Topic: Invitation to work together on the project "The Party of 2017" - a factor in the development of the world and ensuring its security.


Dear Editor-in-Chief of Bloomberg, Mr. Micklethwaite,

Dear ladies and gentlemen, the entire community of staff and leaders at Bloomberg News! 

Today, as an independent philosopher from Russia, I am addressing you with my offer of cooperation. I am speaking here only on my own behalf.


I think I would not be mistaken if I said that you, together with the agency's staff, have made a significant contribution to the formation and development of the global information and analytical, as well as the general organizational and economic space of states and peoples. Individual personalities who have made a significant contribution to the overall development have not been ignored either.

Together with other agencies, Bloomberg's work reflects the entire image of the existing world. This is a difficult mission and I would like to wish you great achievements along the way.

Below I will try to describe the essence of my proposal and the work that I would like to develop and promote with the participation of the Bloomberg agency. I'll describe it point by point.


1. My name is Alexander, my pseudonym is Alexander Koren. The study of public law and order is my lifelong passion. This is how life initially developed, that the subject of work in the internal affairs bodies was reformatted into a personal, private and individual study of the organization of public order. We all learn something, and my studies have given me technical, financial, economic, and legal education. All types of theoretical training have been consolidated by practice and as a result have been reduced to a single denominator, which is the study of public order in its broadest sense.

2. Each job has its own result, which correlates with more or less people, collectives, social organizations and nations. In this series, the research of philosophers covers the widest field of activity of peoples, ranging from the most pressing issues of existence to large-scale problems of peoples. And I was no exception to that. And you know very well how easy it is to make mistakes in solving the tasks of organizing public order, even in certain sectors of its organization.

3. I must say that my initial research was related to a personal search for solutions in the field of human safety and reducing the level of offenses. and I experienced a research shock when I found the first solutions in this area. On the one hand, the decisions themselves were the reason, on the other, the law enforcement and social result.

And here I have to ask what you would do if you had in your hands a means to reduce the crime rate tenfold and all the accompanying damage to people and property.

And a related question is whether this means could have hidden from the state and the people, silenced those political, economic, financial and organizational ideas and decisions that predetermined such a result. I had to ask myself the same questions in 1988.

4. If the Bloomberg company was founded by Michael Bloomberg in New York in 1981, then in the same year I began my work as an engineer in the regional Department of Internal Affairs, where I was accepted as a visiting specialist, who was recommended by the telephone equipment manufacturing plant, where I previously worked in the warranty department. The second recommendation was given by the general meeting of the heating network staff of the port district of another city, where he worked at the time of the invitation.

5. If Michael Bloomberg eventually created a company that became the leader of the information market, then in my creative solitude I created only the social theory "Korenvistizm" with the purpose of transforming the world. 

"Korenvistism", (the root of interests in the truth of the law of nations) - this is a social theory that expresses the fundamental interests of the population in the truth of the nature of the social law of peoples.

As a result, I created something that perhaps only Bloomberg can present to the world. Yes, if it deems appropriate. But how else, if the emergence of a social theory
"Korenvistism" is news to the world and a representation of a new social order, it is also a formula for saving the world together with the savior himself, God Bogson, and social faith in law.

 If the savior – God "Bogson" has come, clearly defined, why not introduce Him to the world. It turns out that he sends the loneliest and poorest philosopher in the world to you at the Bloomberg agency as a "road master" – that's his will.

6. I must say. The head of the Department of Internal Affairs, under whom I began my service, linked his life with service in the internal affairs bodies, rose to the rank of major General and headed two regional departments in this position for 10 years, and then was elected to the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, where he was a member of the Committee on Legislation. He agreed to take part in the work on the project with such law enforcement experience. He then unconditionally accepted my idea and agreed, asking only how I would find so much money that would be needed to promote such an idea and work.  For me, he carries the image of the last soldier of law and order. But the law enforcement officers are also leaving, and he left, having lived his life with dignity.

Philosophers have their own mission – the eternal search for the right paths for humanity. Unfortunately, everyone chooses it individually. I must say that such a choice requires both a personal spirit and the support of God.

7.And when the first decisions were finalized, the analytical note was printed, and the last discussions were held with the Department of Political Economy, a newly completed financial and Economic institute, then it was time to make a decision on the proper presentation of the idea of a radical reduction in crime. 

It took seven years to turn the experience of technical rationalization into legal innovation, and one month to complete the first memo. Actually, I waited two years for him to graduate from the Institute of Finance and Economics in order to start my research.  Waiting is not work yet. If in youth there is a craving for some extraordinary achievements, then it often remains for life.

8. I couldn't back down anymore, so I had to ask myself another important question: that at the starting point of a new path, you can make a mistake, and then, after developing your idea for a long time, you can end up at a dead end, and then you have to think about looking back at the path you've traveled. Psychologists will say that it was a reflection, but for me it was a serious conversation with God. Today, in my social theory, this is "Bogson" (the God of Family, Society and the People is a name according to the Russian abbreviation of the definition words).

9. The conversation turned out to be very informative, and the answer was harsh: if you are confident in your decisions, send suggestions, regardless of the consequences. And so he did.

Life after that turned out to be even tougher: he left the law enforcement sphere. Subsequently, they offered to return again.  I would not leave, but I am against formal support – an informal demand has come to withdraw my proposals for a radical reduction in crime from consideration.

The organization of such a project went far beyond the sphere of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and, accordingly, my note received this character.  The Ministry of Internal Affairs, like the entire political economy, did not have such knowledge and experience.
From this moment on, my private service to public order begins.

10. Then work began on a new specialty, in practice it is state audit work, independent auditing and accounting work, which I mastered, but it did not bring direct benefit to the project, except that it added confidence in the project.

 During this period, the project was not ignored, and it was periodically discussed with various government agencies, various organizations, specialists, and even law professors, including from the United States, from whom I received a written recommendation to send my proposals to the specialists in Congress. I received similar verbal support and similar recommendations from a little-known German law professor.

11. I have no doubt that they were sincere in their recommendations. It was well understood to me that for such appeals it is necessary to present not only ideas, but also the formation and presentation of one's theory, and therefore such work was put in the foreground.

12. The work was carried out from different angles, explanations and negotiations. For several years he was engaged in the Laboratory of Liberal Studies. I got acquainted with the works of the participants of the Austrian School of Economics, leaving many reviews on the Libertarium portal in Russia. I tested my ideas on the comments. Only at the end of 2011. I started a more systematic research work by posting materials on my page - http://proza.ru/avtor/ali11 on the Internet portal proza.ru .

13. Since then, the project has been running under the brand name "The Party of 2017 ", and in this form it has found a form of social theory that has stood the test of time and public opinion.  But the materials are being updated, and the verification of their validity continues daily. I still have an unfulfilled recommendation from an American professor, and a well-known political figure in his historical capacity.

14. Now I would like to do something else - to start my presentation through your agency, if you consider such an intention reasonable and acceptable, and you can take a certain position by viewing my materials on the page. There are about 3,000 of them, and if you look at them abstractly, you need to add 7000 more materials. What, exactly, am I ready for.  This is a creative and sporting interest. It failed to become an economic one, but there are objective reasons for that. The estimated economic cost of the project is about 8 billion today. The US dollar is calculated at the rate of 1 dollar per inhabitant of the planet.

15. As information about the theory is brought to all political forces in different countries, the price of the project increases to 80 billion, and then increases as it is ready and in different countries as it is implemented.  This stage will relate to the formation of the civilization of the legal order, which has already been called upon to replace the ruling order, within which the modern world is built. I will tell the absolute truth that I did not earn a penny or a cent on the project, but it is better not to talk about what I lost and what I may have accidentally saved. That's why I need international cooperation with information and analytical agencies. And it is not for me, but for your expert community, that the recommendation of an American law professor can be described. If there is a negative conclusion, the issue will be dropped, but if there is a positive conclusion, then the presentation will not be direct, but also through Bloomberg, through joint articles with the agency's correspondent.  The flip side of such cooperation will be the capitalization of the project.

16. It is clear that capitalization today is imaginary, but it is necessary in terms of the reality of the results of its implementation. The latter, of course, is my opinion.

17. As for Russia, I had the most promising predictions about the future use of this project, including:

This includes the development of the population of the country's peoples, taking into account the optimization of the population on the territory of the planet, ensuring high employment with a focus on the development of science and labor productivity, the effectiveness of any activity, and the formation of a new person of law.

19.Thus, during the past post-Soviet period of the country, the population of the country could have grown at the expense of the indigenous population by 70-75 million people, but it decreased by a tenth. Yes, approximately 250 million people could live in Russia today. This perspective for the country was revealed by an idea that eventually emerged as the social theory of "korenvistism."

20. The issue of property is solved very simply and fundamentally, it is solved through the transition from the power-economic system of appropriation to the private-public system of recognition. It involves a person in social, legal and economic activity, making him a responsible subject together with the collectives of workers.

21. Changes in economic conditions and opportunities to work better and earn more, as well as a significant increase in social mood, could provide the basis for the development and formation of a strong full-fledged family.

22. The transition from the predominance of the state with the dogma of power relations to the primacy of society – its legal and social regulation of the entire system of relations

23. Formation of the economy of civilizational transformation.

24. The revolution of public freedom as a space for individual freedom

25. The formation of social relations in the form of a process of social and civilizational revolutionary development and the realization of the fundamental interests of the family, society and peoples.

26. The development of democracy based on public freedom, a new organization of the entire sphere of law and strictly general elections in the form of sorkin as an independent public realization of the fundamental interests of the population.

27. What was initially focused on Russia later became an offer for the whole world. So, the discussion of my proposals at an early stage of the idea formation with the service of the Deputy Administration of the President of Russia Vladislav Surkov, to whom I contacted about the support of the idea and the provision of financial assistance in 2008, did not yield results. As a result, I refused to consider the issue of any financing and agreed on my transition to a free discussion of my ideas in the international space.

28.That's how freedom appeared without money. I assumed that I would be able to make money on an idea that was promising for the world myself, by involving Russian businesses in working on the idea.

And there was such an attempt – I sent out five hundred invitations to participate in the project. I sent out such an invitation as a "Russian call", and in response, silence. In fact, the country has abandoned support for the social theory of "Korenvistism" and abandoned security for citizens and peace for nations, just as the Soviet Union had previously abandoned the idea of radically reducing crime. I'm truly sorry.

29. Therefore, my entire project "The Party of 2017" is already focused on the whole world, all nations, and every person, in fact, as prescribed by God "Bogson".

30. Along with the new formation of an institutional society, the reform of the legal sphere must take place. The existing legal system should be replaced by the korenvistizm legal system

31.The new organizational conditions of people's lives, the entire community of various collectives and organizations are designed to create a new environment and mechanism for the functioning of public order, including the entire sphere of economic activity and its guidelines, putting it in a state of constant revolutionary renewal.

32. The new principles of organizing economic activity should form a new national-private economy based on the common national interest, creating conditions and opportunities for everyone's activities, when society creates conditions for creative and productive activity of each person, conditions for effective entrepreneurship, and a person works, developing society and the people.

33. The new social theory asserts both the new capital character of the results of economic activity and its rapid renewal of production assets.

34. Every economic, legal and social process needs its own innovators who will be able to understand and reflect in their activities the new realities and prospects for their development. And of course, there will always be economic entrepreneurs in this row who organize highly efficient activities of people.

35. And the increase in gross product, as well as the increase in national and international wealth, can gain a foothold at a much higher level, which will give a new material revolution in terms of arranging and providing for the whole life of people, the active development of science, which gives revolutionary renewal to activities and lives.

In addition to the general words, there is a belief in the availability and possibility of economic growth in the proportions of an annual increase in the country's Gross Domestic Product by 7-11 percent, which, for a period of 30 years, is equivalent to two times the size of the accumulated man-made wealth of the country in general.

This quality of the economy is shaped by the theory and practice of Korenvistism, which has a fundamentally new organizational quality and a high mobilizing force of spirit and creative energy. It remains for the peoples to use "Korenvistism" in the social practice of developing their country.

In my opinion, "Korenvistism" for America is a means of removing many accumulated problems and a condition for ensuring a new accelerated development, and it accepts everything useful from liberalism. There is no rejection here, and that's a plus.

36. Issues of both personal and national security are extremely important for the new social order. To ensure them, a new quality of people's participation is needed, as well as the organization of such participation and provision, and these formats already have their own contours. I believe that reducing the crime rate to a level ten times lower than the existing one is an urgent issue, and this possibility is predetermined by korenvistism.   And why not use it to renew America.

37. The formation of a new legal system "korenvistizm" presupposes the formation of a new organization of international relations based on the continuity of the internal and external organization of the legal system for the international community.

Such a reorganization will radically change the entire system of international relations, predetermine the complete abandonment of the institution of war, and eliminate the entire prospect of armed interstate conflicts and wars.

38. The existing inter-State system of regulating relations in the form of the United Nations regulates relations between states and it has long needed to be supplemented by the organization of legal cooperation between peoples, which in itself determines the new nature of international life and the possibility of abandoning the institution of war and violent inter-State confrontation.

39. Today, the social theory of "korenvistism" already includes twenty-five types of revolutionary transformation of all the diverse activities of people and nations that have to establish themselves, expand and deepen.

40.There is no doubt that a person cannot live without faith, and religious faith is a cultural form of faith in God and his supernatural powers. Of course, it is necessary, because it regulates and calms the inner world of many people. Religion expresses the intuitive search for God, whereas the social theory of "korenvistism" proceeds from the explicit existence of God "Bogson" as the organizational nature of man and the all-defining being of God.

Therefore, "Pravoverie" as a social faith in law expresses faith in public popular law, manifests itself in this form in the feelings of every person and serves as the actual foundation of the entire religious culture.

And of course, "Pravoverie" (belief in popular law) supports the existence of a religious culture that is essentially a diverse representation of the nature of God "Bogson" and "Pravoverie" as a social faith.

41. Thus, the basic foundation of any faith is a natural and innate sense of right, which develops in solidarity in man and society in the course of life. Together, they form the social faith "Pravoverie", which is the foundation of all religious faith and human righteousness.

42. The innate natural quality of faith is connected with the entire natural organization of man, as God "Bogson", which forms all the foundations of his thought processes, consciousness and self-awareness.

43. Every person's social faith in popular law determines his direct relationship to God "Bogson", a direct relationship with him, which is mediated and regulated by the entire system of religious faith, when any appeal to God is a direct appeal to "Bogson".

44. The social faith "Pravoverie" in the theory of "korenvistism" reveals and asserts the reality of the existence and presence of God in the life of every human being, even regardless of his understanding or belief in God.

45.Today, the Project "The Party of 2017" updates the entire species diversity of formational revolutions and forms a fundamentally new type of transformation - a civilizational revolution with the transition from an authoritative code to a legal one. If the simple convergence of socialism with capitalism could not achieve its goal peacefully, then the social theory of "korenvistism" is designed to become a global basis for the overall transformation of social relations.

46. If the entire history of the project's development is predetermined by the God of family, society and peoples – God "Bogson", and he himself is directly related to every living person, then "The Party of 2017" is originally a civilizational party of God "Bogson", uniting all people, which follows from their relationship with God "Bogson".

47.The organizers of "The Party of 2017". They are the God "Bogson", Mother Pelageya as a translator of the ideas of the God "Bogson" and the road master Alexander Koren, who is building a civilizational road to meet the God "Bogson" and the peoples. Unfortunately, the unity of God and man has been separated by religious culture with the imagery of a God unrelated to God "Bogson". Ahead is an imaginative meeting and a new acquaintance with the ever-present God "Bogson".

48. The composition of the project areas has its own extensions and deepenings, both in areas and in specific types of research and work.

49. Undoubtedly, one of the pillars of the social theory of "korenvistism" is liberalism, but in its social orientation, because it is impossible and impossible to ignore the organization of established relations, as well as the entire culture of religious beliefs, especially since it all came from intuitive concepts of law, social "Pravoverie" and the physiological essence of "Bogson" - The God of the family, society and the people.

50. It should also be said that the whole social theory proceeds from the natural fact that a person is born coming from the people.  He lives in society, and when he leaves life, he disappears into the people. Every nation experiences a living and historical transformation, living among other nations. This process can be spontaneous and chaotic, but it can be regulated by a system of social and legal relations.
51. It is equally important to take into account the basic rule of any new social theory – do no harm.

Dear Mr.  Micklethwaite,

my appeal to you is determined by several arguments, which I will try to define here. This:

1. The importance of your agency for the global information process.

2. The analytical nature of the agency's information without biased information.

3. The ability of your editorial staff to assess the usefulness of certain social, legal and economic initiatives for global processes.

4. The ability of the editorial staff to comprehend the social theory of "Korenvistism" in the basics of its presentation.

5. The project "The Party of 2017". declares the potentially high value of the social theory of "Korenvistism" for the peoples of each country. And your agency is initially directly related to every country, just as the social faith Pravoverie, together with God Bogson, is directly related to every country, and in it to every person, family, society and people. The road of the people, as well as the Bogson God, runs towards each other through news agencies, which are bridges connecting them.

I believe the coordinated work of the Bloomberg Agency and the project "The Party of 2017". It can make a significant contribution to all spheres of social development in the world: to economics, culture, science and law, to all spheres of human activity and social organizations.

6.The information agencies of the world can be a tailwind for the civilizational development of the world, which I hope. The project can reach every person, become part of the worldview of the political forces of different countries and peoples.
 Therefore, as a "road master" and organizer of the "The Party of 2017" project, I hope to cooperate with your agency for the safety and well-being of people, families and nations, for the development process and ensuring the freedom of every society and people.

7. The formation of the subject structure of a new social community of different countries and peoples, the establishment of a new order of legal relations cannot happen without the peacemaking work of news agencies, and your agency can become a leader in such a process.

8. The project has already done a lot for the well-being of the world, but more needs to be done, and the participation of your agency can help the peoples of the world achieve their well-being.

9. Here I will focus on a separate area of activity of the project "The Party of 2017", one of the organizational areas of the movement for reducing crime.

 First of all, such a case is a very difficult job, which is constantly being handled by the Ministries of Internal Affairs of different countries, while the level of crime or the quality of public order in countries can vary significantly.

IN this matter, it is necessary to know the theory and practice of such work in different countries. If you focus on the best examples, then, first of all, you need to know them. As a rule, their activities cover all existing forms of law enforcement work.

 Against this background, the question may arise as to how this project can help such countries. Isn't he a fiction? I'll answer right away. "The Party of 2017" is the whole set of organizational conditions in which one or another basis, reality and quality of law enforcement and law enforcement relations and procedures are formed.

Such an organizational framework applies not only to direct offenders and victims of them, to unwitting participants and witnesses of offenses, it applies to the entire population as an environment of responsibility for the occurrence of such manifestations and countering them.

All offenses are of a private nature, but the organizational basis of public order in its law enforcement capacity is constantly working and covers all offenses. 

The Party of 2017 project creates an environment that works as a proactive and preventive factor, on the one hand, and also, in the case of any offense, always identifies both the responsible party and the culprit, on the other hand.

Therefore, the primary objective of the project is to reduce the level and volume of all factors that form crime.  Here, due to the organizational mechanism of "The Party of 2017", which interacts with the entire system, both social and specially protective, the danger is reduced and a large number of potential cases of misconduct are eliminated.

As a rule, such a mechanism is not formed in the organization of the activities of the state and local law enforcement agencies, but at the same time a cumbersome authoritative mechanism is created for the prosecution of those who have committed offenses and crimes, as well as temporary restrictions on their legal capacity and freedom.

A There is a pattern here: when the organizational crime prevention mechanism is mobilized, the need for the second part of law enforcement activities may decrease tenfold, and at the same time there will be neither criminals nor victims, and there will be no need to maintain and finance a large criminal prosecution apparatus.  This is the relevant task of the project. Here I could only talk about the "tops". The roots of this issue are in cooperation with a number of ministries and departments of a particular country.

The social theory of "Korenvistism" has an international character and can be recognized as national by each country. But there is still work to be done for this opportunity. As already mentioned, "Korenvistism" brings a completely new perspective on the organization of peace, law, society and human life. This belief motivates you to invite your agency to work together – to promote the project, load it with tasks and work.

Participation in the work does not start from scratch, but from the platform of an already formed theory.

A legitimate question may arise here: What exactly can such cooperation consist of and in what form can it be carried out. I will try to formulate an answer to my own question in individual positions.:


1. Cooperation is aimed at forming a new reality of the totality of social relations, their material and cultural composition

2. Familiarization of individuals, collectives of different types of social organizations with the content and essence of the social theory of "korenvistism".

3. An explanation of the nature of the ruling order, the inevitability of various and numerous crises and catastrophes for the entire population of people, families and nations

 4.An explanation of the nature of the legal order, its essence, content and organization, including an explanation of the process of civilizational transformation through the transition to a revolutionary transformation of all spheres and forms of activity based on the ongoing scientific revolution of the fifth generation.

5.An explanation of the key factor of social transformation, including the transition from a powerful legal system to a public legal system, the formation of an institutional and social character and the form of organization of the social environment of the population, along with the ethnic characteristics of the peoples.

6.Expanding and deepening the cultural diversity of peoples' lives.

The interaction between Bloomberg and the author of the social theory of root linguistics may, in particular, include coverage of such issues:

Formation of new organizational forms of revolutionary mobilization of creative activity of entrepreneurship and its social responsibility for the universal and uniform development of both individuals, families, and their settlements and peoples. Multiplying its effectiveness and overall effectiveness.

15. The affirmation of forms of life, activities of human life and cooperation of peoples, completely excluding conflict and war, any forms of incitement and development of hatred, its various manifestations.

16. Society as the initial organization of human life and the territorial and international community of the population of different nations built on its basis, together with public law, are themselves determined by the nature of man and society, which is their internal organizational basis regulated by God "Bogson".

17. The long-term orientation of the entire planetary community towards the advanced and breakthrough development of science with the achievement of the possibility of interplanetary expansion of the sphere of life of the Earth's population.

18. The composition of the goals of civilizational development can be significantly expanded and deepened even now, but to such disclosure it is necessary to add the completeness of the practical activity itself.

19. The content of these paragraphs is only the goal of long–term social development, which is why I thought that the specific Cooperation of the Bloomberg News Agency with an individual researcher, and in this case with me, could be reduced to a simple form of my work as a reporter on a mutually agreed basis, based on the data and specified goals. Such work can be arranged by the agency's editors based on the knowledge and information preferences of the audience.

20. The very course of such work should be based on the capitalization of the listed values and an explanation of these goals and images, for which an investment mechanism for appropriate development should be formed.

21. Now the last point: this work will require patience, self-study and the course of the process itself, which will eventually lead to a result.

22. The issue of familiarization with the social theory of "korenvistism" is important for every country striving to accelerate its socio-economic development, it also primarily depends on the socio-legal quality and organizational and formational state of the internal structure of the country

23. There will be no proper state and presentation of ideological doctrines, concepts and strategies, there will be no development, no human security, no peace for nations. Their creation is the work of philosophers together with "Bogson", the God of family, society and the people. On this basis, social images of peoples arise and are consolidated, social orthodoxy and the organizational basis of peoples' life are formed. They determine the formation of the public spirit of the people as a source of strength for its development.

24. Each interconnected representation of the doctrine, concept and strategy of social theory represents the construction of a new road for the movement of peoples and "Bogson" (God of family, society and peoples) to new qualitative states of their development. The social theory of "korenvistism" is also in this series.

25.Bogson" (the God of the family of society and peoples) lives in the people, comes to the family that has become a society, and to the society that has become a family. Together, they are a fundamentally undivided organization of life. Therefore, so are we. Accordingly, the social theory of "korenvistism" is a frank definition of God "Bogson" for the salvation of nations and the continuation of peaceful development.

All the contents set out in this letter are intended to reveal the deep foundation of my appeal to you and the Bloomberg agency as a whole group of employees of various profiles and levels, made as an invitation to a joint civilizational movement and social development.
