Martian verdict

Martians could not establish peaceful self-sustained civilization type 1, not mention about type II and other higher societies.
They spent out all natural resources almost till the  end, lion share of which   went on to the creating  and perfecting various weapons and means for killing, including  weapon of mass destruction. Such industry demanded lot of money, energies and crafts from Martians.
So they simply cannot invested to the peaceful  life, not created  base for good health, communication, friendship and love between various members and antagonistically tuned sides. Such art demanded also sufficient investment and even much more long- termed efforts than creating various kind of weapon, technologies and ways of making harm and killing. The ubiquitous Darwinian law of our Universe predisposed them and better prepared for the first kind of activity and much less for second.
Of course, Martians could not stop hated each other, not created bridges and roads for communications between Martian East and West, South and North.
Instead, they eat too many meals, they have much more better pastures, their livestock and other resources were more better and abundant compare with our natural resource.
Nevertheless, it was not help them; they died out from Global warming, Cold war and mutual hate and intolerance.
