We present a unified physical framework addressing the Millennium Prize Prob-
lems within the paradigm of Mirny’s Cosmodynamics (MP2DS). By modeling the
physical vacuum as a structured ferrite condensate with memory, hysteresis, and a
coercive threshold HP M = ;2 ; 1/10 = 2.518, we show that seemingly disparate
mathematical challenges are dual expressions of a single underlying medium. We
provide a rigorous solution to the Yang–Mills Mass Gap problem (DOI: 10.5281/zen-
odo.22688947) and resolve the Navier–Stokes smoothness problem by reinterpreting
singularities as a physical phase transition bounded by vcrit = HP M ·c = 2.518 c. For
the Riemann Hypothesis, Hodge Conjecture, P vs NP, and the Birch and Swinnerton-
Dyer Conjecture, we establish a robust conceptual framework showing how algebraic,
topological, and computational structures emerge from the hysteresis loops of the
vacuum ferrit
