It is intended for art critics (theatre, dance including ballet, literature) and authors (playwrights, poets, etc.). Holder of Uri Runtu ceramic memorial bust must put on it with moire (grey, black, maroon, lily) over his dress - on the chest, at his neck. Full holder of URCMB may be nominated to confer on him both Uri Runtu china memorial plaquette (red-black, yellow-black or green-black moire) and Uri Runtu china memorial medallion (Red, Yellow or Green).
