Author's Concept of Negotiation Skills Training: "3D Negotiations"

The "3D Negotiations" methodology represents a comprehensive approach to training negotiation skills, based on three key elements, each corresponding to the letter "D":
- Level I: D - Dialogue - Negotiation Techniques (6 Stages).
- Level II: D - Dynamics - Profiling in Negotiations (Client Psychotypes).
- Level III: D - Development - EQ Negotiations (Resource State of a Super Communicator).

This program has been developed by Ruslan Kalimullin to equip participants with the necessary tools and knowledge for successful negotiations at various levels.

Level I: D - Dialogue
This level focuses on the techniques of negotiation and includes six stages that will help participants learn how to structure dialogue effectively. Each stage is designed to develop skills in active listening, formulating clear requests, and engaging in effective exchanges of opinions. Participants will explore the six key stages of the negotiation process:
1. Preparation for negotiations.
2. Establishing contact.
3. Identifying the positions of the parties.
4. Creating proposals and arguing positions.
5. Discussing and defending positions.
6. Concluding an agreement.

Level II: D - Dynamics
At this level, the focus is on profiling in negotiations. Participants will study various client psychotypes and their behavioral models, which will enable them to better understand the needs and motivations of their counterparts. Knowledge of interaction dynamics will help:
- Identify the communication style of the interlocutor.
- Adapt one's own approach based on the psychotype.
- Develop more effective negotiation strategies.

Level III: D - Development
The final level of the program is dedicated to emotional intelligence (EQ) and the resource state of a super communicator. Participants will learn to manage their emotions and utilize them during negotiations, as well as develop self-regulation and stress resilience skills. This level emphasizes:
- Techniques for enhancing emotional intelligence.
- Building self-confidence.
- Exercises for maintaining a resourceful state.

The "3D Negotiations" methodology offers participants a holistic approach to learning negotiation skills, encompassing both technical aspects and the psychological nuances of interaction. Each level builds upon the previous one, creating a solid foundation for successful negotiations in any situation.
