Uri Runtu, 1949-2026. Memorial china plaquette.

"In memoriam: Uri Runtu-Kuznetsov. 1949-2026: Jubilee china plaquette. 77 years" is a new (second) honorary decoration (badge as little memorial plaque) in honour of acad. Yuri Matthew Ryuntyu's memory. It is intended for an amateurs and professionals into arts and culture, and creative activities and works.
Holder of memorial plaquette must put on it with two-coloured moire wearing over his dress from the left shoulder for III deg. (green-black moire) and II deg. (yellow-black moire), and to the right shoulder for I deg. (red-black moire).
Full holder of memorial plaquette (I deg., II deg., III deg.) may be nominated to confer an other decoration on him, i.e. Uri Runtu china memorial medallion (red I deg., yellow II deg., green III deg.), honorary decoration of high category.
A representative on behalf of Morena o Moholo oa Lesotho Motlotlehi Letsie III congratulated on participators of ceremonial meeting on the occasion of establishment of memorial plaquette, and he participated in them joy.
