I Shall Witness

A marvelous spark I shall witness
Across the stars that never cease
To shine the brightest all amidst
The eternal darkness of an endless sea

Of true wonders sacred deep within
And poured out wholeheartedly at last
To all strangers passing by convinced
That a way of life is so mysterious and vast…

“Is it so?” I have been questioning for long,
For many, as the saying goes, “it comes and goes...”
A thread pulled up closer from the distance
Touched a soul so victoriously with existence

Purely made out of softening appearance,
Purified by palpable gentle meekness,
With a speck of British accent’s sweetness,
And stunning glades of internal deepness

Flowing mindfully through the ocean tides,
Catching waves of elegant first-morning light
Which paves the way for the dream disguised
As a wonderful nature of an Olive branch:

The epitome of something graceful and divine,
The reflection of the radiant, mesmerizing sky
That projects exquisite scenery like sophisticated wine
All red and ripe, being sipped on a beach since the dawn of time

Where the works of mind depicted by the palm at night
Paint a wonder so innocently born of delight:
A fruit so beautiful, yet at such an unattainable height
Makes the clouds passionately smile in the moonlight!

Thus, one day it shall be finally concluded
By the darling grace of all mankind
That her light is as gorgeous and marvelously lucid
As the starry August midnight sky!

And if I’d been asked, “How was the star you witnessed?”
I could only begin to solemnly swear:
“One of a kind, the morning of wondrous Christmas;
The timeless gift of infinity’s untarnished glair…”
