HOMEOPATHY IN CONJUNCTION WITH RADIESTHESIA:
A CASE OF CURING CHRONIC COLLARBONE OSTEOMYELITIS
OF A TEN-YEAR-OLD GIRL
Sergey Pugach, PhD
“There is only one criterion of scientific validity
in medicine: the ability to cure the patient”.
James Kent, American homeopath (1849-1916).
“My words of gratitude as a mother are boundless!
I was faced with a choice: surgery or homeopathy.
And I must admit – homeopathy won!
With the right approach and following the
homeopathic doctor's recommendations,
our daughter was able to avoid surgery,
the consequences of which would have resulted
in disability. Immeasurable gratitude to the doctor
and the Universe for finding him".
A thank-you note from the child’s mother to the
author upon completion of the treatment.
ABSTRACT
The author presents a case of the cure of 10 y. o. girl with chronic collarbone osteomyelitis using homeopathy in conjunction with an ancient art known today as radiesthesia. The treatment was performed remotely (the patient in one of Baltic countries and the author in Florida, USA). This patient did not receive any homeopathic remedies orally, or otherwise. Homeopathic remedies Carcinosin, Staphysagria, Aurum metallicum and Pulsatilla in their carefully selected potencies were broadcast (transferred) remotely in a series to a photo of the patient using radiesthesia, in accordance with the principle of classical homeopathy (one remedy per broadcast). The day and time of the transfer(s) were also determined using radiesthesia. Furthermore, the author's mastery of radiesthesia combined with homeopathic principles allows him to deactivate anthropogenic burdens in patients, particularly X-rays and nuclear magnetic resonance imaging (as discussed in this article). And the author, of course, doesn't limit himself to this: he also has the ability to rid patients of bacteria, parasites, fungi, and other unwanted guests. Finally, by using the radiesthesia method as a criterion for objectively quantitatively assessing a patient's health status over time, the author, for the first time in homeopathic/naturopathy practice, has proposed not only determining a patient's miasm affiliation but also assessing (as a percentage) the patient's burden of it. This article also illustrates it. The treatment lasted two months and three weeks: from February 5th, 2025 (the first transferring of homeopathic remedy) till April 26th, 2025 (the last transferring of homeopathic remedy) and was successful. Catamnesis is one year and two months. The author has published seven papers on this topic. He has more than 30 years experience in homeopathy including 20 year of using of homeopathy in conjunction with radiesthesia.
Keywords: homeopathy, radiesthesia, transfer/broadcast of remedy from a distance on patient’s photo.
INTRODUCTION
“Chronic osteomyelitis is a persistent bone infection, often recurring, that develops from an acute infection or untreated wound, causing bone destruction, pain, swelling, and draining sinuses, requiring long-term antibiotics, surgical debridement (removing dead bone), and sometimes hyperbaric oxygen therapy for effective management, as it resists simple treatments and can lead to severe complications like limb loss [1].
Causes & Risk Factors
Spread of Infection: From nearby wounds (diabetic foot ulcers, pressure sores), surgery, or trauma (open fractures).
Bloodstream: Bacteria from another infection site travel to the bone.
Medical Conditions: Diabetes, peripheral artery disease, weakened immune systems.
Implants: Bone implants can harbor bacteria, forming protective biofilms.
Signs & Symptoms
Persistent or recurring pain, swelling, redness, warmth in the affected area.
Fatigue, fever, chills, nausea.
Draining sinus tracts (channels from the infected bone to the skin).
Bone changes visible on X-rays (sclerosis, lytic lesions).
Diagnosis
Bone Cultures & Biopsy: Gold standard for identifying the specific pathogen.
Imaging: X-rays, MRI, CT scans.
Blood Tests: Elevated inflammatory markers (ESR, CRP).
Treatment Approaches
Multidisciplinary Care: Involves infectious disease specialists, orthopedic surgeons, and plastic surgeons.
Antibiotics: Long courses (weeks to months) of specific antibiotics, often starting intravenously.
Surgery (Debridement): Removal of dead (necrotic) bone (sequestra) and infected tissue is crucial for healing.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT): Oxygen under pressure, used for refractory cases, improving antibiotic effectiveness and healing.
Prognosis & Complications
Can be long-lasting, with relapses common.
Risk of bone death (osteonecrosis), septic arthritis, and impaired bone growth in children”.
Chronic osteomyelitis statistics in children.
“Osteomyelitis in children is relatively uncommon, affecting roughly 1 in 5,000 to 10,000 kids, with higher rates in boys, especially under 5 years old, peaking around age 1, and often impacting long bones like the femur and tibia. While incidence rates vary (around 1.2 to 13 per 100,000), recent data suggests increasing rates, particularly in older children (10-15 years), with improved diagnosis potentially playing a role” [2].
Unlike the methods of treating chronic osteomyelitis accepted in conventional medicine, which do not eliminate the source of the problem, homeopathy has a coherent, natural, and harmless foundation for the patient. The author of these lines has devoted more than 30 years to homeopathy, including nearly 20 years to radiesthesia incorporated into homeopathy. The author has published seven works on this subject [3], [4], [5], [6], [7], [8], [9].
There is evidences of the use of homeopathic remedies in the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis in adults [10], [11], [12], [13] and in children [14].
MATERIALS AND METHODS
The 10-year-old girl was taken by the author for treatment.
During the treatment, the author used four homeopathic remedies: one is nosode Carcinosin, the two are of plant origin – Staphysagria and Pulsatilla and one is a metal origin – Aurum metallicum. Above mentioned homeopathic remedies with their potencies were selected and then BROADCAST to a photo of the patient using an ancient method, which is referred to as radiesthesia in modern relevant literature. A more detailed description of the radiesthesia method and its application can be found by the reader in the works of the author [3] and [4]. Important: the patient did NOT physically receive ANY homeopathic remedies. The author's complete mastery of the radiesthesia method allows him not only to successfully select the appropriate homeopathic remedy and its potency, but also to determine the day and time when a particular transfer should be carried out. One after another. The author does not provide details of the process of transfer homeopathic remedies onto the photo of the patient due to its patentability. The only thing that can be added here is that the author did not use any devices/equipments, etc in the process of broadcast homeopathic remedies. The assessment of the intermediate and final results of homeopathic treatment was carried out based on careful observation of changes in the patient’s somatic and emotional condition.
RESULTS, DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION
Chronology of success: detailed correspondence between the author and the patient's mother, and positive progress in a patient with a more than 2-years history of chronic osteomyelitis diagnosed by mainstream (allopathic) medicine. The homeopathic remedies with their potencies selected using radiesthesia (see Materials and methods) were broadcast. The author gives the floor to the patient’s mother (this patient is in one of the Baltic countries, the author is in Florida, USA).

Girl’s mother. Via voice mail.
-…In September 2022, my daughter developed a high fever and severe pain in her shoulder, in the clavicle area. We went to the hospital, where she was diagnosed with chronic osteomyelitis. She underwent surgery to clean out the inside of the bone. More than a year and a half passed after that. In February 2024, she experienced the same symptoms again, and we ended up back in the hospital. This time, the same doctor decided to remove the upper part of the bone. He said that the child's body was growing and that the bone would regenerate and grow back, which is what happened. Now the X-ray shows that the bone has completely healed. We continued to have X-rays every six months, and nothing indicated any problems. However, the doctor initially gave no guarantees. He said that the inflammation would recur every 10 or 20 years, or perhaps, as in our case, once a year.
And now she's experiencing the same pain, the same symptoms, and a fever of 38 C again. And we're back in this hospital ward. X-rays and all the other tests showed that she's having another flare-up: fever and swelling in that area. She's so depressed that she's thinking about suicide. A psychologist is working with her. In short, the situation is very difficult. The doctors are suggesting cutting out a part of her leg bone and transplanting it to the clavicle area. They want to remove 7 cm of the clavicle... My question is: should we agree to this, or are there any other options? There's pus and inflammation. The child is on painkillers. Maybe the operation will reduce the risk of recurrence of the disease? And there are also concerns that the bone (the transplant) won't take. That's what the doctor said.
Author - I can try to help the child. Please take a large, clear picture of the back of the head. I treat using homeopathy. Homeopathic remedies are broadcast to the body through a photograph. Upon receiving the photo from you, I will let you know if any homeopathic remedies are suitable for the child and will conduct the first broadcast of homeopathic remedy through the photo.
February 5th, 2025.
Author. The mother sent a photo, but it was not approved by the author. On the second attempt, the photo was acceptable for work. The author identified two miasms in the child: Carcinosin and Luesin. The percentage of Carcinosin in the girl was 10%, and Luesin 15%.
Author - The homeopathy broadcast will take place in 50 minutes. I will inform you when it's done. Could you send me at least five of her main complaints/problems, starting with the most severe, and rate them on a five-point scale, where 5 is the maximum manifestation of the complaint? Complaints, not diagnoses.
Mother - Homeopathy broadcast? I don't quite understand: do we need to call each other?
Author - No, nothing is required from your side.
Mother -The psychiatrist was just here, and apparently we will be discharged home. The surgery is scheduled for February 17th, and until then we will be at home.
Author - The broadcast has been carried out (Carcinosin 200c, S. P.).
Author's note: Before starting treatment, the author determines such indicators in the child’s health as HEALTH RESERVE and the AMOUNT OF TOXINS in percentage terms. The author introduced these indicators himself. There is no mention of them anywhere in the relevant literature. The child's health reserve was 0.7%, and the amount of toxins was 9%.
Mother (after the broadcast) - My daughter's mood has improved.
The mother then reported five complaints related to the child.
Rating “5”. Her emotional state. She talks about suicide, cuts her body, and draws on it. She lacks motivation. She says, "We're all going to die anyway." It's as if she's been replaced. And this started five months ago. But now it's gotten to the point where I hide sharp objects and am afraid to leave her alone.
Rating “4”. Pain caused by her chronic osteomyelitis.
Rating “4”. No appetite. At the same time, we are vegetarians.
Rating “4”. Mood swings - she can laugh for no reason and then burst into tears.
Rating “3”. Decreased concentration.
Mother (additional information) - The child's aunt on her father's side suffers from schizophrenia.
Author - The miasm I discovered in your daughter is logically connected to what you just told me.
Mother (from the hospital): - My daughter is sitting and eating!!! Dinner was brought.
Author: - How long has she had no appetite?
Mother: - Almost two months.
February 6th, 2025.
Mother: - Good morning, doctor. This is a first night without painkillers. My daughter didn't ask for any in the evening, or before go to bed, or during the night. And another important thing: she went to bed on time – before 11 p.m. This is the first time in about two months.
And then: -The pain started again. We came home, and she's slouching again. But I'll add: her father and I are divorced. It's a difficult divorce. My daughter has no emotional connection with her father. The court has ordered three-hour appointments a month. Today is that day. She met with him and, when she got home, said her shoulder was really hurting… I bought painkillers. But I'm not giving them to her yet. She said she feels better now. I'm telling you about the changes. Good, positive changes. Thank you!
February 7th, 2025.
Mother: Good morning, doctor. I have good news: the night passed without painkillers. No fever. When I got home, I thought my daughter would go to bed late again, suffer from insomnia, and fall asleep to depressing music, but no. She came to me, hugged me, and fell asleep. It's now 8:20 a.m. She's still sleeping and hasn't woken up once.
Author - Compared to previous pains, are today's pains less?
Mother - Yes. Definitely less. It's evident in her mood: she's lively and doesn't lift her shoulder. She walks almost naturally.
February 8th, 2025.
Mother - Good morning. Last night she came to me to sleep. And today she was able to express the reason, her feelings. I asked her: "What happened?" She: "I don't know, but I feel bad again, very bad." Not physically, but mentally”. I told her: "Try to explain." She: "I'm sad, I'm very sad." This has never happened before, that she "packed" her feelings into words and tried to express her emotions well. And then, mother - She also has an interesting quirk - she clicks her joints... crunches them. And this is in all the joints of the body, from bottom to top. This has been observed since about 6 or 7 years old. At first I panicked, but then I got used to it. And then - Yesterday I managed to persuade her to take a shower, unfortunately at 11:50 pm. But better this than nothing...
February 10th, 2025.
Mother: We're going to the dental hygienist now. She went to the hygienist herself—it's the first time in her life. The child has pus in several teeth.
Author's note. This is the source of the infection, which has penetrated the bone.
Mother, further - I noticed a sty on her right eye. It appeared today.
Author, a little later - I selected a homeopathic remedy for her. There will be a broadcast in 10 minutes.
Author continues - The broadcast has been conducted (Staphysagria 6c, S.P.). Monitor the dynamics. Her health reserve is 1.85%. Her toxins today are 4%.
February 11th, 2025.
Author - Good afternoon. How is her right eyelid?
Mother - No change so far. We were able to schedule her dentist appointment for March 10th. Author - The next broadcast will take place in 7-10 minutes.
Author: - The broadcast has been completed (Staphysagria 200c, S. P.).
February 12th, 2025.
Mother - Her sty is still exists. But I'm concerned about her mental state. She comes to me in the evenings and says she's having nightmares. She can't remember what exactly. She can't study. She has constant suicidal thoughts. I suggest she transfer to another school. She refuses to see a psychologist. I'm losing heart...
Author - There will be a broadcast in a few minutes.
Author in a few minutes - Broadcast completed (Staphysagria 1m, S.P.).
Author’s note. Mother sent a description of a clavicle X-ray taken several days ago and the CT scan of clavicle as well.
X-ray. “Condition after osteomyelitis of the sternal 1/3 of the right clavicle. Compared to the previous X-ray from September 18th, 2024 illumination slightly increased in the sternal 1/3 of clavicle. Periosteal reaction is not seen. Conclusion: Recurrence of a lytic process in the sternal part of the right clavicle”.
“CT scan of the right clavicle in non contrast series. The previous CT examination was performed on January 30th, 2024. Compared to the CT examination previously, the destruction cavity of the sternal 1/3 part of the right clavicle increased in size, irregular in shape, destruction passages on the surface of the right sternoclavicular joint are visible. Destruction of the spine in the lower part with separate, small bone fragments – possibly sequestrations. Periosteal bone reaction is visible on the anterior and posterior surfaces. Soft tissue edema is more pronounced on the front surface. Conclusion: Exacerbation of chronic osteomyelitis of the sternal end of the right clavicle – relapse with destruction of the dorsal-inferior wall, possibly also small sequestrations”.
February 13th, 2025.
Mother (in the morning) - There is pain and my daughter's movement is limited, but not as much as it was two weeks ago. The redness where the sty is has decreased. She is constantly sullen, with two extremes: wild laughter and sullenness.
Mother (evening) - The sty on her eye has cleared up. She has started drawing – that's progress. There has also been a dynamic improvement in the quality of her sleep.
February 14th, 2025.
The author (in the morning). Prescribed a new medication for the child – Aurum Metallicum 200c.
The author - The broadcast will take place in an hour and a half to two hours.
Mother - My daughter just came up to me. She said she was hungry – that's also an improvement... She used to do nothing, but now she's sitting and creating: she's started making crafts – gluing, drawing. Today, there's no pain in the collarbone area at all.
The author (11:30 am) - The broadcast was conducted (Aurum metallicum 200c, S.P.). After the broadcast: Luesinum miasm is 9%, health reserve 2.9%, toxins 3%.
Mother – She's more friendlier today.
February 15th, 2025.
Mother - She's in a good mood, her shoulder doesn't hurt. Regarding her school debt, she started doing math. Slowly, but she's doing it! And that's progress compared to just a week ago. She's in good spirits. The pain is completely gone.
Mother (after seeing the surgeon at the hospital) - We've been cleared for sports. It's recommended to come back for a checkup in six months if the pain doesn't recur sooner.
Mother (later) - She became depressed again today...tears.
February 18th, 2025.
Author (8:55 am) - A new homeopathic remedy has been selected and broadcast (Pulsatilla 1000m, S.P.). After the broadcast: health reserve is 3%. Luesinum 3%.
March 5th, 2025.
Author (10:10 am) - Broadcast conducted (Pulsatilla 10000m, S.P.).
Mother - We have some surprising things going on: an operation was scheduled for this evening. The day before, her temperature rose to 38°C. Nevertheless, we went to the hospital in the morning. There they took her temperature again - 38°C. They sent us home and postponed the operation until September. But she doesn't have any pain!!! That same evening, her temperature dropped and hasn't risen since.
March 26th, 2025.
Author (2:10 pm) - Another broadcast was conducted (Pulsatilla 100000m, S.P.). After the broadcast: health reserve 5%, NO toxins (!). As I already mentioned, before starting my treatment, this figure was 9%.
April 26th, 2025.
Author - 2:10 PM. Another broadcast was conducted (Pulsatilla 1000000m, S. P.).
Mother - Thank you! There are no complaints at all regarding the collarbone.
May 25th, 2025.
Author - As of today, no homeopathic remedies are working for her. Please summarize the progress since April 26th.
Mother - She is not bothered at all by any complaints related to osteomyelitis.
October 6th, 2025.
Mother (at the hospital) - She had an X-ray and tests.
Author (a little later) - I deactivated the X-ray field in her body.
Mother - They might do an MRI in the morning.
Mother (a little later) - Doctor, she was discharged. The tests are good, no inflammation was detected. The X-ray is also good (the surgeon said so).
October 9th, 2025.
Author - I deactivated the nuclear magnetic resonance field.
January 9th, 2026.
Author: - How has her condition/complaints changed since our last correspondence (October 9, 2025)?
Mother: - The osteomyelitis has subsided. Nothing hurts, no complaints. However, she has been exhibiting strange behavior, which is apparently related to puberty, family matters, and school. There are protests everywhere. It got to the point where she moved in with her father. At school, they are complaining about her: rude, insolent, and bullying.
Author - Does she attend school without breaks?
Mother - With breaks. She walks around for two weeks, and then starts making things up - her throat hurts or something like that.
Author - To summarize: your daughter avoided surgery. Right?
Mother: -Yes. Overall, it's safe to say she's been pain-free since March 2025.
CONCLUSION
1. Apparently, the penetration of the purulent infection from the source (the teeth) into the clavicle was made possible by the presence of a major adverse factor—the stress the girl experienced for a long time as a result of his parents' divorce. The location of the infection source very close to the clavicle ultimately allowed it to penetrate this bone.
2. Objective criteria for the quantitative assessment of the main indicators of a child's health before and after treatment (health reserve in %, toxin burden in %, miasma burden in % (see abstract) convincingly demonstrated the high efficiency of the author's proposed approach to the treatment of a particular severe pathology.
