many years of experience say that she believes cancer is a fungus. In fact, it seems very likely that this is the case, as metastases are very similar to fungal spores.

Tumors are always acidic and thrive primarily on sugar, which is what most fungi and pathogens do.

To determine whether a person has candidiasis, a blood test for immunoglobulin g antibodies is necessary.

This test will show whether a person has or has had candidiasis.
Candida, being opportunistic by its very name, is not entirely clear whether it exists or not.

The same applies to worms: they can be present, but manifest through signs of other illnesses or general symptoms like acute respiratory infections, for example, depression, fatigue, low mood, taste changes, a feeling of constant hunger, or a craving for ice cream.

Therefore, for example, I am studying Antiaging and preparing an Antiaging protocol. Before starting rejuvenation, I would recommend a comprehensive screening or diagnostic MRI or other safe equipment of all organs and tissues to detect parasitological or fungal diseases (for example, mycoses) and the presence of undetected or latent chronic or latent diseases (for example, dental diseases such as caries, etc.). Periodontal disease, fungal infections of the nails, and all other conditions are all unnecessary burdens on the immune system.

This is unnecessary ballast that needs to be treated, freeing your body from unnecessary burdens, and then you will immediately feel a surge of strength and energy. Believe me, your body will thank you for taking care of it, you will feel it.

I understand that many people are very busy, have no time to check their teeth, put everything off until later, dental treatment can actually be quite expensive, but believe me, our immune system is constantly on guard for our health and carefully watches for any foreign agent that can enter us through the lungs, especially (smoking, air pollution), fungal spores, and generally dirt where parasites love to reside.

Doctors are familiar with the term "perforated intestine." This manifests itself in the presence of an unhealthy diet, especially one high in chemical foods, due to inflammatory conditions. or other intestinal diseases, the digestive system can fail, and food, poorly digested, begins to stagnate and fester in the intestines. As a result, undigested food particles can directly enter the bloodstream from the intestines.

This is called leaky gut syndrome.

Bread products may contain gluten, which can cause intestinal inflammation.

In fact, the body needs all proteins and amino acids for proper metabolism, and plant foods and Darko carbohydrates alone won't do. Carbohydrates, unlike amino acids, are not building blocks. They are a source of energy.

Carbohydrates are sugar—all cookies and baked goods, potatoes—they're pure carbohydrates—they're starch. There are also slow carbohydrates, like cereals.
It's better to eat slow carbohydrates because they're absorbed slowly.
You'll get much more energy from whole fats—almost 30 times more than from carbohydrates. Furthermore, all fungi and pathogens thrive on sugar; they don't have a complex digestive system like humans, and sugar is everything to them.

Friends, nutrition is super important. Hippocrates, the Great Father of Medicine, once said that all diseases are in the human gut.
Happiness is also found there, because it turns out that 95% of the happiness hormone, serotonin, is produced in the human gut.

Some nutritionists, particularly the nutritionist I mentioned, believe that women are essentially the Mistress of the Nation because they have been the head of the kitchen since ancient times and ensure that the family is happy—they ensure that the food is top-notch and that everyone is happy.

With the advent of prepared meals and fast food, women have perhaps begun to devote less time to careful food preparation, plus food is full of chemicals, and everyone knows this.
The question is, is this a good thing?

It's hard to say.

Returning to the topic of the article about candidiasis, fungi, and measures to protect against mold and decay in general.

The same goes for Antiaging.

Many methods in dietetics, as a therapeutic approach, begin with cleansing the intestines of toxins and stopping or preventing this leaky gut syndrome, that is, restoring normal intestinal function.

It must be said that a person has both friendly and unfriendly microflora, or microbiome.

In general, the human microbiome can change significantly depending on diet. Microbes are extremely attentive to food; it's their food.

I completely agree with the opinion of Nobel laureate Ilya Ilyich Mechnikov, who worked at the famous Pasteur Institute in Paris. Ilya Ilyich himself, from Russia, believed that lactic acid bacteria are essential for longevity. These bacteria are a type of friendly microflora, and he studied the effects of the so-called Bulgarian kefir stick.

It's safe to say that microflora, in collaboration with the digestive system, effectively combats putrefaction and participates in the digestion process.

Nutritionists are well-known for their use of so-called fermented foods, which are foods pre-processed by microorganisms, such as sauerkraut, pickles, sour milk, fermented baked milk, and other dairy products. They're considered healthy, especially sauerkraut, as far as I know.

Intestinal cleansing

This is primarily called intestinal cleansing, and there are various methods for this, such as therapeutic fasting or freshly squeezed juices, as well as other methods.
The purpose of fasting is that the body begins to process undigested food residues and waste products in general. This cleanses the body, which is very beneficial.

In each case, it is always best to consult a knowledgeable specialist, as self-treatment can damage the liver, for example, by taking antiparasitic medications while also heavily using strong herbs and folk remedies for parasites, such as wormwood, cloves, and others.

Balance is always needed.

Balance is always needed, and it's best not to neglect precautionary measures. These very strong remedies can adversely affect the liver, which is responsible for cleansing the body of toxins and chemicals. The gallbladder can also be damaged by toxic substances or very strong substances.

Candidiasis can be latent or unnoticed, but treatment is probably best if latent or any form of candidiasis is detected.

Speaking of Parasites

There are a great many parasites.
Here are the main types of parasites in humans:

Roundworms
Pinworms
Giardia
Chlamydia
Trichomonas
Toxoplasma

Let's take a closer look at ascariasis.

Ascaris lumbricoides is a parasite of the nematode class, a class of roundworms.
Up to 1.5 billion people worldwide are believed to be infected with roundworms.
It is the most common parasitic disease in the world.
A female roundworm can lay up to 240,000 eggs daily.
Eggs can be found in soil through human feces.
The main route of infection in humans is foodborne, as roundworms can spread from soil to fruits, vegetables, and other foods. The eggs develop in the intestines, then penetrate the blood vessels and feed on red blood cells and blood plasma. They migrate through the bloodstream throughout the body, first to the hepatic veins, then to the heart and lungs.
From the lungs, they migrate back to the intestines with mucus (the larval cycle is about two weeks).
In the intestines, the larvae reach sexual maturity in 2-2.5 months, when they begin laying eggs.
Adult roundworms live in the intestines for 11-13 months, but since infection can be ongoing, humans can also suffer from ascariasis constantly.
The infection season in temperate climates lasts from April to October, and in warmer regions, it is year-round.
Ascariasis has not been observed in deserts and permafrost zones.
Weed killers and other chemicals used in agriculture for soil cultivation do not affect them. In a favorable environment, they ripen in 15-17 days and can survive in the soil for up to 10-12 years.
They are susceptible to temperatures above 45 degrees Celsius, ultraviolet radiation, gasoline, and alcohol.

Symptoms of ascariasis in the migratory larval stage
Coughing, dry cough, fever, nausea, abdominal pain, and pain in the right hypochondrium

Intestinal stage
Symptoms of poor bowel function, nausea, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain, and more.
Low blood pressure.
Fatigue.

Preventive measures against ascariasis include personal hygiene.
Wash your hands thoroughly twice with soap after working in the garden, avoid drinking uncooked water, wash fruits and vegetables before eating, ensure children do not put toys or fingers in their mouths, do not bite their nails, and wash the floor regularly.
Adults are advised not to bite their nails, keep their fingers, hands, and palms away from their mouths.

In uncomplicated cases, the prognosis for ascariasis is favorable.

Pinworms cause the disease enterobiasis.

Pinworms (worms) are a type of nematode—roundworms—that cause the disease enterobiasis.

The species Enterobius Vermicularis causes enterobiasis in children and is very common.
Infection occurs orally through contaminated hands containing pinworm eggs.
They live primarily in the small intestine, and the female lays her eggs near the anus, in the peripapical folds.

A single female lays up to 17,000 eggs.
"Egg development requires a temperature of 22 to 40°C and humidity of at least 70%.
At higher temperatures, the eggs quickly die; if humidity is insufficient, their development ceases [7]." Vika

Parasitic eggs are very resistant to antiseptics, including chlorine-containing ones, and quartz treatment. They are killed at temperatures above 42 degrees Celsius or -15 degrees Celsius. They are also affected by alcohol, ether, and 5% carbolic acid solution (they die within 15 minutes). I think the best option is to thoroughly iron underwear or boil it (wash at 45 degrees Celsius).

It is the second most common helminthiasis in the world after ascariasis, affecting over 400 million people worldwide.
Complications of enterobiasis include purulent inflammatory processes in the genitourinary tract. Purulent inflammatory bowel diseases (paraproctitis, typhlitis, appendicitis, sphincteritis, and others).

Perianal neurodermatitis.

Astheno-neurotic syndrome
- manifests itself as decreased performance, increased nervousness, mild to severe fatigue, moderate mental disturbances, moderate fever, sleep disturbances, loss of appetite, and headaches.

Parasites are numerous in nature, and they also develop in various forms in the human body, sometimes undetected.
For example, if an Ascaris larva has penetrated a lung and a tumor has formed, it may be treated or diagnosed as tuberculosis.

Parasites, like many pathogens, have developed ways to evade the immune system over thousands of years of hunting humans.
Often, they don't show any signs at all, but "eat" people.
People are food for them. They can secrete toxic byproducts from their digestion into the body.

The main symptoms of worm infestation are general malaise, headaches, intestinal pain, and constipation. Poor sleep, fatigue, mild depression, low mood, coughing, and more.
When pinworms emerge from the anus to lay eggs, people experience a burning and itching sensation. They scratch the area with their fingers and nails, and then the worm eggs can enter the digestive system through the mouth.

Toxoplasmosis is often contracted by eating raw meat.

Important: helminths do not induce acquired immunity, so infection can occur at any time. The most important precaution is personal hygiene.

Prevention: Do not use feces in gardening, or use them with caution and always wear gloves. It's best to always wear gloves when working in the garden. Avoid eating raw meat and fish. Always wash your hands before eating, including doorknobs. Keep everything clean at home, especially floors where children may play. Avoid eating berries in the forest. In general, maintain cleanliness.

Parasitic medications should be used with caution and always consult a doctor, especially if combined with herbal remedies, as this can cause liver and gallbladder damage from toxicity.

The best antiparasitic remedies include black walnut, wormwood, tansy, buckthorn bark, licorice root, dandelion, and cloves. Many antiparasitic herbal teas are sold.

Teeth grinding can be a common sign of worm infestation.

It's important to always wash your hands thoroughly before eating.

The well-known stool test for pinworms isn't enough; you should consult an epidemiologist at your clinic or medical facility and ask for a referral for a blood test to detect antibodies against all parasites.
Enzyme immunoassay.

Or you can go to a private lab and have your blood tested to detect helminths.

I'll say that those who study longevity know that one of the principles of a healthy lifespan is to shed the burden or burden on the immune system. Specifically, it's necessary to free the immune system from fighting existing or potential illnesses.

This means determining whether there are any chronic illnesses, even untreated tooth decay, periodontal disease, or any chronic illness in general. This places an unnecessary burden on the immune system and must be addressed.

Parasites and fungi not only live in the human body, they feed there, excrete metabolites, and literally consume the body's energy. This causes a decline in strength and mood. Intermittent depression and general fatigue are possible.

One of the approaches being explored in the science of longevity is to stop chronic inflammation and possible parasite infestation.

Essentially, and this is clear to anyone without a medical background, any chronic, untreated inflammation (like untreated tooth decay) or other diseases, especially fungal (mycosis), candidiasis, and other diseases, stress the immune system and place a constant strain on it, as does the latent or unnoticed presence of worms, for example.

All of this places additional strain on the body, and it's best to combat and mitigate these sources of stress on the immune system whenever possible.

The same applies to chemical foods—for example, if a person eats something chemical and unnatural, perhaps even GMO foods, the body and immune system have to work hard to eliminate these chemicals from the body. Our immune system is our faithful friend and guardian of human health.
Our body attempts to neutralize any chemical—for example, a viral invasion, an infection, a gasoline molecule, or another chemical in the air—to protect us.

Therefore, it's better to seek out natural food sources and clean water, and try to avoid smoky air whenever possible. It's also crucial to ventilate the rooms where we live or work, especially in the North, where window sealing paper is available at hardware stores, but modern double-glazed windows guarantee maximum protection from outside air.

The problem is that when windows are closed and the room isn't ventilated, carbon dioxide can accumulate without being noticed. People don't notice it, and they can remain in unventilated rooms for long periods without any sensation of air shortage.

Why? We have very strong protective and compensatory mechanisms, but the oxygen-deprived metabolic pathway the body must switch to is an unnatural metabolic mechanism. People who spend long periods in unventilated rooms can develop tissue hypoxia, which in turn can lead to illnesses. People may then wonder where the problem came from, look for hereditary causes, visit doctors, and so on.

I will say that the key to good health, but not only health but also a great mood is always the transition to a healthy lifestyle.

Regarding healthy eating, it's important to mention Academician Alexander Mikhailovich Ugolev's theory of self-digestion. According to him, one of the most likely causes of human aging is processed or prepared foods. Raw foods contain the necessary substances for digestion, but processed or cooked foods, rather than raw, contain much less of them, forcing the body to draw on these essential elements from within itself and its own reserves, thus losing strength and energy for life.

Speaking of the title of the article and these essential aids to good health and longevity, it is necessary to mention another little-known remedy for protecting and cleansing all living things from decay and parasites: ordinary baking soda.

Soda is an alkali, and illness usually acidifies the body. I have mentioned in my works that the Italian doctor Tulio Simoncini treats cancer patients with ordinary baking soda.

Soda cleanses the blood and intestines of dirt and parasites and reduces acidity in the body.

The same goes for plants. Many gardeners, for example, use baking soda in their watering solution to improve plant growth and combat fungal infections.

Plants and animals are just as susceptible to fungal diseases as humans, and baking soda can be a good and inexpensive treatment and health aid.
The problem is that if the soil is alkaline, it's best not to use baking soda or sodium bicarbonate to alkalize the soil; this can be detrimental to the plants.

Baking soda is a miracle cure, and the recipe for taking it is quite simple: take a level teaspoon of baking soda and place it in a mug or glass. Then add a little boiling water until the baking soda begins to bubble—this is the reaction that quenches the baking soda. Mix everything well and add boiled water so that the solution is not too hot and is safe to drink.

The course usually lasts 4-5 days, every morning on an empty stomach. Remember that the stomach is acidic, so you shouldn't eat for at least 45 minutes to an hour after taking baking soda.

For complex illnesses, baking soda can be taken morning and evening, again on an empty stomach, and in the evening, three hours after eating.

I personally cured a virtually incurable condition called Staphylococcus aureus septicemia (in 2018, I underwent three surgeries for purulent abscesses, and even had my blood purified with ultraviolet light after the third surgery, but nothing helped). However, after four days of drinking baking soda, everything was cured, and even for a whole year after this treatment, I haven't had any acute respiratory infections or flu.

Sometimes people start drinking baking soda frequently, which isn't a good thing. The stomach has an acidic environment to protect the body, among other things, and this shouldn't be taken lightly.

Please be careful with baking soda, and it's generally best to consult with specialists.

Regarding cloves, onions, and garlic,

I should say what can be done to improve health in urban areas, for example?

I think you could take a course—say, two or three days or nights, or more. Honestly, I don't know yet how long you can keep cut onions, garlic, and, for example, cloves (clove seasoning is sold in any grocery store) in your room at night or during the day.

So-called essential oils are well-known, and they are undoubtedly very beneficial.
When I cut a large onion (it should sting your eyes if it's a good onion), the garlic woke up in the morning with my shirt damp on my chest—that's how serious its impact on the human body is.

I guess some latent ARI has cleared up.

Just recently, I left a jar of cloves next to me overnight (pictured), and the next day I had chills and a feeling like I was shivering. Then it went away, and I thought it was probably a reaction to the cloves.

Cloves are very strong, possibly stronger than anything else.
But you probably need to be careful when eating or taking them, because I remember getting carried away with them and then getting a headache. You probably need to be careful when eating them, and you should probably do some research online.

There are several antiparasitic remedies for worms and parasites, and I know one of them called Troychatka (Troychatka) - it contains powerful herbs like wormwood, tansy, and cloves. It comes in capsules, 60-120 capsules each, and I've taken it myself. It's very effective. There are also other anti-worm kits, for example, with yarrow.

This Troychatka (Troychatka) targets different stages of worm development, which is what makes it so effective. Wormwood itself can also be found and purchased separately. I've used decoctions of it, for example, boiled in a closed container for 5-10 minutes and then drunk. It's very bitter, which is probably why it's so valuable for fighting worms and parasites.

One of the most common parasitic diseases in nature is pinworm infestation. Obvious signs of the disease include itching and scratching in the anus, as female pinworms exit the colon through the anus and lay eggs there. When a person scratches the area, they pick up the eggs on their fingers, which then end up in the mouth and enter the digestive system—this is their life cycle.

Ascariasis is usually contracted from soil, so it's essential to wash your hands thoroughly after working in the soil and gardening. It's best to wear gloves, and generally wash fruits and vegetables brought from the market, and probably even from stores.

With a strong immune system, it's known that almost no disease is dangerous. What helps the immune system is being outdoors, walking, exercise, and, of course, eating healthy food and being in a good mood. Sunlight is known to promote the production of the happiness hormone serotonin.

I've already mentioned that these three plants, and sometimes baking soda, can be used to prevent intestinal diseases.
There are other folk remedies as well.

There is a list of plants, probably incomplete, that can help fight parasites.
Known parasite remedies include black walnut, wormwood, tansy, buckthorn bark, licorice root, dandelion, and cloves. In general, many antiparasitic herbal teas are sold.

Not long ago, I watched an interesting video online where they did an experiment where they left pieces of food and antiseptics—onions, garlic, and others—in tightly sealed glass jars.

In the first experiment, the onion won—after a month, there was no mold on the food in the onion jar, but there was mold on all the others, even where the garlic had been.

In another similar experiment, whole cloves were tried, and they outperformed onions in their effectiveness against mold.

It turns out that cloves are a better remedy for mold and rot, even than onions or garlic.

Today I was talking with an Ayurvedic expert, and he told me that the miraculous properties of onions and garlic have long been known in Ayurveda, but are they used specifically in herbal medicine or are they simply left indoors, affecting the entire room, and not eaten?

Perhaps all of these combined methods work better.

Perhaps you should consult with knowledgeable physiotherapists for the best preventative effect.
