"Доклад РИМСКОГО КЛУБА - 2018"
Обзор "Доклада" подготовил проф. Чумаков А.Н.   
Благодаря "глубины экспертизы авторов", оценки, содержащиеся в Докладе, должны быть срочно рассмотрены по всем направлениям.
В частности, “его главным вопросом станут "философские корни текущего состояния мира"".
Так как по определению, Философия есть наука о первых началах бытия (Аристотель),  то  одним из определяющих направлений оказывается рассмотрение модели первых начал на основе достижений Физики (конкретно, Квантовой физики).
В качестве модели Космоса используем всеобщий закон возрастания ЭНТРОПИИ.
Примем этот закон в качестве экспериментальной модели. Тогда, в пределе ЭНТРОПИЯ стремится к константе и производная функции энтропии (возьмем ее в том виде, который был предложен Планком) равна НУЛЮ.
Однако, функция Планка имеет размерность произведения: ВРЕМЯ x ЭНЕРГИЯ.  Размерная часть функции энтропии также подлежит дифференцированию и его результат равен сумме относительных приращений ВРЕМЕНИ, МАССЫ, РАССТОЯНИЯ; сумма равна нулю!
В целом, этот результат выражает принцип неопределенности для всех физических процессов. Например, чем точней измерение времени, тем меньше оценка расстояния, и/или массы, расстояния. ВРЕМЯ, МАССА, РАССТОЯНИЕ есть ПЕРВЫЕ НАЧАЛА БЫТИЯ.
Подчеркнем, что все переменные представлены в виде относительных величин. Это значит, что они не имееют масштабов.
Масштабы вводит человек в ходе его эволюции и познания.
 По теории "энтелехии" Аристотеля три части души Человека есть результат эволюции ПЕРВЫХ НАЧАЛ БЫТИЯ. ВРЕМЯ = Цель жизни человека - максимально возможное удлинение ее продолжительности. МАССА - энергия (вместе с инфраструктурой) - сила общества (государства). РАССТОЯНИЕ - геометрия/ культура/ наука/ информация /ум/ вычислительные системы.
Каждая пара первых начал дает определение для третьей части.
В Квантовой физике МАССА есть сумма эквивалентной массы КВАНТОВ и инерционной материи.

А.Н.Чумаков подчеркивает, что необходим интегральный подход. Конечно, человек не может быть собран из дифференциальных частей.
Поэтому в Человеке все коррелирует. В том числе, фундаментальные переменные тоже находятся в состоянии взаимного влияния.
Результат: все три переменные (ВРЕМЯ, МАССА, РАССТОЯНИЕ) УТРАИВАЮТСЯ!!!
Так ВРЕМЯ, кроме непрерывной параметрической прямой под влиянием МАССЫ становится дискретным, а под влиянием ПРОСТРАНСТВА - биологической плюс логической функцией. Это и есть время Бергсона.
Так МАССА вместе со Светом (это рассмотрел Гегель),  для которого главная переменая есть ВРЕМЯ, бразуют пару физических обьектов, действующих по закону "отрицания-отрицания Гегеля". Фактически, Гегель перешел на систему первых начал, которая содержит четыре (а не три!) исходных переменных. В результате ему потребовались категории, которые стали бы выражать новые!  корреляции.
Очевидно! Переход на систему первых начал оказывется результатом влияния Синергетики: отказ от существавания предельных значений для энтропии. Можно считать, что энергия окружающей среды содержит постоянную компоненту плюс компоненту в виде линейно изменяющейся функции и периодические компоненты. При соответствующем интегральном (здесь интеграл - математический = для усреднения) подходе можно выделить линейно возрастающую/ убывающую составляюцую, благодаря которой производная функция равна не нулю, а некоторой константе.
Это кардинально начинает оказывать влияние на сумму трех относительных прирощений фундаментальных переменных!
Однако, давайте отложим рассмотрение Гегеля до другого удобного случая.

Нам достаточно того, что, фактически, в фундаменте первых начал Бытия действую 3x3=9 переменных.
Эти переменные предопределяют структуру органов живых существ. Прежде всего, мы получаем онтологическое обоснование существования трех частей ДУШИ Человека.
В обществе поэтому также есть три социальных ДУШИ!!!
Организационно члены общества подразделяются на три части соответственно этому обьективному делению того, что находится в голове людей.
Эти три части ОБЩЕСТВА подчиняются своим обьективным закономерностям, на основе которых должны производиться три самострятельных прогноза на будущее.

Система отношений в обществе усложняется за счет возникновения парных корреляций (а их 9x9=81).
Причем, в ситуации взаимодействия человека с неживой природой должно существавать также множество подобных корреляций, образующих онтологический базис качеств Человека, который находится в оптимальном состоянии баланса отношений в системы Человек x Природа.

Понятно, что приведенные краткие результаты требуют дальнейшего развития.

"Club of Rome Report - 2018"
The review of the "Report" was prepared by Prof. A.N. Chumakov.
Due to the "depth of the authors' expertise", the assessments contained in the Report should be urgently addressed across the board.
In particular, "his main question will be the 'philosophical roots of the current state of the world.'"
Since, by definition, philosophy is the science of the first principles of existence (Aristotle), one of the determining directions is the consideration of the model of the first principles on the basis of the achievements of physics (specifically, quantum physics).
As a model of the Cosmos, we use the universal law of the increase of ENTROPY.
Let's take this law as an experimental model. Then, in the limit of ENTROPY, it tends to a constant, and the derivative of the entropy function (let us take it in the form proposed by Planck) is equal to ZERO.
However, the Planck function has the dimension of the product : TIME x ENERGY.  The dimensional part of the entropy function is also subject to differentiation and its result is equal to the sum of the relative increments of TIME, MASS, DISTANCE; The sum is zero!
In general, this result expresses the uncertainty principle for all physical processes. For example, the more accurate the measurement of time, the smaller the estimate of distance, and/or mass, distance. TIME, MASS, DISTANCE are the FIRST PRINCIPLES OF BEING.
It should be emphasized that all variables are presented in the form of relative values. This means that they have no scale.
Standards are introduced by man in the course of his evolution and cognition.
According to Aristotle's theory of "entelechy", the three parts of the human soul are the result of the evolution of the FIRST PRINCIPLES OF BEING. TIME = The purpose of human life is to prolong its duration as much as possible. MASS - energy (together with infrastructure) - the power of society (state). DISTANCE - geometry / culture / science / information / mind / computing systems.
Each pair of first principles gives a definition for the third movement.
In quantum physics, mass is the sum of the equivalent mass of quanta and inertial matter.

A.N. Chumakov emphasizes that an integral approach is needed. Of course, man cannot be assembled from differential parts.
Therefore, everything in Man correlates. In particular, fundamental variables are also in a state of mutual influence.
Result: All three variables (TIME, MASS, DISTANCE) ARE TRIPLED!!
Thus, TIME, in addition to a continuous parametric line, under the influence of MASS, becomes discrete, and under the influence of SPACE, a biological plus logical function. This is Bergson's time.
Thus, MASS, together with Light (Hegel considered this), for which the main change is TIME, form a pair of physical objects acting according to Hegel's law of "negation-negation". In fact, Hegel switched to a system of first principles, which contains four (not three!) initial variables. As a result, he needed categories that would express new ones!  correlation.
Obviously! The transition to the system of first principles is the result of the influence of Synergetics: the rejection of the existence of limit values for entropy. It can be considered that the energy of the environment contains a constant component plus a component in the form of a linearly varying function and periodic components. With the appropriate integral (here integral - mathematical = for averaging) approach, it is possible to distinguish a linearly increasing/decreasing component, due to which the derivative function is not equal to zero, but to a certain constant.
This dramatically begins to affect the sum of the three relative increments of the fundamental variables!
However, let us postpone the consideration of Hegel until another convenient opportunity.

It is enough for us that, in fact, in the foundation of the first principles of Being, 3 x 3 = 9 variables operate.
These variables predetermine the structure of the organs of living beings. First of all, we get an ontological substantiation of the existence of three parts of the Human Soul.
In society, therefore, there are also three social SOULS!!
Organizationally, the members of society are divided into three parts according to this objective division of what is in the head of people.
These three parts of society are subject to their objective laws, on the basis of which three self-directed forecasts for the future should be made.

The system of relations in society becomes more complex due to the emergence of pair correlations (and there are 9 x 9 = 81 of them).
Moreover, in the situation of interaction between man and inanimate nature, there must also be a multitude of such correlations that form the ontological basis of the qualities of Man, who is in the optimal state of balance of relations in the systems of Man x Nature.

It is clear that the given brief results require further development.
