Mudra of Divine Will Gate 40, Aloneness
Place your left hand at the lower abdomen, palm facing upward.
Lower your right hand beneath the left. Gently hold the ring finger and little finger with the thumb.
Keep the index and middle fingers straight and point them downward, toward the earth.
Do not try to maintain the gesture through muscular effort.
Allow your shoulders to drop, your abdomen to soften, your breath to move freely, and the weight of your hands to flow naturally downward.
Remain in the mudra for as long as complete relaxation and surrender feel pleasant to the body.
When to use it:
- After an interaction, a period of work, or an intense experience has ended and the body needs to be alone to digest what has happened.
- After the impulse of the Heart has already been given and the system has begun to act on its own.
- When the urge arises to check a decision again, press the button one more time, interfere with a process that is already underway, or continue exerting willpower after everything necessary has already been done.
- Before the next movement, to distinguish what the Heart truly loves in the experience from what it no longer wishes to carry forward.
How it helps:
- It helps you stop sustaining through effort what has already been set in motion.
- It returns attention from external interaction to the inner space of the body.
- It allows the Heart to integrate what has happened, recognise its aftertaste, and restore its own pulsating rhythm.
- It supports surrender to the workings of the living system: once the precise impulse has been given, there is no need to manage every operation manually.
Signs of calibration:
- The shoulders drop.
- The abdomen softens.
- The breath moves freely into the lower part of the body.
- The urge to act, explain, continue, or check again disappears.
- The rhythm of the Heart is no longer felt as a demand to do something, but as a distinct pulsation: impulse — pause, participation — rest, movement — return.
The experience no longer demands continuation and leaves a discernible aftertaste:
- this I love;
- this is a definite no;
- this I want to preserve;
- this can remain with the experience that has ended.
What happens to the energy:
- The Will Center stops continuously sustaining a command that has already been given.
- The single impulse of the Heart is received by the system and distributed through it without further interference. Energy is no longer spent on restarting, controlling, or holding the process in place.
- The straight fingers of the right hand direct the remaining tension downward, toward the earth.
The left palm keeps the inner space of the abdomen open, allowing the experience to be received, digested, and integrated.
Energy returns to its natural pulsation:
to give — to relax;
to switch on — not to interfere;
to experience — to savour the aftertaste;
to be alone — to restore the capacity to return to others.
Formula of the Mudra:
The impulse has been given.
The signal has been received.
The system is responding.
I relax completely and allow what has happened to settle within me.
