Htslg on Itil

Cities of Khazaria. Kromos Estatium
======================
     The khazar cities here include not only those cities that were built by the khazar architects, but also those that were built before the arrival of the khazars, were used by the khazars for their needs and tasks for a long time.
=======================

Htslg on Itil **
     A city in Khazaria, about which there are just a few words in a letter from King Joseph of Khazaria to his jewish addressees in Spain.
     Gardizi calls one part of Itil Sargysh, and the second part is called Khalyg, which in the hebrew spelling should look like Htslg, without the letter «S».
     Al-Bekri calls one part Barish, and the other Htslg. He could have taken the name Htslg as one of the parts of Itil from some now lost document of correspondence between the khazar Kings and the Caliphate. Perhaps he was familiar with the works of Ibn Khordadbeh, who lived a couple of centuries earlier, but also wrote in arabic.
     Ibn Khordadbeh instead Htslg or Htlg decrypts as Hemlig.
     Artamonov traces all the names of both parts to a single source, according to which one part was called Sarashen or Saksin, and the other part was called Khanbalyk, from where he spelled Htslg.
     Writing without vowels was characteristic of the Hebrew writing, which was used in his letters by the Khazar King Joseph.

Тут есть оригинал. А английскую версию я сделал для американских хазар-иудеев, которые кучкуются вокруг интернет сайта chazaria.com
