The Unique Author Code (UAC) is an innovative method of establishing authorship, based on documenting the creative process and creating a structured digital trail that can be used in any country and across any creative discipline. The UAC does not compete with existing copyright systems — it complements them, ensuring transparency, verifiability and independence from external intermediaries.



1. Conceptual clarity and universality

The UAC offers a simple yet powerful idea: every work is accompanied by a unique code that reflects the path of its creation. This code is independent of language, country, profession or platform, making the system universal and easily adaptable in an international context.
The UCA’s four-tier structure — with a clear division between public and private sections — strikes a balance between openness and protection. The public section serves as an identifier, whilst the private section serves as evidence.
