You know, the first impression I got, it was kinda machine translation of something written initially in Russian. Am I close to being right? Is grammar so weired on some purpose?

Oh, thank you. I had not any special target with this.
I wanted to impress my understanding of some event by words,
I don’t know why but I couldn’t to impress it on Russia.
Perhaps my English is so far from perfect, but at least you could to do some conclusion from that. Therewith( more over) all my attempts to translate this one on Russia or Ukrainian following

Ok,thank you for an advice.I tried to express my feeling and didn't be upset with this poem. If atleast one man will be happy with this one I'll be happy twice.
