Pocket Herbalist
Many people are stuck in a cycle of treating various chronic problems with pills. Doctors love to prescribe antibiotics, without worrying that their courses weaken the immune system. For conscious people, there is a natural alternative, and of course, healing with natural remedies takes more time and effort — but it is worth it.
Where to Begin
You should always start with cleansing and alkalising the body. Remember that cancer cannot grow in an alkaline environment, and the growth of infections and inflammatory processes is difficult. If you try to treat a specific condition with a particular herb without cleansing the body first, you will not succeed.
Any personal therapy using natural methods begins with cleansing. For me, this has long been clearly written into my personal healing protocol. I am sharing exclusively my own experience and am not imposing anything on anyone.
To change the pH of an acidified and polluted body to an alkaline level, starting from 7, it takes at least six months of active daily alkalisation. If your pH is below 6.5, the question is no longer whether there are risks of cancer, but when it will arrive.
People who ignore the state of their body's internal environment, allowing it to become acidic — and in cases of cancer, to acidosis — always receive the corresponding negative experience. But those who cleanse their bodies always solve their problems — and this is a matter of step-by-step actions and motivation.
Nature has created ideal means for supporting the body. This article contains a list of useful plants. Use them after you have initially cleansed the body (or at least simultaneously with the cleansing processes).

1. Cleansing the Body of Parasites and Toxins
· Aspen bark — a powerful antiparasitic. Contains bitter glycosides. Kills opisthorchis, giardia, and protozoa, cleanses the bile ducts.
· Tansy — a classic remedy against worms and pinworms. The flowers contain a substance toxic to parasites (thujone), but in therapeutic doses it is safe for humans.
· Wormwood — the main enemy of all types of helminths. Stimulates bile production, creating an environment unsuitable for the life of worms.
· Yarrow — works comprehensively: anthelmintic + haemostatic. Helps with flatulence caused by parasites and stops internal bleeding.
· Artichoke — does not kill parasites but neutralises their toxins. A powerful hepatoprotector that restores liver cells after any antiparasitic attack.
· Black walnut — gently cleanses from certain types of parasites.
· Burdock root — cleanses toxic products and heals.
Important: Bitter herbs like wormwood and tansy only expel parasites from the intestines. For serious infestations, aspen bark + chitinmannose from the chanterelle mushroom are more effective.
If you love river fish, prevention of opisthorchiasis is mandatory! Opisthorchis, unlike other worms, burrows deep into organs — for example, the liver — and destroys the human body from the inside. You will never expel opisthorchis by taking wormwood. But aspen bark blocks its receptors.
Puffball mushroom — the best cleansing agent for the body from toxins, tumours, waste products, and radionuclides. Mushrooms deserve a separate article. Here they are included briefly as powerful healing agents.

---
5. Gastrointestinal Tract and Metabolism
· Dandelion — a bitter tonic for the pancreas. The root enhances the production of insulin and gastric juice, normalising appetite.

Important Warning
All herbs are medicines, not tea and not entertainment. Of course, you need to consider individual intolerances and not start taking them mindlessly. Try and observe your body's response. The body always knows what is good for it. Be sure to take breaks and consult a specialist.
