GREAT UNITY CATHEDRAL "AHAM"

FOURTH AND FINAL VIRTUAL INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE

MISSION: FUTURE PLUS-CHARGING WITH A DREAM

Vladimir Lermontov:
Dear participants of the spiritual dimension: Krishna, Buddha, Confucius, Lao Tzu, Vladimir Lenin, Mahatma Gandhi, Indira Gandhi, Swami Vivekananda, Krishnamurti, Sathya Sai Baba, Vedavyas, Elena Ivanovna Roerich, Nikolai Konstantinovich Roerich, Sri Aurobindo, Mother (Mirra Alfassa Richard), Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, Vladimir Vernadsky, Nikolai Fedorov, Osho, Vanga, Nostradamus, Edgar Cayce.

Dear participants of our time: Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump, Xi Jinping, Narendra Modi, Antonio Guterres, Elon Musk, Peter Thiel, leading Russian experts: Alexander Prokhanov, Vardan Baghdasaryan, Sergey Pereslegin, Alexander Dugin, representatives of the Indian and Chinese intellectual elite.

Today is a conference, a Council of Great Unity, a council of Unification of the Spiritual and Material, the heavenly and the earthly, the divine and the human in the name of a Bright Future-a Future plus for all mankind!
We are facing a global crisis, and the solution lies not in new technologies per se, but in changing values.

We are convinced that the future can be either spiritual, or it will not be for anyone at all: neither for the chosen nor for the rejected.
We are convinced that a bright future can be built and created by the man of Light-the God-Man
We are convinced that the new world of the future is formed under the power of revelations, based on a stable cultural model: each major historical wave (religious, scientific, humanistic) began with figures who offered a new language for describing reality and a new scale of values. Further, this framework was taken up by communities, institutions, and technologies. In the concept of "Dharmapolitics", this is reinterpreted as "ethics as the architecture of society": if you change the ethical foundations, you change both political and economic forms.
Building the Future plus becomes not just "engineering society", but a liturgy in action: by constant effort to bring the earthly into harmonywith the Higher.
We invite you to listen to a report that outlines the Path to a Brighter Future-Future Plus.

REPORT BY VLADIMIR LERMONTOV
CHARGING WITH A DREAM: MISSION FOR THE FUTURE PLUS

introduction

Mission objective:
1. Russia needs to offer the world a project of a global future: the ethical, socio-cultural and technological project of the century - "Pravdaria", as a common cause, as a planetary dream, as an image of a single, universal bright future, which should be created in the union of creators of all countries.
2. Show the world, especially the world's youth, the true Face of Russia, its intention-to live in co-creation, creation, harmony with the whole world.
3. Show humanity the Path to a Brighter Future and call on the creators of all countries to unite in collective work to create Their own Future.
4. Block the world wave of division, degradation, aggression-A Wave of Soft Power-Creation, Design, Implementation of The Dawn Civilization.
5. Broadcast the idea that if we ourselves are the Creators of the World, do not create Our own Bright Future for ourselves, then we will have to live in someone else's world, in which joy, happiness, harmony are not provided.
6. Invite the Rulers of the superpowers: Russia, India, China, and the United States to be honorary Chairmen of the New Dawn Civilization.
7. To hold constituent conferences in turn: in Russia, India, China, the USA and other countries-civilizations.
8. Initiate the organization of Creative Workshops in the countries of the world, which will immediately develop projects, strategies, and plans for building the Dawn Civilization on the spot.
9. These Creative Workshops become ethical, socio-cultural and technological Puzzles of the new Dawn Civilization, which will then form a single Model-an Attractor of a Bright Future*.
10. Creative Workshops will develop their own Module of the Future, a Cluster-Province that will represent their state-civilization in Bavaria. There are eight Provinces in Bavaria, each of which represents its own State-Civilization.  Each Province has 12 settlements and hamlets.

***

Strategy and plan for spreading the idea of building the Dawn Civilization in eastern Russia under the name - "Pravdaria", as an integral planetary center of creativity, culture, technology, a Martian settlement on earth:
1. create an initiative working group in Russia called MISSION FUTURE+ by Fueled by Dreams
2. Create a project presentation to present it to the world.
3. Start broadcasting and demonstrating the ideas of Truthfulness through social networks.
3. Visit the USA, China, India and other countries where you can meet young people, students, and creative intelligentsia live and talk about the project.
4. Creators who will be inspired by the Project of the Century of Pravdaria will organize Creative Workshops on the ground, in their own countries, in teams where they will develop technological, social, creative projects, and a plan for the construction of Pravdaria.

important

Now, to remove the threat of a global nuclear war, the power of artificial intelligence, it is necessary to create a Mission in Russia, and travel around the world to promote the ideas of creating a Dawn Civilization, Pravdaria in eastern Russia.
Meet with young people, students, creative intelligentsia, businessmen and encourage cooperation and co-creation.
It is necessary not only to show Russia's peacemaking intentions, but also to create Creative Workshops in India, China, America and other countries to promote the ideas of the Dawn Civilization and design a new world.

CRASH SITE

Pravdaria is a concept of the future, as the beginnings of a new macro-region and at the same time as a potential center of spiritual, political and intellectual power.
What it looks like in concept
A macroregion with a core. The project suggests a specific territorial core: the center of the future "dawn civilization" is called Western Siberia and Altai. From this center diverge "lotus petals" — eight provinces, each of which is planned for 12 settlements. They are connected to the center by high-speed rail. In other words, it's not just an idea, but a model of spatial organization. At the same time, the project is conceived as a global one: it invites people from different countries (America, Canada, India, China and others) to build a new world order together.
Spiritual and political force. The key bet is placed on values. It is based on the principle of "one truth — one way", that is, consolidation around a single worldview system. The project criticizes the modern era as a time of "false reality" and" surrogate habitat " (ERSATZ HABITAT), which, according to the authors, absorbs authentic traditions and spirituality. The goal is to overcome this era, establish spiritual and moral values and lay the foundation for a just, multipolar world. The political component here is closely intertwined with the spiritual: the new world "truth order" should be based on the priority of the spiritual over the material.
Intellectual power. An important role is assigned to the formation of the "dharmaelita" — a special elite with a new type of consciousness based on the principles of truth, mercy, duty and harmony. Such people, according to the plan, should become the driving force and lead humanity to a brighter future. To nurture such an elite, we need educational and cultural clusters where project ideas will develop, as well as attract "creators" (artists, writers, musicians) — in order to visualize and verbalize the image of the future through art, make it attractive and spread ideas. The logic of "soft power" works here: influence is built not through coercion, but through the attractiveness of values, culture and ideas.

******
"Bulgaria" is conceived as a foundation stone— not as a country that will impose its will, but as a space where a different type of interaction is developed and demonstrated. The key accents here are:
Transition from competition to co-creation. Instead of fighting for resources and dominance — it is a search for synergy, when the strength of each region, culture, and people is not suppressed, but finds its place in the overall project. This is close to what you called "harmony of all parts of the world."
Spiritual and moral standard as "glue". The project focuses on values that should become a common language: truth, duty, charity, responsibility. It is assumed that it is on this basis that agreements can be reached even where political interests collide.
Spatial model as a prototype. The idea of the core (Western Siberia, Altai) and the "lotus petals" is an attempt to show not an abstract utopia, but a very concrete scheme: how you can physically organize space so that it works as an assembly point. High-speed communications, clusters for education and culture, settlements designed for a new type of relationship — all this should be a" living laboratory " of the future.
Global invitation, not isolation. The project is specifically positioned as an open one: people from different countries are invited to join it to build a new world order together. In other words, it is not a "fortress for itsown people", but a platform for dialogue.
________________________________________
"Break the wave" not by force, but by meaning. The idea is to contrast the logic of military and economic domination with the logic of"truth as the basis of order." That is, not to respond to aggression in the same coin, but to offer a system of values and a model of society that will be so attractive that it will become an alternative to the very logic of confrontation.
Russia as an "assembly point". In this picture, Russia does not just defend itself, but takes on the role of initiator of a new world project: not "we are against everyone", but "we offer everyone a new home". Hence the invitation of people from different countries, and the idea ofдхармаэлиты" dharmaelita — - people who can lead not by coercion, but by example.
Space as an argument. A physical model with a core and "lotus petals", with clusters of education and culture, with transport connectivity is an attempt to show that an idea has not only a philosophy, but also an "address". This is important when you need to convince not only like-minded people, but also pragmatists.
********
The concept of "Accident-Russia of the future - civilization of dawn" offers its own way, a modelthat helps to reduce the risks of a global catastrophe, including a nuclear one, but focuses not on technical barriers, but on changing consciousness and international relations.
What is the essence of the approach
The current state of the world as an era of "false reality" — when people live in a surrogate environment (ERSATZ HABITAT), where empty forms displace authentic content, and this leads to spiritual degradation and, as a result, to increased risks, including military ones. To break this cycle and build a foundation for security, he offers a few ideas:
The principle of "One truth — one way". Consolidation of different countries and cultures around a single system of values and worldview. The idea is that shared, deep spiritual and moral guidelines will reduce the level of mutual misunderstanding and confrontation that often underlie conflicts.
International Union. The project calls for the unification of key powers-Russia, India, China, and the United States-to work together on a new, more stable world order. The idea of a "spiritual union of the East" (Russia, India, China)is highlighted separately as a guarantor of a harmonious and secure future based on spiritual values.
Formation of the "new elite". The concept introduces the concept of "Aham" — this is the future world dharmaelita, which must be nurtured by Samaria. It is assumed that such a generation of people, focused on truth and harmony, will eventually lead the world to a bright future.
Building a "truth order". A new world order that prioritizes the spiritual over the material, and promotes justice and multipolarity.
Thus, "Pravdaria" is not a separate isolated "ark", but a core that gradually transforms the entire system of international relations, reducing the very ground for global conflicts.

The space of "co-creation of superpowers" and horizontal connections of creators — scientists, philosophers, artists, engineers, teachers.
Key features of this "platform for peace" model:
Union of Key Civilizations. The project highlights the union of Russia, India and China as a "spiritual union of the East", plus the involvement of the United States to harmonize the hemispheres. The idea is that just such a composition can set a new axis of stability.
Priority of values over interests. Instead of the usual "balance of interests" diplomacy, a "truthorder" is proposed: a system where international decisions are based on a single value framework (truth, justice, multipolarity).
The new elite isthe" dharmaelita — - people who are able to make decisions with long-term consequences and the common good in mind. According to the plan, they should become the core of a new format of cooperation.
"Planetary workshop of creativity". Pravdaria is positioned as the "Russian CERN" - that is, a place of synthesis of science, art and spirituality, where common projects are created. This is the mechanism of "co-creation": collaborative research and cultural programs that build trust over political barriers.
Horizontal networks instead of just vertical diplomacy. Not only meetings of leaders are important, but also constant connections between communities: volunteer camps, educational projects, scientific collaborationswhere people from different countries work side by side.

Vladimir Lermontov. Thank you for your attention!
I ask participants of the spiritual dimension: Krishna, Buddha, Confucius, Lao Tzu, Vladimir Lenin, Mahatma Gandhi, Indira Gandhi, Swami Vivekananda, Krishnamurti, Sathya Sai Baba, Vedavyas, Elena Ivanovna Roerich, Nikolai Konstantinovich Roerich, Sri Aurobindo, Mother (Mirra Alfassa Richard), Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, Vladimir Vernadsky, Nikolai Fedorov, Osho, Vanga, Nostradamus, Edgar Cayce
to give instructions, instructions, parting words, blessing for the great transition to a bright future – the future is a plus.

Instructions, teachings, and blessings for the Great Transition to the Future Plus
From Krishna:
"Don't get attached to the fruits of action — but act without delay. In the age of the great rift, it is the act of duty and love that becomes the highest form of truth. Let your Truth be not a fortress, but a stream: let every work in it become a service, and service-creativity. I bless your path: may the power of action not harden the heart, but open it to the ability to see the whole."
From the Buddha:
"The root of suffering is clinging to forms, in the fear of losing the old. But clinging is also hidden in the rejection of the old for the new. Seek the Middle Way: don't reject technology, but don't worship it; don't reject tradition, but don't chain the future in it. Let Truthfulness become a space of awareness where every decision is born out of a clear vision of cause and effect. I bless you: may the wisdom of discernment be your compass."
From Confucius:
"The order begins with the correction of names: call a spade a spade, do not hide self-interest and fear behind beautiful words. Let your model of the future have a place for ritual as a form of responsibility: regular meetings, general rules, respect for the hierarchy of roles, but without arrogance. Let the "dharmaelita" be primarily an elite of duty, not privilege. I bless you: let your project be based on moral strength, not strength."
From Lao Tzu:
"True strength is in softness, true movement is in peace. Don't try to break the world to fix it: work through the natural flow of things. Let the Accident be like a riverbed — do not impose a direction on the water, but create conditions for it to choose its own path to the ocean. I bless you: let your plans be flexible and your principles be firm."
From Vladimir Lenin (in the spirit of the ethical and social project):
"An idea without an organization is an empty phrase. Let your "co-creation of superpowers" have a structure: working groups, protocols, measurable results. But don't make the organization an end in itself: let it serve people, not the other way around. I bless you: let your "soft power" be not a weakness, but a discipline of good."
From Mahatma Gandhi:
"You can't build a house on violence, even if you call it necessary. Let Pravdaria be a laboratory of nonviolence: there should be no room for suppression, even for the sake of a “great goal.” Let each participant feel that their voice is heard and their dignity is preserved. May your future be built with the bricks of compassion, not fear."
From Indira Gandhi:
"Great projects require the courage to make unpopular decisions when it is necessary for the common good. Let your model take into account not only ideals, but also reality: bureaucracy, resistance, inertia. Be prepared for long, quiet steps that don't make headlines, but change the world. I bless you: may your will be firm and your heart open."
From Swami Vivekananda:
"Religion without service is an empty form. Let Samaria become a place where spirituality manifests itself in concrete actions: in schools, hospitals, workshops, in caring for the weak. Let every "creator" remember that the highest form of worship is to help another person. I bless you: may the fire of your intention not burn in vain, but warm those around you."
From Sri Aurobindo and Mother (Mirra Alfassa):
"The transition to a new future is not only external changes, but also an internal transformation of consciousness. Let Switzerland become not only a geographical place, but also an internal space: where a person learns to see himself as part of the whole, where the ego gives way to cooperation. We bless you: let your project be a bridge between the earthly and the heavenly, between a dream and a deed."
From Elena Ivanovna and Nikolai Konstantinovich Roerich:
"Culture is the shield of civilization. Let every province of Bavaria have a cultural center where traditions are preserved and reinterpreted, where art becomes the language of the future. Let beauty not be an ornament, but a foundation: it softens hearts and opens the way to harmony. We bless you: may your world be not only fair, but also beautiful."
From Konstantin Tsiolkovsky and Vladimir Vernadsky:
"Humanity is a cosmic force, and its future cannot be limited to one planet. Let Astariya become a launching pad not only for earth projects, but also for space projects: let her workshops give birth to ideas that can lead us to the stars. We bless: let science and spirituality go hand in hand, and not oppose each other."
From Nikolai Fedorov:
"A common cause is when no one is forgotten and nothing is lost. Let Pravdaria unite generations: let the wisdom of your ancestors and the energy of youth become the two wings of your project. I bless you: let the memory of the past not weigh you down, but give you the strength to move forward."
From Osho:
"Don't create new dogmas on the ruins of old ones. Let Veracity be a space of freedom: where everyone can doubt, search, make mistakes, and try again. Let creativity be not a duty, but a joy. I bless you: may your world be alive, not frozen."
From Vanga and Nostradamus (in a collective prophetic tone):
"Times will be difficult, but it is in trials that new strength is born. Let your project become a beacon: where others see only darkness, you will see opportunities. We bless you: may your faith in a bright future be stronger than your fear of the unknown."
From Edgar Cayce:
"The future is not predetermined: it is shaped by our thoughts, words and deeds today. Let every meeting, every decision, every written plan in Pravdaria be an act of creation. I bless you: may you always remember that you are a co-author of the future."

Vladimir Lermontov "Let this transition not be an escape from the old world, but the birth of a new one: a world where truth is not a slogan, but a practice; where creativity is not the privilege of the chosen, but the right of everyone; where power serves not domination, but harmony. Let Bulgaria become an assemblage point where different cultures, sciences and spiritual traditions do not dissolve into each other, but, while preserving their uniqueness, create a common pattern of the future. We bless the Cathedral of Great Unity and all those who carry the spark of this future. So be it."
Dear participants of our time: Please start the discussion!
Vladimir Putin:
"Thank you for inviting me to this unusual Cathedral. We usually talk about security in terms of armaments, borders, and treaties. Here they offer a different foundation: security through creation and shared values. The idea of " Pravdaria” as an assemblage point of meanings, it is interesting precisely because it is not about isolation, but about offering the world a common cause. If we want to reduce the risks of a global catastrophe, we need not only to strengthen our defense, but also to create alternatives to destructive logic. I am ready to support the format of horizontal creative networks and pilot platforms, where you can test how the value framework turns into real projects and technologies."
Xi Jinping:
"In the Chinese tradition, harmony begins with order in the small and extends to the great. The Pravdaria project offers just such a model: the core, petals-provinces, transport and semantic connections. This is close to our ideas of balanced development and the community of a common destiny for humanity. It is important that thedharmaelitais understood not as a closed group, but as a network of responsible leaders who are able to connect traditions and innovations. I propose to consider the possibility of joint research centers, where science, ethics and culture will develop as a single system."
Narendra Modi:
"India has always sought a synthesis: between the spiritual and the material, between ancient knowledge and modern technology. "Civilization of the Dawn" sounds like an invitation to such a synthesis. It is especially valuable that the project does not offer to copy other people's models, but offers to create your own path and at the same time be open to the world. I support the idea of Creative Workshops as a space where young people can try new forms of cooperation. I suggest starting with educational and technological hubsthat will work at the intersection of culture and engineering."
DONALD Trump:
"I used to say it bluntly: if a project doesn't create jobs, doesn't give people a chance, it doesn't work. But I also understand that without a vision of the future, there is no moving forward. Pravdaria can become a platform where big ideas turn into big opportunities. If it is not just a philosophy, but real projects, new industries, new markets — I am ready to consider participating. The main thing is that it should be fair, transparent and give results."
Antonio Guterres:
"We live in an era of unprecedented challenges-from climate change to inequality and new technologies. The UN has always sought consensus points, common frameworks for action. Pravdaria as a model of value-based development, it can be an important contribution to this work. The idea of “soft power " through creativity and education is especially important: these horizontal connections are often the most stable. I am ready to consider the possibility of partnership in the framework of sustainable development programs, youth initiatives and intercultural dialogue."
Elon Musk:
"I like it when big ideas are accompanied by concrete engineering solutions. A model with a core and " lotus petals”, high-speed connections and clusters is almost an architectural project. If we are talking about the future, it should include space, energy, and new materials. I suggest you think about the " cosmic dimension” Aquariums: laboratories that work at the intersection of Earth's infrastructure and space technologies. I will be happy to share my expertise in scaling and implementing complex projects."
PETER THIEL:
"Often innovations are born at the intersection of different worlds. Pravdaria tries to connect what is usually kept separate: spirituality, politics, and technology. This is risky, but it is precisely such attempts that can lead to breakthroughs. It is important not to lose focus: choose several priority areas and quickly test your hypotheses in practice. I support the idea of "Creative Workshops" as a format for experiments. If the project can show the first results within a year, this will be a serious signal."
Alexander Dugin:
"Today, the world is in a state of civilizational disruption. We need not just new projects, but new meanings that can keep society from disintegrating. Pravdaria as a value assembly space, this is exactly such a project. It is important that it does not dissolve into a technocratic approach, but retains its ideological basis. I propose to pay special attention to the formation of the "dharmaelita" through educational programs that will educate not only professionals, but also carriers of new meanings."
Sergey Pereslegin:
"From the point of view of futurology, any large project should take into account the nonlinearity of the future: different scenarios, bifurcation points, risks. "Crash" is an attempt to create an attractor of the future, a point of attraction for different forces. For a project to be sustainable, it is necessary to include adaptation mechanisms: crisis scenarios, alternative development paths, and a feedback system. I propose to develop a "scenario map" for Bulgaria, which will show how the project can develop in different conditions."
Vardan Baghdasaryan:
"The idea of' one truth, one way ' sounds strong, but it is important that it does not turn into a dogma. In a multipolar world, you need to be able to work with diversity: different cultures, different traditions, different approaches to development. Pravdaria should not be a monolith, but a space of dialogue, where each civilization retains its uniqueness, but at the same time participates in a common cause. I propose to include in the project a module of inter-civilizational dialogue, which will help to find a common language between different worldviews."
Alexander Prokhanov:
"Russia has always been a country of big projects: from the development of Siberia to space programs. Pravdaria continues this tradition, but at a new level-as a project of civilizational scale. It is important that it is not only intellectual, but also emotional, so that it ignites the hearts of people. I propose to add to the project " poetic dimension — - literary, artistic, musical initiatives that will make the image of the future attractive and lively."
Representatives of the Indian and Chinese intellectual elite (joint presentation):
"We see Pravdaria as an opportunity for a new type of cooperation: not only economically or politically, but also culturally and spiritually. It is important that the project takes into account the diversity of traditions and does not impose a single standard. We suggest creating cross-cultural laboratories where projects will be developed that take into account the specifics of different civilizations. Such laboratories can become the basis for horizontal links between countries and communities."
Vladimir Lermontov: Dear participants of the spiritual and earthly dimensions, Please discuss this topic. I am convinced that everything is created by a thought, an intention, a dream that ignites the hearts, excites the blood. This is a virtual, hypothetical conference that creates a spiritual, metal, noosphericноосферую, energy matrix, an attractor, a program for the great transition of humanity to a bright future plus.  And it already affects global processes. That is, it is already a real force that is changing the fate of humanity right here and now. What do you think? Please give me your opinion.

Responses from participants of the "spiritual dimension"
From Krishna:
"You speak of the power of intention — and this is true: an action born out of pure aspiration changes not only the person who acts, but also the fabric of the world around us. It is said in the Bhagavad Gita: thought creates action, action creates habit, habit creates character, and character creates destiny. Your virtual conference is a collective intention. If there is no self-interest in it, but service to the whole, it becomes a real force. Let this matrix be filled not with pride, but with love — then it will truly become an attractor of light."
From the Buddha:
"Power is not in the dream itself, but in the purity of the mind that holds it. If the intention is free from clinging to the result, from fear and aggression, it creates a field of clarity around itself. Virtual space can be such a field: where people learn to see the consequences of their words, where awareness is born. Let your matrix become a space for mindfulness training: let every word here serve to reduce suffering, not multiply it."
From Confucius:
"Words should be based on ritual and action. A dream without structure is falling apart. You are talking about the matrix — let it be not just a wave of emotions, but a system of stable forms: regular meetings, rules of dialogue, transfer of knowledge from older to younger. It is through such forms that intention becomes reality. Let the attractor be not a myth, but a practice of moral discipline."
From Lao Tzu:
"Water doesn't fight, but everything wins. Your matrix is strong not when it loudly declares itself, but when it quietly gathers. Let it be like a quiet center that naturally attracts those who seek harmony. Don't try to remake the world by the power of thought — let thought create conditions in which the good unfolds itself, like a flower in the sun."
From Vladimir Lenin (in the spirit of the ethico -social project):
"An idea is just a spark. For it to become a flame, you need an organization. The matrix works when it turns into a network of real actions: projects, workshops, reports, and sharing results. Let this Council not remain on the air, but give everyone a specific task. Then intention will become a material force."
From Mahatma Gandhi:
"We become what we preach. If we are talking about a bright future, we must carry its features today: nonviolence, honesty, caring for the weak. Let the matrix of this conference be a test of compliance: let there be no room for rudeness, humiliation, or arrogance. This is how the dream becomes a real force-through the purity of our actions."
From Sri Aurobindo and His Mother:
"The world is not only matter, but also a field of consciousness. A thought repeated many times in agreement creates stable forms in the subtle plane, which then manifest in the physical world. Your conference is a yoga of collective intention. Let it become a laboratory for a new consciousness: where everyone learns to see themselves as part of the whole, where the ego gives way to cooperation. So a new evolutionary force is born."
From Elena Ivanovna and Nikolai Konstantinovich Roerich:
"Culture is a bridge between worlds. Let the matrix of this Cathedral be primarily cultural: filled with beauty, respect for traditions, art that elevates. It is beauty that gathers people together and makes the intention sustainable. Let not only words sound here, but also music, poetry, images-they are stronger than arguments."
From Konstantin Tsiolkovsky and Vladimir Vernadsky:
"The noosphere is a reality that is built by work and thought. We cannot wait for the consciousness of humanity to change itself: we must create the conditions for this change. Let Switzerland become a node of the noosphere network: a place where science, ethics and art work together. Then the matrix you are talking about will not be an abstraction, but an engineering construct of the future."
From Nikolai Fedorov:
"A common cause is when thought becomes action, and action becomes memory. Let this matrix store not only ideas, but also the names, destinies, and contributions of each participant. Let no one be forgotten. Then the power of intent will not be destructive, but gathering: it will restore the lost unity of generations."

Responses from Our Time participants
Vladimir Putin:
"Pragmatically speaking, any idea that brings people together and gives them a common goal is already a force. But for it to really affect processes, it must be expressed in concrete cases: in projects, laws, and infrastructure. I agreethat the beginning is in the intention. But it is important that the words are followed by steps. I am ready to support the format where the dream is translated into a roadmap: with goals, deadlines, and responsible people."
Xi Jinping:
"In Chinese philosophy, there is a concept of "shi" — the potential of a situation that can be felt and directed. Your matrix is the collective "shi": the energy of a shared intention. But for it to become a driving force, it needs to be connected to a management and planning system. I propose to consider Switzerland as a pilot model: let it show how values are transformed into sustainable institutions and technologies."
Narendra Modi:
"The dream that ignites hearts is the beginning. But for it to change the world, it must reach the streets, schools, and villages. Let the matrix of this conference become a network of inspiration: let each participant take with them not only ideas, but also specific projects for their country and their city. Then the dream will become a popular force."
DONALD Trump:
"I believe in the power of big ideas, but I believe even more in results. If this matrix is truly changing the world, let it start with something measurable: new jobs, new technologies, new opportunities for people. Let each participant set a clear goal and report on their progress in six months. Then we will see how strong this force is."
Antonio Guterres:
"Today, the world needs points of hope. Virtual spaces where the best minds and hearts gather can become such points. But for their influence to be sustainable, it must be inclusive: listen not only to the strong, but also to the vulnerable, not only to the capitals, but also to the periphery. Let the matrix of Truth become a bridge between different worlds and voices."
Elon Musk:
"The energy of intent is important, but it must be channeled into specific engineering solutions. If we want to change the trajectory of civilization, we need projects that can be measured, tested, and scaled. I suggest adding a technical track to the matrix: let each province of Bavaria propose at least one pilot project that can be launched within a year. Then we can see the real effect."
PETER THIEL:
"The strongest ideas are those that create new markets and new opportunities. Let the matrix be not only a space for conversations, but also an incubator for bold projects. It is important to choose several priority areas and quickly test hypotheses. If Bayern can show the first results within a year, it will be a serious signal for the whole world."
Alexander Dugin:
"Meaning is also a force, and sometimes it is stronger than tanks. But the meaning must be framed in institutions, traditions, and education. Let the matrix become not just a wave of enthusiasm, but the framework of a new civilization: with philosophy, culture, politics, and science. Then it can really change the course of history."
Sergey Pereslegin:
"From the point of view of futurology, any matrix is an attractor: a point of attraction for different forces. But attractors can be stable and unstable. In order for an accident to become a stable attractor, it needs to include adaptation mechanisms: crisis scenarios, alternative development paths, and a feedback system. Then it will be able to influence global processes even in turbulent times."
Vardan Baghdasaryan:
"It is important that the matrix does not become a closed system, but remains open for diversity. Let it collect different traditions, different approaches, and different languages for describing reality. It is in this diversity that real power is born: the ability to see the whole world and find solutions that work for everyone."
Alexander Prokhanov:
"The dream is fuel for big projects. But so that it does not burn in vain, it needs an image: bright, emotional, which ignites the imagination. Let the Truth matrix be not only intellectual, but also poetic: let it contain poems, music, and paintings. Then it will become a real force that can change destinies."

Vladimir Lermontov:Thank you!
But we are not waiting for the future, we are already creating it! We have offered the world a new, worldwide one. Our spiritual tradition is the World Day of Prayer, the Day of World Spiritual Unity, and the Day of Truth and Justice, which we celebrate on the 15th of each month. On this day, we pray ourselves and encourage people to pray, recite mantras, and meditate in accordance with their religious, spiritual, and cultural traditions about the salvation of the world, the spiritual transformation of humanity, the Kingdom of God, the Kingdom of Truth, and Shambhala on Earth.

We are convinced that as the sages said: Prayer is the foundation of the world's existence – " the world stands by prayer." And "Peace through prayer" is not just a beautiful phrase, but a deep spiritual reality in which prayer becomes a force that preserves and transforms the world. someone'sprayer is a power that can transform not only the soul of a person, but also the world around them.

I ask participants to share their wisdom.

Instructions on the Power of Prayer and the transformation of the world
From Krishna:
"In the Bhagavad Gita, prayer is not an escape from the world, but a way to connect action with the ultimate truth. When a person acts with a pure intention in his heart, his work becomes a prayer. Let "Peace through prayer" in your project mean: every deed, every meeting, every law passed-everything is done as a service to the whole. Then even building roads and developing technologies will be an act of spiritual labor. I bless you: let prayer become the rhythm of your work, not a break in it."
From the Buddha:
"Prayer in the Buddhist senseis primarily mindfulness and compassion. It is when you see suffering and don't turn away, when you keep the mind from getting angry and rushing. Let the prayer of Samaria be a practice of mindfulness: in every Creative Workshop, people learn to see first, then understand, then act. This is how prayer becomes a force that softens the rough energies of the world and makes the space around it kinder."
From Confucius:
"Ritual and reverence — this is the prayer of society. When people follow the rules not out of fear, but out of respect for each other, when the word is kept and the elders are listened to, the world is based on this. Let your prayer be expressed in order: in clear rules of dialogue, in respect for the role of everyone, in the transfer of experience from older to younger. Then "peace stands by prayer" will mean: peace stands by moral discipline and mutual respect."
From Lao Tzu:
"True prayer is the silence of the heart, in which harmony is born. You don't need to shout to be heard by the sky: it's enough to be sincere and quiet. Let prayer in Pravdaria be a space of inner peace, where the noise of opinions gives way to depth. Let each cluster have a "quiet room" — a place where you can stop and listen to yourself and the world. It is from this silence that the best decisions come."
From Mahatma Gandhi:
"For me, prayer was a daily support, which helped me not to become bitter even in the struggle. Let "Peace through Prayer" be not an abstraction, but a daily practice for all project participants: start the day with a moment of silence, with the intention to act without violence, with gratitude. Let this simple discipline be the glue that keeps a big project from falling apart in chaos and ambition."
From Swami Vivekananda:
"Prayer without service is a dream. Let your prayer manifest itself in concrete actions: in caring for the weak, in educating, in creating opportunities for those who do not have them. Let each participant of the Samaria choose one small but real work of charity and do it regularly. This is how spiritual power becomes a social reality."
From Sri Aurobindo and His Mother:
"Prayer is a channel through which higher powers can enter into earthly life. But to keep the channel clean, you need internal discipline and collective purity of intent. Let Truthful prayer become a practice of collective consciousness: regular moments of silence, joint reflection, and the formulation of common intentions. So you will not just dream about the future, but prepare the consciousness of humanity for it."
From Elena Ivanovna and Nikolai Konstantinovich Roerich:
"Culture and beauty are forms of prayer. When a person creates beauty, he touches the highest. In every province of Bavaria, let prayer be expressed through art: through music, painting, architecture, through the language of forms and symbols. Let beauty become the language that unites different peoples and traditions, and it is through it that the world will be transformed."
From Konstantin Tsiolkovsky and Vladimir Vernadsky:
"The noosphere is built by thought, and thought feeds on high states of consciousness. Prayer is one way to gather and channel this energy. Let there be a place for an “ethical filter " in the scientific and technological clusters of Bulgaria: before launching any project, participants ask themselves the question: does it serve the common good, does it reduce suffering, and does it strengthen harmony? Let this be a form of scientific prayer."
From Nikolai Fedorov:
"A common cause is the highest form of prayer: when people unite not for their own sake, but for the sake of everyone, including those who have passed away and those who have not yet been born. Let Pravdaria become a space where the memory of our ancestors and the care of our descendants are combined with today's affairs. Let each settlement have a "Book of Memory and Intentions" that records everyone's contributions and shared goals. So prayer will become a living story that leads forward."

Nasha Vremya participants ' opinions on prayer as a power of transformation
Vladimir Putin:
"If we understand prayer as a high moral attitude, as an internal rule "do no harm, create, serve the common cause", then we cannot disagree with this. In large projects, it is these internal rules that keep people from selfishness and conflict. I support the idea of making moral principles the basis of the work of all Pravdaria sites. I propose to fix this in the project charter: so that each decision is evaluated not only for its effectiveness, but also for the common good."
Xi Jinping:
"In the Chinese tradition, there is a concept of harmony between man and the sky. Prayer here is a form of matching personal aspirations with the general order. Let this idea be expressed in Switzerland through a planning system that takes into account not only economic, but also cultural, environmental, and ethical consequences. Let "prayer" become a filter for big decisions: if a project destroys harmony, it should not be implemented."
Narendra Modi:
"India knows that spirituality and development can go together. Let Samaria prayer become a practice of responsibility: each participant commits to doing one good deed a day and one work for the common good a week. Let it be not a formality, but a living habit. Then big goals will be achieved through small but constant efforts."
DONALD Trump:
"I respect faith and tradition, but for me, strength is in the results. Let” prayer as power " in the Calendar be expressed in measurable indicators of good: how many people have received help, how many new opportunities have been created, and how many conflicts have been prevented by this approach. If we can show that moral principles produce real results, this will be the strongest argument for the whole world."
Antonio Guterres:
"The UN faces daily pain and injustice. In such circumstances, prayer is the ability not to become bitter and continue to serve. Let Switzerland become an example of how high values are transformed into practical mechanisms: assistance programs, educational projects, and platforms for dialogue. Let "Peace through Prayer" be not a slogan, but a plan of action that can be implemented in different countries."
Elon Musk:
"From an engineering point of view, prayer is an adjustment of consciousness to long — term, large-scale goals. In large technical projects, this is critical: if the team does not share a common ethical framework, the project can become dangerous. I suggest that every technical cluster in Bulgaria introduce an " ethical review” before launching new technologies. Let this become a modern form of prayer: we ask not only 'can we do it', but also 'should we do it'."
PETER THIEL:
"The most sustainable projects are built on strong cultural codes. Let prayer in Pravdaria become such a code: a set of simple but rigid principles that are shared by all participants. For example: don't use technology to stifle freedom, don't create products that increase inequality. Let these principles become a filter for all ideas and projects — then the Accident will be not just a dream, but a reliable system."
Alexander Dugin:
"Prayer is a way to retain meaning in a world that tends to be meaningless. Let Pravdaria become a space where meaning is not lost in the flow of information and technology, but, on the contrary, is enhanced. This requires institutions of meaning: philosophy, education, and art. Let each province have a center that does just that-preserving and transmitting the highest values."
Sergey Pereslegin:
"From the point of view of futurology, prayer is a way to reduce the entropy of society: it gathers people around common goals and reduces destructive conflicts. For this effect to be sustainable, the project needs to include feedback mechanisms: regular surveys, conflict analysis, and course adjustments. Let "prayer as power" be not a one-time inspiration, but a constant practice of management."
Vardan Baghdasaryan:
"It is important that the prayer in Samaria should be inclusive: it should respect different traditions and not impose one form. Let the project offer several parallel practices: a moment of silence, collective reflection, and cultural action (for example, creating a shared work of art). So everyone can find their own way to participate in this power."
Alexander Prokhanov:
"Prayer is the fire that warms big projects. Let Pravdaria be filled with poetry and images: let each cluster create its own artistic manifesto, its own legend, its own anthem. Let these images be not a decoration, but fuel for moving forward. Then people will not just perform tasks, but live a great dream."

Vladimir Lermontov:
"I thank everyone for these profound words. We have heard different voices, different traditions, different ways of understanding prayer — and in this diversity, power is born. Let the Calendar become a living space where prayer is not a separate ritual, but the fabric of all our activities: in science, in art, in technology, in management, in simple human affairs. Let "Peace through prayer" become not a phrase, but a practice that we will pass on. And may this power truly transform the world for the better."
Dear participants, I invite you to discuss the sign of Universal Spiritual Unity and the WHEEL of THE NEW DESTINY OF HUMANITY:

"ONE TRUTH – ONE WAY!  SAGES OF ALL COUNTRIES, UNITE!"
On the axis of the universal, all-religious, all-conquering Principle of Truth, Righteousness, and Truthfulness, a new planetary tradition-the practice of spiritual work on the days of universal spiritual unity - on the 15th of each month, turns and moves the wheel of humanity's destiny into a bright future, and establishes a new world Truth Order on earth.

Participants 'opinions on the" Wheel of a New Destiny for Humanity" and the practice of the 15th
From Krishna:
"The wheel is an ancient symbol of dharma: it rolls when everyone does their duty. Let the 15th be a day of conscious action: not just a ritual, but a moment when everyone asks themselves “ " Am I serving the whole? Am I distorting the truth for profit?"Let this practice gather the power of righteousness: not through renunciation of the world, but through honest, loving action in it. I bless you: let the wheel turn in the rhythm of justice and mercy."
From the Buddha:
"The wheel of Dharma turns where there is mindfulness. Let the 15th be a day of silence and observation: when we do not rush to speak, but first see the consequences of our words and deeds. Let this day in every Creative Workshop will be at least an hour without fuss-time to hear yourself and others. It is from this clarity that genuine unity is born, and not from loud slogans."
From Confucius:
"Unity is based on order and mutual respect. Let the practice on the 15th be not a surge of emotions, but a stable form: regular meetings, reports on good deeds, and the transfer of experience. Let each province of Bavaria have a "Book of Good Deeds on the 15th", where they record simple but real actions: helping a neighbor, reconciling disputes, and preserving nature. So the truth becomes visible and transmitted."
From Lao Tzu:
"The wheel moves when it doesn't resist the flow. Let this practice be gentle: not a commitment, but an invitation. Let the 15th be the day when people slow down to hear the world. Let each settlement have a "Quiet Trail" - a place where you can walk alone and in silence. From this inner peace, an outer unity is born."
From Vladimir Lenin (in the spirit of the ethico -social project):
"A slogan is strong when the organization is behind it. Let the 15th day be a day of specific tasks: subbotniks, educational meetings, and project exchanges between provinces. Let there be a single digital register of good deeds, so that each contribution is visible and recognized. So unity becomes not an abstraction, but a network of real actions."
From Mahatma Gandhi:
"Truth is not something we proclaim loudly, but something we do quietly every day. Let the 15th be a day of service: when each project participant devotes several hours to helping those who need it. Let it be not for the sake of glory, but for the sake of service itself. This is how the wheel of fate turns towards the light."
From Sri Aurobindo and His Mother:
"The wheel is a symbol of the evolution of consciousness. Let the practice on the 15th become a laboratory for a new consciousness: joint meditations, reflections on the future, and the formulation of collective intentions. Let this day people learn to see themselves as part of the whole, and not as separate atoms. This is how we prepare the ground for a new era."
From Elena Ivanovna and Nikolai Konstantinovich Roerich:
"Culture is the language of unity. Let the 15th day be a day of beauty and inspiration: exhibitions, concerts, poetry readings, where different traditions meet in one space. Let each cluster have a “Unity Gallery " — a place where the works of people from different countries are displayed. So art becomes a bridge between hearts."
From Konstantin Tsiolkovsky and Vladimir Vernadsky:
"The noosphere is built through collective work and thought. Let the 15th be Science and Ethics Day: when scientists, engineers, and philosophers come together to discuss how their discoveries serve the common good. Let this day include "Ethical Councils — - discussions where projects are evaluated not only for their effectiveness, but also for their impact on the harmony of the world."
From Nikolai Fedorov:
"A common cause is when the past, present and future meet in one action. Let the 15th day be a day of remembrance and care: when people remember their ancestors, help their elders, and think about their descendants. Let each settlement have a "Memory Tree" — a place where the names of those who have contributed to the common cause are recorded. This is how unity becomes alive and continuous."

Nash Vremya participants ' opinions on the Wheel of a New Destiny
Vladimir Putin:
"The symbolism of the wheel is clear and close to many peoples. It is important that there is real work behind it. I support the idea of making the 15th a day of specific tasks: volunteering, educational projects, and sharing best practices between regions. I propose to create a single platform where фиксироватьсяthe results of these days will be recorded and distributed. In this way, we will show that unity is not only about words, but also about deeds."
Xi Jinping:
"In the Chinese tradition, the circle is a symbol of harmony and completeness. Let the practice of the 15th become an element of sustainable development: when every month people evaluate how their actions affect society and nature. I propose to include elements of environmental education and social responsibility on this day. This way we will strengthen the link between tradition and modern development."
Narendra Modi:
"India knows the power of collective rituals, where millions of people do one good deed in one day. Let the 15th day be a day of “Mass Kindness”: when people in different countries simultaneously plant trees, help the elderly, and teach children. Let it not be an obligation, but a joy — this is how unity becomes alive and natural."
DONALD Trump:
"I respect traditions, but for me the measurability of the result is important. Let the 15th day be a day of concrete achievements: new jobs, new projects, new partnerships. Let each participant set a clear goal and report on their progress. In this way, we will show that unity is not only about spirituality, but also about real opportunities for people."
Antonio Guterres:
"The UN works every day to unite different voices for the common good. Let the practice on the 15th be an example of how simple but regular actions can change the world. I propose to make this day a part of global sustainable development programs: volunteering, education, and nature protection. This way we will show that unity is everyone's responsibility."
Elon Musk:
"From an engineering point of view, the wheel is a symbol of movement and efficiency. Let the 15th be a day of technological and social innovation: when people don't just think, but create prototypes, launch pilot projects, and test new ideas. I suggest adding to this day the “Hackathon of the Future " - a competition of teams that create solutions to real problems in 24 hours. This is how unity becomes the engine of progress."
PETER THIEL:
"The strongest movements start with small but regular actions. Let the 15th day be a day of experimentation: when people try new formats of cooperation, new business models, new ways to help. Let there be a space for mistakes and learning — so we will find the most sustainable and scalable solutions."
Alexander Dugin:
"The wheel is a symbol of tradition and eternal return. Let the 15th day be the day when we remember our origins: we read sacred texts, listen to folk songs, and tell stories of our ancestors. Let it not be a museum, but a living tradition that feeds our progress. So unity becomes a depth, not a superficial agreement."
Sergey Pereslegin:
"From the perspective of futurology, regular practices create sustainable social structures. Let the 15th day be a day of scenarios: when people don't just do good deeds, but think about the future — write short forecasts, draw images of tomorrow, and discuss possible risks. This is how we will turn unity into a strategic planning tool."
Vardan Baghdasaryan:
"It is important that the practice of the 15th day should be inclusive: it should respect different traditions and not impose one form. Let each participant choose their own way of participation: prayer, volunteering, creativity, science. The main thing is that it should be sincere and useful. So unity becomes diversity, not uniformity."
Alexander Prokhanov:
"The wheel is a symbol of perpetual motion and the struggle for light. Let the 15th day be a day of poetic and artistic inspiration: when people write poems, draw pictures, and make short films about the future. Let these images be not just art, but a weapon of light — so we will light up the hearts and lead people forward."

Vladimir Lermontov:"I thank everyone for their deep and diverse views. We saw how one symbol can unite such different traditions and approaches-from high philosophy to rigid pragmatism. Let the "Wheel of New Destiny" become not just a sign, but a living mechanism: when every month, on the 15th, millions of people around the world do one good, creative thing. Let this be our common practice of unity-simple, clear, but powerful. Let "One truth — one way" become not a slogan, but a daily habit of the heart and mind. And may this wheel truly move the destiny of humanity towards a brighter future."
Dear participants, I invite you to discuss the Banner of Universal Spiritual Unity. The banner consists of five stripes – from top to bottom:white, blue, white, red, and white. Three white stripes symbolize-the divine trinity, the three jewels of Buddhism, Trimurti: Shiva, Brahma and Vishnu. Blue stripe – sky, red stripe – earth, blood.

In the center of the flag isa circle in which an equilateral cross (dorje) is inscribed with the universal spiritual and ethical principle: The Paths of truth, righteousness, and truthfulness: "One Truth is One Path". According to the Eastern spiritual tradition, the equilateral cross (Dorje) is a symbol of: TRUTH, TRUTH, the ABSOLUTE, a sacred weapon of the Gods, a club, a rod or a diamond scepter, a symbol of supreme power and justice. "Diamond noble" — is indestructible, but it is capable of destroying everything, even seemingly indestructible.

From Krishna:
"The five bands are like the five elements from which the world is born, and the five main paths of service (karma, bhakti, jnana, raja, hatha). Three whites is purity of intent, without which any action loses its power. Let this banner remind you that unity begins with inner light. Let each cluster have “Pravdarii” it will not be a decoration, but a guide: before any decision, participants ask themselves “ " Do I serve the whole?”»
From the Buddha:
"White is the silence of the mind, blue is clarity, and red is the energy of action. Let these colors teach you balance: don't go into abnegation, don't burn out in a hurry. Let the banner become an anchor of mindfulness: on the day of the 15th, looking at it, people learn to notice where compassion lives in their actions, and where habit and ego live. It is out of this distinction that true unity is born."
From Confucius:
"A symbol works when there is order behind it. Let the banner be not just an image, but part of the ritual: at the beginning of each meeting, it is raised with the intention of serving the common good, and at the end, it is lowered with gratitude. Let the three white stripes remind you of the three foundations of society: respect for the elders, care for the younger ones, and loyalty to the word. Then unity will become not an impulse, but a stable tradition."
From Lao Tzu:
"The blue stripe is the sky, the red stripe is the ground, and the white stripe is the path between them. Let the banner teach gentleness: not to impose unity by force, but to allow it to grow out of silence. Let there be a place in every settlement where this banner is flown without fuss-as a reminder that the most powerful changes come not from noise, but from inner harmony."
From Mahatma Gandhi:
"The symbol should be simple, so that everyone can understand it. Let this banner become a sign of nonviolence and service: on the day of the 15th, people do not just look at it, but do one small, but real thing-they help their neighbor, plant a tree, and make up disputes. Let unity be measured not by loud words, but by quiet but constant deeds."
From Swami Vivekananda:
"The banner is a call to action. Let it remind you that spirituality without service is like fire without heat. Let every cluster of Pravdaria develop projects that change people's lives under this banner: schools, hospitals, workshops. Let unity become visible in concrete actions, and not remain an abstraction."
From Sri Aurobindo and His Mother:
"The symbol is a channel for higher powers, but the channel must be clear. Let the banner be a sign of inner discipline: before gathering under it, participants take a moment of silence to calm the mind and open the heart. Let unity arise not from external pressure, but from internal agreement."
From Elena Ivanovna and Nikolai Konstantinovich Roerich:
"The banner is a language of beauty that unites hearts. Let 's say that on the 15th day, exhibitions, concerts, and readings are held under this banner, where different cultures meet in the same space. Let art become the bridge that connects peoples and traditions, and it is through it that the world will be transformed."
From Konstantin Tsiolkovsky and Vladimir Vernadsky:
"The noosphere is built by thought, and thought feeds on high states of consciousness. Let the banner become a symbol of the ethical filter: before launching any project, participants look at it and ask themselves the question “ " Does this serve the common good? Does it reduce suffering? Does it strengthen harmony?"Let unity become not only spiritual, but also scientifically grounded."
From Nikolai Fedorov:
"The banner is a link between generations. Let people remember their ancestors and think about their descendants: in each settlement, let there be a " Book of Memory and Intentions”, where everyone's contribution and common goals are recorded. Let unity become a living story that leads forward."
