Mudra of Ecstasy 46 Gate of Self-Determination

How to practice:
Touch the tip of your thumb to the tip of your little finger on both hands. Straighten and gently align your index, middle, and ring fingers.
Keep your hands relaxed, without strain.
Feel where the fingers touch, then become aware of your whole body.
Breathe calmly and give yourself time to notice its response.

When to use it:
- When your body asks you to pause and feel it.
- When your attention has drifted away from your body: after a long sleep, mental strain, or a day lived on autopilot.
- When you feel heaviness, stiffness, or unease in your body and want to sense where you can find support.
- When your body gives you a signal: your breathing changes, warmth or pulsing appears, or you feel an urge to move or become still.
- When you already feel pleasure in movement, touch, breathing, or simply being in your body, and want to let that feeling unfold.

How it helps:
Bringing the thumb and little finger together helps open the heart to the Universe.
In the imagery of this mudra, the little finger represents the buddhic body — the highest aspect of manifested Nature.
The gesture gives the body a way to experience this connection.

Signs of attunement:
Your attention gently gathers in your body. Breathing becomes freer.
You may feel warmth, pulsing, joy, or a sense of inner resonance — even an orgasmic feeling as creative force moves through your body.
The response may also be very quiet.

What happens to the energy:
Currents of Force arrive from infinite space and weave into the person’s strings of light.
Where they meet, the person’s aura begins to sound. The more often the body returns to the mudra,
the more easily it recognizes and welcomes this ecstatic state.

Mudra affirmation:
I open my heart to the Universe. Currents of Force weave into my strings of light — and my aura sounds.
