Mudra of Perfection 18 Gate of Correction

How to practice:
Slowly bring the pads of the matching fingers of both hands together in front of your upper chest.
The thumbs and little fingers form a circle, while the other fingers make a comb-like shape.
To deepen your concentration, lift your gaze, take a deep breath, and touch your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
Repeat for several breaths.

When to use it:
- When you need to stay focused on one subject for a long time;
- When you need to recall something important;
- When preparing for a business deal.

How it helps:
- Gathers your attention;
- Helps you hold a thought in mind;
- Helps you see the terms of a decision more clearly.

Signs of alignment:
Your breathing becomes steadier. Your gaze settles, and your thought takes on a clear shape. You feel a steady connection between your hands.

What happens to the energy:
Scattered attention gathers between your palms and turns toward a single task. A sense of inner coordination emerges: you can remember, discern, and act.

Mudra affirmation: “I gather my attention. I see the whole and discern the details precisely.”
