Was the desire for a “bright future” true?.. Yes, it was... But only ‘there’ and “then”... Is what we have now true?.. Yes, alas... And it is given to all of us in our immediate sensations...)) Often in very unpleasant ones.
What will be considered the truth tomorrow? What will be considered the truth, say, ten years from now? I don't know... The great Leni Riefenstahl made great films... Olympia, Triumph of the Will... She was riding high on the Truth that was given to her in her feelings during the Third Reich, when records of Hitler's speeches sold millions of copies, and no one was forced to buy them... Then the Truth changed...
