Why the North Korea is so easy target for AI?

Artificial Intelligence (AI) could soon gain the upper hand over humans—some even argue that this has already happened.
Regardless, according to Naum Khakhari, democratic nations will prove far more resilient and better protected against robots and AI than authoritarian regimes or dictatorships. In the latter, all power is concentrated in the hands of a single individual; for an AI, seizing control of that one person would be enough to gain control over the entire country.

In contrast, a democracy—such as the United States—features independent branches of government: the executive, the legislature, and the judiciary. Even within a single branch, such as the judiciary, there are various levels of courts that operate independently of one another.
In short, it is far more difficult to take control of a democratic nation than an authoritarian regime, where a single individual makes all the decisions—decisions upon which the fate of the entire nation and its people depends.

This is precisely why it is so vital that Kyrgyzstan does not slide completely into authoritarianism or follow the path of its authoritarian neighbors—nations where the levers of power are held by "tough guys" who, as it turns out, are remarkably easy to manipulate.
Our northern great neighbor, one of the most powerful authoritarian superstate serves as a particularly striking example: the people of that vast country are perishing before our very eyes, without any intervention of AI, precisely because of a dictatorship—the entrenched, unassailable rule of one stubborn man who rejects the principles of popular sovereignty and freedom.
