To approach the formation of an idea about the possible presence of a "brain tank" type unit in the Israeli infrastructure (formal or informal structural unit), let's consider the understanding of the life prospects of Israel by one of the country's leading modern analysts.

His abstinence from considering the "quadrangle" I have seen the relations in which determines the life perspective of Israel, is immediately striking. The Nobel laureate, recognized as a leading scientist in the field of game theory, focuses and attracts his followers to *analyze strategies in the relations of two interacting parties* (!), develops an understanding of a set of rules that determine the development of a conflict when two systems collide, as well an understanding of a set of certain techniques necessary to stimulate an opponent, enemy, competitor to take your position.

A native of Germany, whose parents fled to America from the Nazi regime two weeks before Kristallnacht, grew up in New York, graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and defended his doctoral dissertation there. In 1956, he repatriated to Israel, and became the professor at a local university.
Orthodox Jew and religious Zionist, author of a number of halakhic commentaries on the economic and legal aspects of the Talmud (!).

this circumstance "an orthodox Jew and a religious Zionist, the author of a number of halakhic commentaries on the economic and legal aspects of the Talmud" - indicates the specific mental limitations of a particular person from the Israeli «brain tank». He was brought up in the mood of predestined sacrifice of Jews – they are doomed to be beaten by a non-Jewish environment. And this doom is ensured by the preparedness and readiness of the socially older (by status, wealth, education, personal qualities, position within the family) to hand over the socially younger/weak to the non-Jewish environment for beating, thereby buying the preservation of themselves.

To the American creator of the state of Israel and the "elder friend" of the state, the focusing of the Israeli "brain tank" on the limited problem of self-defense of the Israeli Jewish and Ethiopian masses is acceptable. And it is acceptable to overseas American Jews.

====    The influence of civilizational giants on their "proxies"

In his address to politicians, generals and diplomats, this leading personality from "brain tank" warns: « We have mentioned two deadly threats to Israel related to nuclear weapons: direct and indirect. But there is also a third threat, much more dangerous. It does not come from Iran, from any terrorist groups, or even from outside. Its source is ourselves. The paradox is that the policy of Hamas is completely rational, while the policy of Israel is absolutely irrational. We have lost our bearings and are at the mercy of illusions». At the same time, in his opinion, "Russian" repatriates are more realistic than those who were born and raised in this country: « Lieberman's words that we need to change the model of relations with the Palestinians based on constant concessions were received in the media with indignation. However, he is right».

But it seems that the person from "brain tank" did not go further than this in his study of the problem. And Minister Lieberman is also incapable - neither himself nor the "Russian scientists" clinging to him. It seems that the trajectory of the development of the manifestations of the "Russian scientist" is standard:

- picks up an idea somewhere or generates its own, seemingly promising, -- > steals additives to the design of the "idea", not seeing the essence, but guided by the apparent consistency of the "idea" and the stolen additives -- > the stealing intensifies and turns into a conscious purposeful simulation of the consistency of oneself, the "idea" and the accumulated "result".
The professor explains the connection of game theory with politics and state conflicts:

"Game theory is an analysis of strategy in the relations of two interacting parties. These relationships can manifest themselves in a variety of qualities, from cooperation to conflict, and in a variety of areas, from chess to business and wars between states. However, the model remains always the same. There is a set of rules that determine the development of a conflict when two systems collide. Take a variety of conflicts, from local to global, and you will see that the models by which the confrontation is built are the same. Religion, ideology, national character, and etc are of secondary importance."

Let's quote further:

"... most conflicts are based on irrational motives.
Speaking about the rational nature of any conflict, I do not mean motives, but methods of achieving the goal. The goal can be completely irrational, the most harmless or the most monstrous. But each conflicting party will inevitably depend on a partner, competitor or enemy and behave quite rationally - so as to achieve the maximum, exposing themselves to the least risk. The behavior of the Islamist proxies will also depend on the reaction of the Jews and their methods of counteraction.
It is necessary to clearly understand the enemy's goals”

Goals as a system "the goals of the senior, dominant partner in the structure of the enemy < - - > the corresponding tasks assigned by them to the junior partner (proxy partner) < - - > these tasks experienced by the proxy partner as their own goals."

The goal of the "Palestinians" = the task set and solved in relation to them by the "jihadists". The task defined by the "brain tank" under the leadership of the "jihadist" civilizational movement.

If Israel's behavior is focused only on countering the MANIFESTATIONS of the "Shahids" ("Palestinians"), then it may turn out that the Israelis are provoked to behave in accordance with the goals of the "senior jihadist partner". That is, to behave in a losing way.

A possible metastrategic (of global scale) version of the aggression of "jihadism" against "Western" "infidels" is a combination of:

* the propagandistically supported saturation of the states of the "West" and the dispersal of the "proxy" from "jihadism" among the population of these states, covered by the distraction of the attention of these states and the population to what is happening with Israel. And during this period of time, Israel is subjected to aggressive manifestations of "Palestinians" and threats from "jihadism"; the attention of States and the population of the "West" focuses on a combination of criticism of the behavior of Israelis, sympathy for them and some assistance to them in opposing "Palestinians" and threats of mainstream "jihadism".

* The manifestations of "proxies" are being activated, the saturation of which has already taken place in the territory of the "West". The population and the states of the "West" focus PSYCHOLOGICALLY, PROPAGANDISTICALLY and by actions on resisting these manifestations. Attention is being diverted from the Israeli situation.

* The "jihadist" aggressor overcomes the Israeli "outpost of the West" with the MAIN MILITARY FORMATIONS and is free to develop aggression with such formations directly against the "West" NO LONGER COVERED by the Israelis. The "overcoming" of the Israeli outpost is carried out in two stages: the military force of Israel is ground up, then the traditional bacchanal of "Islamist" reprisals against non-military groups of "infidels" - children, women, the infirm, etc., with elements of "technical" and behavioral modernization.

In response to the question - How to explain the fact that the more Israelis retreat, the more pressure they are subjected to from the rest of the world?:
"This is natural. The international community is the third player. The third player, as a rule, is always interested in diverting aggression from himself and directing it in a convenient direction for himself. Since the Arabs act as the attacking side, the outside world is pleased that there is a permanent object that becomes a victim of their aggression. Therefore, it is pointless to hope for understanding and sympathy. The world has already forgotten that we left Gaza. The world does not want to notice rocket attacks. The world sees only what it wants to see..."

- a simplified vision of the real problem situation has emerged. It seems that here the Israeli scientist participating in the "brain tank" showed the influence of a psychological barrier caused by the pressure of powerful political interesants. In the field "international community = the third player regarding the Middle East conflict", it is impossible not to notice (even to a "simple" observer, not that a scientist of the level of a "brain tank" participant) very tangible "clots" - powerfully equipped and organized civilizational formations "West", "jihadism", ... China (according to the ancient strategeme - "smart monkey" sitting on a mountain and watching the struggle of two tigers in the valley; historically, recently, such two "tigers" were the "West" and the USSR; the tiger of the USSR has been defeated, but the tiger "West" does not attack China, it is now engaged in an increasing confrontation with "jihadism"). And if the "international community" can be reproached, sometimes causing flirtatious expressions of shame, sympathetic empty talk, etc., then in relation to the civilizational giants, who, each in his own way, sees in the Israeli Jewish mass (IJM) a doomed victim, in principle, it would be necessary to look for some kind of creative life-saving maneuver and implement it VERY EFFECTIVELY.

==== The fated to be battered of the Israeli Jewish mass is its own quality

When discussing the real situation distorted by the limitation of vision:
"It is possible to coexist with the Arabs if they realize that war, terror and violence will have more severe consequences for them than for us… If a party feels the danger of punishment for certain extreme steps, it will abandon these steps and prefer the status quo.",

- the leading Israeli intellectual loses sight of the fact that only to the extent of the "independence" of the Palestinian side, it can "feel the danger of punishment for certain extreme steps and abandon these steps". In the current historical period, pan-Arabism is crushed by "jihadism"; if and when "jihadism" would be muted, pan-Arabism will manifest itself with renewed vigor and there will be a new disastrous threat to Israeli Jews. Well, the so-called "Palestinians" are "proxies" replenished from the comparatively (with Israel) immeasurable human resources of the Arab or Islamic world.

Considering the isolated subsystem of the "relationship of two" (separated from the integral system of the "relationship of four - a pair of globally influential and a pair of local participants dependent on it") when pointing without content to the context around these "two", the Israeli intellectual notes:

"... the really irrational behavior of the Israelis is rooted in the lack of motivation to realize - why they are here, what their highest goals and ideals are. The Jewish state is an empty sound for them; sacrifices are made under conditional, irrational guidelines."

The intellectual notes some "sense of reality that the indigenous population lacks" in the "Russian" Israelis. This feeling is caused by their own bitter experience and education. But, my modest research suggests - this is a simplified, incomplete idea of the "Russians". In addition to the indicated "bitter experience and education tell them that desire alone is not enough to turn a dream into reality", "Russian" Jews have "brakes, barriers" rooted in front of understanding and, even, the intention to try to understand a lot of actual facts and relationships; the dogmatism of the world view comes from Judaism and from the "culture" of the communist ideologized society.

On a limited view of the "remembered past" /American philosopher George Santana: "Those who do not remember the past are doomed to repeat it"/ a forecast warning is also being built:

"In the past (and at a very recent on historical scale), the Jewish people had a Holocaust, and they should think about whether the position of some of their leaders leads to the danger of a repeat of the Catastrophe. From our point of view, it is quite likely that the Arab-Israeli conflict will develop according to a catastrophic scenario for Israel, and this probability is aggravated by the lack of a strategic concept of the conflict in the Israeli leadership and its often erroneous tactics."

Thus, a scientist in the area of developing life-supporting guidelines for the Israeli Jewish state and people does not see and does not assume the existence of a metastrategic level of the problem of Israel's existence.

Having declared the task "to get answers to the questions - because of what and why military conflicts begin and how to prevent them" and having designated the answer extraction tool "deep causal analysis", the scientist conducted some analysis and came to the conclusion:

"the true causes of aggression are envy, slothful routine, pride, thirst for revenge, but these reasons are never called, instead they are called far-fetched, but beautifully sounding pretexts. Reactionary regimes want war, they become aggressors."

In this list of the "true causes of aggression", an essential element is missing - the feeling/consciousness of VULNERABILITY, WEAKNESS of those who "envy, long to avenge their own slothful routine and wounded pride" pushes them to aggression. The incompleteness of the representation of the "true causes of aggression" really leads to the formation of "far-fetched, but beautifully sounding pretexts", the most popular of its there is "deeply rooted ANTI-Semitism among the envious peoples."

The largest (in the perception of Jews – catastrophically largest) "achievement" of Hitler's aggression was the number of murdered and destitute Jews. In the consequence-causal relation to this "achievement" of Hitlerism, along with other results of the aggression shown, two more significant "achievements" took place:

- The USSR has developed its influence on Eastern Europe and on the processes in the "third world" countries;

- America created (the USSR conceded this perspective to it, reorienting its interest from the statehood of Israel to influence in the Arab and Islamist environment) FROM the unfinished JEWISH MASS, a far-advanced sacrificial outpost into the territory of the Arab and Islamist milieu.

Hitler was not the first to build his strategy on the use of the "doom" inherent in Jews. The doom that originated as the core of Jewish upbringing back in the period of the Jewish wars. Doom, the content of which is often an intuitive, partially conscious, prudent willingness of some Jews to buy themselves indulgences from a non-Jewish environment by surrendering to the oppression of other Jews. In a fitted form, such readiness is manifested in any Jewish communities, even in a family. Feeling and knowing about this feature of Jewish communities of any scale PROVOKES the environment to aggressive behavior towards Jews.

The leading Israeli intellectual does not analyze and, even, does not point out this provoking doom. With regard to the conflicting pair "Israeli Jews/Judahs - *Palestinians*", he only shows the futility of MANIFESTATIONS of this doom - concessions on the part of Israel. But to be healthy, it is necessary to diagnose and treat the "disease" itself, not its symptoms!

==== Recall the history of the creation of a pro-Arab/pro-jihadist "proxy"

Once again I quote the leading Israeli analyst:
«The Arabs (all Arabs, not the so-called "Palestinians") call a lot of "unbearable insults" allegedly inflicted on them by Israel, but their manifestations clearly show that they do not want peace, but the maximum weakening of Israel before the decisive battle...

... instead of integrating refugees from the territory allocated for the construction of the state of the Jewish mass being gathered in the Middle East, the Arabs settled them in ghetto camps, where they have been held for 60 years at the expense of the UN, since Arab countries do not allocate funds for their maintenance and do everything possible to prevent their integration in the countries of residence. All this is done in order to preserve the use of them as a means of pressure on Israel.

All the causes of the conflict put forward by the Arabs fall under the definition of "pretext". The real reason for the rejection of the Jewish state by the Arabs is that it, created on an extremely insignificant lands and, moreover, without any resources, is ahead of them in literally every respect, creating in them a strong inferiority complex and therefore inspiring fear, envy, hatred, thirst for revenge».

My vision.

For pan-Arabism, as in the current period of formation and development - for "jihadism", the main "irritant" is the "West", which "is ahead of them in literally every respect, creating in them the strongest inferiority complex - prevents the creation of a pan-Arab rich statehood - and therefore instills fear, envy, hatred, thirst for revenge". And the state of Israel and Jewish settlement in the region is only an instrument created by the "West" to "follow the principle of the inevitability of punishment" of Arabs by the "West". And the Arabs are hitting the "instrument". And the "instrument" cannot, as a rule, dictate its will to the creator and owner of the "instrument", as well as to the equal-scale opponent of this creator/owner. The only principled, theoretical way out for the living mass of this " instrument", that is, for the Jewish population of Israel, is to acquire the quality of equal scale with the participants of the conflicting pair "West" - pan-Arabism. And in the conditions of the current trend and a very likely prospect, Jewish Israel, in order to survive, must acquire the quality of equal scale with the participants of the conflicting pair "West" - "jihadism".

Since there are no obvious material resources (geographical space, terrain, minerals, other remarkable givens) for Israeli Jews, the only resource zone for solving the difficult problem of survival by gaining equal scale with the participants of the "West" - "Jihadism" pair is the zone of mentality.

The zone of mentality is a system of values, morality and ethics, intelligence with a holistic vision, the ability to identify complex problematic relationships and generate creative solutions to problems, the will to be purposeful, sociability based on a special ability to reflect, …

As has always been the case in "Western" history, in Soviet history, in Jewish history, an objective need for such mental superiority is indicated, a request for mental superiority is declared - and imitators of possessing such a level of mentality appear. In modern Israel, the Russian-speaking community is filled with such imitation."We, former Soviet-made scientists, have poured ourselves as the golden shower on Israeli society, but they don't appreciate us here!" - brisk mediocrity from the former USSR literally declare in ZOOM conferences and other podiums. And they offer themselves, with frequent pinpoint success, to the political manipulators who have filled the Israeli establishment. This makes it possible to maintain Israel in a state that suits, for various reasons, both the "West" and the civilizational opponents of the "West". "The West" - because it is possible to confidently hide behind Israeli Jewry and "Ethiopians" from the initial attacks of an othercivilizational onslaught. And the non-civilizational opponents of the "West" prefer to have a weaker, rather than a stronger Israel on the initial path of their full-scale military anti-"Western" onslaught.

A weaker Israel is Israel with some American support, capable of resisting the "proxies" from the harvested stocks of the non-civilizational opponents of the "West".

A stronger Israel is such that it will be able to impose on its "West" CREATOR the recognition of Israeli Jewry as well Ethiopian "Jews" attracted by Israeli Jews (not by the "West"), to impose recognition of them as its kindred part. This recognition implies the large-scale complicity of the "West" in the defense of Israeli territory and, if necessary, a large-scale timely evacuation of the civilian population, and if necessary by the situation, the withdrawal of military units from the Palestinian geographical region "to pre-prepared positions" - to "Western" positions.   
I quote a high Israeli intellectual:

"Manifestations of weakness and indecision have always cost Israel dearly.
Unilateral withdrawal from Lebanon in 2000… Exit from Gaza, …
Powerful external forces declare that it is impossible to maintain their guarantees by force and ... Israel, being left alone with the enemies, is again forced to fight for its existence...".

Such a "unilateral retreat" happened quite recently - when, in the excitement of petty politicking, Israeli Jews (with "Ethiopians") lost the promising Netanyahu-Trump cooperation to the Americans. Modern Israelis of responsible ages have lost the prospect of survival of children's-granddaughters-great-granddaughters generations.

==== The study of a truncated system does not allow us to look for a solution to a system problem

With the "Arabs" (= with the "proxies", that's with the "Palestinians", and with Iran ITSELF – through targeted strikes on military, military-industrial facilities, on specific responsible living figures), military structures are fighting - the army, intelligence. These military structures are directed by the Government and supported by the economic and cultural infrastructure. The cultural component includes the propaganda and educational activities of the public leadership with its hierarchy of influences and internal competition of ambitions.

On the Israeli side, powerful external players declare that it is impossible to support their guarantees by force.
With the "Western" creator of Israeli statehood, and now - every momentary "senior" partner, they are actively trying to "play", and more often imitating the play, disparate and acutely competing elements of the establishment - competing for a position within the establishment. These elements are party centers, industrial owners, religious sects with their egocentric synagogues, high-tech units, …

And on the "western" side of Israel, there is "playing" a system "gently", but smoothly, uniting "brain tanks", which are influential in serving the structures of state leadership, and "think tanks", which serve various wealthy interested parties in their influence on the mood and behavior of the public. This system has created the statehood of Israel and supports the saturation of the state with human resources - for use as an advanced SACRIFICIAL barrier on the likely path of an anti-"Western" civilizational onslaught. An onslaught of the pan-Arabists, of all-Islamist "jihadists", perhaps - Chinese or some other…
From this point of view, peace with the Arabs is not possible in the foreseeable future. Israel needs to be prepared for the fact that the conflict will last for decades.

Для подступа к формированию представления о возможном присутствии в израильской инфраструктуре звена типа «brain tank» (формального или неформального структурного звена) рассмотрим понимание жизненной перспективы Израиля одним из ведущих современных аналитиков страны.
Сразу бросается в глаза его воздержанность от рассмотрения увиденного мною «четырехугольника», взаимоотношения в котором обуславливают жизненную перспективу Израиля. Нобелевский лауреат, признанный ведущим ученым в области теории игр, сосредоточен и влечет ведомых к  *анализу стратегии в отношениях двух взаимодействующих сторон* (!). развивает понимание набора правил, которые определяют развитие конфликта при столкновении двух систем, понимание набора определенных приемов, необходимых для того, чтобы побудить соперника, врага, конкурента принять твою позицию.

Уроженец Германии, родители которого бежали в Америку от нацистского режима за две недели до Хрустальной ночи, вырос в Нью-Йорке, окончил Массачусетский технологический институт и там же защитил докторскую диссертацию. В 1956 году репатриировался в Израиль, профессор местного  университета.

А эта обреченность обеспечивается подготовленностью и готовностью социально старших (по статусу, богатству, образованности, личностным качествам, по положению внутри семьи) сдавать нееврейскому окружению социально младших/слабых под избиение, покупая этим сохранение себя.

Американскому создателю государства Израиль и «старшему другу» государства приемлема сосредоточенность израильского «brain tank» на ограниченной проблеме самозащиты израильской еврейской и эфиопской массы. И заокеанским американским евреям это приемлемо.

====    Влияние цивилизационных гигантов на своих «прокси»

В своем обращении к политикам, генералам и дипломатам эта лидерская личность из «brain tank» предупреждает: «Мы упомянули о двух смертельных для Израиля угрозах, связанных с ядерным оружием: прямой и косвенной. Но есть еще и третья угроза, куда более опасная. Она исходит не от Ирана, не от каких-либо террористических групп и даже не откуда-нибудь извне. Ее источник - мы сами. Парадокс в том, что политика ХАМАСа совершенно рациональна, в то время как политика Израиля абсолютно иррациональна. Мы потеряли ориентиры и находимся во власти иллюзий». При этом, по его мнению, «русские» репатрианты реалистичнее тех, кто родился и вырос в этой стране: «Слова Либермана о том, что нам надо менять модель отношений с палестинцами, основанную на постоянных уступках, были восприняты в СМИ с возмущением. Тем не менее, он прав».

Но, похоже, что дальше этого человек из «brain tank» не пошел в своей проработке проблемы. А Либерман тоже не способен – ни сам, ни льнущие к нему «русские ученые». Похоже, что траектория развития проявлений «русского ученого» стандартна:

- подхватывает где-то идею или порождает свою, кажущиеся перспективными - подворовывает добавки к оформлению «идеи», не видя сути, а руководствуясь кажущейся состоятельностью «идеи» и подворовываемых добавок - подворовывание усиливается и переходит в осознанную целенаправленную симуляцию состоятельности себя, «идеи» и наработанного «результата».

Профессор поясняет связь теории игр с политикой и государственными конфликтами:

«Теория игр - это анализ стратегии в отношениях двух взаимодействующих сторон. Взаимоотношения эти могут проявляться в самых разных качествах, от сотрудничества до конфликта, и в самых разных сферах, от шахмат до бизнеса и войн между государствами. Однако модель остается всегда одна и та же. Существует набор правил, которые определяют развитие конфликта при столкновении двух систем. Существует также набор определенных приемов, необходимых для того, чтобы побудить соперника, врага, конкурента принять твою позицию. Возьмите самые разные конфликты, от локальных до глобальных, и вы убедитесь, что модели, по которым строится противостояние, одни и те же. Религия, идеология, национальный характер и т. п. имеют вторичное значение».

Цитирую далее:

«… в основе большинства конфликтов лежат именно иррациональные побуждения.
Говоря о рациональном характере любого конфликта, я имею в виду не побуждения, а методы достижения цели. Цель может быть совершенно иррациональной, самой безобидной или самой чудовищной. Но каждая конфликтующая сторона неизбежно будет зависеть от партнера, конкурента или врага и вести себя вполне рационально - так, чтобы добиться максимума, подвергая себя наименьшему риску. От реакции евреев и их способов противодействия будет зависеть и поведение исламистских прокси.
Надо отчетливо понимать цели противника. Цели как систему «цели старшего, доминирующего партнера в структуре противника < - - > соответствующие задачи, порученные им младшему партнеру (партнеру-прокси) < - - >  эти задачи, переживаемые партнером-прокси как собственные цели».

Цель «палестинцев» = задача, поставленная и решаемая в отношении них «джихадистами». Задача, определенная «мозговым центром» при руководстве «джихадистского» цивилизационного движения.

Если поведение Израиля будет ориентировано только на противодействие ПРОЯВЛЕНИЯМ «шахидов» («палестинцев»), то может оказаться - израильтяне спровоцированы вести себя в соответствии с целями «старшего джихадистского партнера». То есть, вести себя проигрышным образом. 

Возможный метастратегический (глобального масштаба) вариант агрессии «джихадизма» против «западных» «неверных» - сочетание:

* пропагандистски поддерживаемое насыщение государств «Запада» и  рассредоточение в среде населения этих государств «прокси» от «джихадизма», прикрываемое отвлечением внимания этих государств и населения на происходящее с Израилем. А Израиль в этот период времени подвергается агрессивным проявлениям «палестинцев» и угрозам со стороны «джихадизма»; внимание государств и населения «Запада» фокусируется на сочетании критики поведения израильтян, сочувствия им и некоторого содействия им в противостоянии «палестинцам» и угрозам основного «джихадизма».

* осуществляется активизация проявлений «прокси», насыщение которыми территории «Запада» уже состоялось. Население и государства «Запада» сосредотачиваются ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКИ, ПРОПАГАНДИСТСКИ и действиями на сопротивлении этим проявлениям. Внимание от израильской ситуации отвлекается.

* «джихадистский» агрессор ОСНОВНЫМИ ВОИНСКИМИ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯМИ преодолевает израильский «форпост Запада» и свободен развивать такими формированиями агрессию непосредственно против УЖЕ НЕ ПРИКРЫТОГО  израильтянами «Запада». «Преодоление» израильского форпоста осуществляется в два этапа: перемалывается воинская сила Израиля, затем - свершается традиционная, с элементами «технической» и поведенческой модернизации вакханалия «исламистской» расправы с невоенными группами «неверных» - дети, женщины, немощные и т. п.

В ответе на вопрос «Как объяснить тот факт, что чем больше израильтяне  отступают, тем большему давлению подвергаются со стороны остального мира?»:

«Это закономерно. Международное сообщество - третий игрок. Третий игрок, как правило, всегда заинтересован отвести от себя агрессию и направить ее в удобное для себя русло. Поскольку арабы выступают в качестве наступающей стороны, окружающий мир доволен тем, что существует постоянный объект, становящийся жертвой их агрессии. Поэтому бессмысленно надеяться на понимание и сочувствие. Мир уже забыл, что мы ушли из Газы. Мир не желает замечать ракетные обстрелы. Мир видит только то, что желает видеть...»

- проявилось упрощенное вИдение реальной проблемной ситуации. Представляется, что здесь у израильского ученого-участника «brain tank» проявилось влияние психологического барьера, обусловленного давлением  могущественных политических интересантов. В поле «международное сообщество = третий игрок относительно ближневосточного конфликтования» нельзя не заметить (даже «простому» наблюдателю, не то,  что ученому уровня участника «brain tank») весьма ощутимые «сгустки» - мощно оснащенные и организованные цивилизационные образования «Запад», «джихадизм», …Китай (по древней стратегеме - «умная обезьяна», сидящая на горе и наблюдающая за борьбой двух тигров в долине; исторически недавно такими двумя «тиграми» были «Запад» и СССР; тигр СССР побежден, но тигр «Запад» на Китай не нападает, он теперь занят нарастающим противоборством с «джихадизмом»). И если к «международному сообществу» можно обращаться с укорами, вызывая иногда кокетливые выражения пристыженности, сочувственного пустословия и т. п., то в отношении цивилизационных гигантов, которые, каждый по своему, видит в израильской еврейской массе (ИЕМ) обреченную жертву, в принципе, надо бы искать какой-то творческий жизнеспасительный маневр и ОЧЕНЬ ЭФФЕКТИВНО его осуществлять. 

==== Обреченность израильской еврейской массы это её собственное качество

Обсуждая реальную ситуацию, искаженную ограничением видения:

«С арабами можно сосуществовать, если они осознают, что война, террор и насилие будут иметь для них более тяжелые последствия, чем для нас… Если сторона чувствует опасность наказания за те или иные экстремальные шаги, она откажется от этих шагов и предпочтет статус-кво»,

ведущий израильский интеллектуал упускает из виду, что только в меру «самостоятельности» палестинской стороны, она может «почувствовать  опасность наказания за те или иные экстремальные шаги и отказаться от этих шагов». В текущий исторический период панарабизм придавлен «джихадизмом»; если и когда «джихадизм» будет приглушен, панарабизм проявится с новой силой и будет новая гибельная угроза израильским евреям. Ну, а так называемые «палестинцы» это - «прокси», пополняемые из сравнительно (с Израилем) безмерного людского ресурса арабского или исламского мира.

Рассматривая изолированную подсистему «отношения двоих» (отделенную от целостной системы «отношения четырех – пары глобально влиятельных и зависящей от нее пары локальных участников») при бессодержательном указании на контекст вокруг этих «двоих», израильский интеллектуал отмечает:

«… действительно иррациональное поведение израильтян коренится в отсутствии мотивации к осознанию - зачем они здесь, каковы их высшие цели, идеалы. Еврейское государство для них пустой звук; жертвы приносятся под условные, иррациональные ориентиры».

Некоторое «чувство реальности, которого недостает коренному населению» интеллектуал отмечает у «русских» израильтян. Это чувство вызывается их собственным горьким опытом и полученным образованием.

Но, мои скромные исследования подсказывают - это упрощенное, неполное представление о «русских». Помимо обозначенного «горький опыт и полученное образование говорят им, что одного желания недостаточно, чтобы превратить мечту в реальность», у «русских» евреев укоренены «тормоза, барьеры» перед пониманием и, даже, интенцией к попыткам понимания множества действительных фактов и отношений; догматичность миропредставления идет от иудаизма и от задуренности «культурой» коммунистического идеологизированного социума.

На ограниченном представлении о «запомненном прошлом» /американский философ Джордж Сантана: «Те, кто не помнит прошлого, обречены на его повторение»/ строится и прогнозное предупреждение:

«В прошлом (и по историческим масштабам очень недавнем) у еврейского народа был Холокост, и ему стоит задуматься над тем, не ведет ли позиция некоторых его лидеров к опасности повторения Катастрофы. С нашей точки зрения, вполне вероятно развитие арабо-израильского конфликта по катастрофическому для Израиля сценарию, и вероятность эта усугубляется отсутствием у израильского руководства стратегической концепции конфликта и его часто ошибочной тактикой».

Таким образом, ученый в зоне выработки жизнеобеспечивающих ориентиров для израильского еврейского государства и народа, не видит и не предполагает наличие метастратегического уровня проблемы существования Израиля.

Продекларировав задачу «получить ответы на вопросы, из-за чего и почему начинаются военные конфликты и как их предотвратить» и обозначив инструмент добычи ответов «глубокий причинно-следственный анализ», провел некоторый анализ и пришел к выводу:

«истинные причины агрессии - зависть, косность, гордыня, жажда мести, однако эти причины никогда не называются, вместо них называют надуманные, но красиво звучащие предлоги. Войны хотят реакционные режимы, они становятся агрессорами».
В этом перечне «истинных причин агрессии» недостает существенного элемента - к агрессии подталкивает ощущение/осознание УЯЗВИМОСТИ, СЛАБОСТИ тех самых, которым «завидуешь, жаждешь отомстить за собственную косность и уязвленную гордыню». Неполнота представления «истинных причин агрессии» действительно ведет к формированию «надуманных, но красиво звучащих предлогов», самый ходовой из них – глубоко укорененный у народов-завистников АНТИСЕМИТИЗМ.

Самым масштабным (в восприятии евреев – катастрофически масштабным) «достижением» гитлеровской агрессии явилась численность убитых и обездоленных евреев. В следственно-причинном отношении к этому «достижению» гитлеризма, наряду с другими результатами проявленной агрессии, состоялись еще два существенных «достижения»:

- СССР развил свое влияние на Восточную Европу и на процессы в странах «третьего мира»;

- Америка создала (СССР уступил ей эту перспективу, переориентировав свой интерес с государственности Израиля на влияние в арабской и исламистской среде) ИЗ недобитой ЕВРЕЙСКОЙ МАССЫ далеко выдвинутый жертвенный форпост в территорию арабской и исламистской среды.

Гитлер был не первым, который построил свою стратегию на использовании «обреченности», свойственной евреям. Той обреченности, которая зародилась как стержень иудейского воспитания еще в период Иудейских войн. Обреченность, содержанием которой является, часто интуитивная, частично сознаваемая, расчетливая готовность одних евреев покупать себе поблажки у нееврейского окружения путем сдачи под притеснения других евреев. В притаенном виде такая готовность проявляется в любых еврейских сообществах, даже - в семье. Ощущение и знание об этой особенности еврейских сообществ любого масштаба ПРОВОЦИРУЕТ окружение к агрессивному поведению в отношении евреев.

Ведущий израильский интеллектуал не анализирует и, даже, не указывает на эту провоцирующую обреченность. Применительно к конфликтующей паре «израильские евреи/иудеи - *палестинцы*» он только показывает бесперспективность ПРОЯВЛЕНИЙ этой обреченности - уступок со стороны Израиля. Но, чтобы быть здоровым, диагностировать и лечить надо саму «болезнь», а не её симптомы!

==== Напомним об истории создания проарабского/проджихадистсого «прокси»

Еще раз цитирую ведущего израильского аналитика:
«Арабы (все арабы, не так называемые «палестинцы») называют множество
*нестерпимых обид*, якобы причиненных им Израилем, но своими проявлениями явно показывают, что они хотят не мира, а максимального ослабления Израиля перед решающей схваткой...

… вместо интеграции беженцев с территории, отведенной для строительства государства собираемой на Ближнем Востоке еврейской массы, арабы поселили их в лагерях - гетто, где они и содержатся вот уже 60 лет на средства ООН, так как арабские страны не выделяют средств на их содержание и делают все возможное, чтобы не допустить их интеграции в странах проживания. Все это делается для того, чтобы сохранить пользование ими как средство давления на Израиль.

Все причины конфликта, выдвигаемые арабами, подпадают под определение «предлог». Истинная же причина неприятия еврейского государства арабами в том, что оно, созданное на крайне незначительной и к тому же без всяких ресурсов территории, опережает их буквально во всех отношениях, создавая у них сильнейший комплекс неполноценности и поэтому внушая к себе страх, зависть, ненависть, жажду мести».

Как мне видится.

Для панарабизма, как в нынешний период становления и развития «джихадизма», основным «раздражителем» является «Запад», который «опережает их буквально во всех отношениях, создавая у них сильнейший комплекс неполноценности – препятствует утверждению панарабской состоятельной государственности - и поэтому внушая к себе страх, зависть, ненависть, жажду мести». А государство Израиль и еврейское заселение в регионе является только созданным «Западом» инструментом «следования принципу неотвратимости наказания» арабов «Западом». И арабы бьют по «инструменту». А «инструмент» не может, как правило, диктовать свою волю создателю и хозяину «инструмента», а также – близкомасштабному противнику этого создателя/хозяина. Единственный принципиальный, теоретический выход для живой массы этого «инструмента», то есть – для еврейского населения Израиля, это обрести качество равномасштабности с участниками конфликтующей пары «Запад» - панарабизм. А в условиях существующей тенденции и очень вероятной перспективы еврейскому Израилю, чтобы выжить, надо обрести качество равномасштабности с участниками конфликтующей пары «Запад» - «джихадизм».

Поскольку очевидных материальных ресурсов (географического пространства, рельефа, полезных ископаемых и пр. замечательных данностей) у израильских евреев не просматривается, единственная ресурсная зона для решения сложной проблемы выживания путем обретения равномасштабности с участниками пары «Запад» - «джихадизм» это - зона ментальности.

Зона ментальности - система ценностей, мораль и нравственность, интеллект с холистическим вИдением, способностью выявлять сложные проблемные отношения и генерировать творческие решения проблем, воля к целестремительности, коммуникабельность на базе особой способности к рефлексии, …

Как всегда было в «западной» истории, в советской истории, в еврейской истории, - обозначается объективная потребность в таком ментальном превосходстве, декларируется запрос на ментальное превосходство - и появляются имитаторы обладания таким уровнем ментальности. В современном Израиле русскоязычная община преисполнена таким имитаторством. «Мы, бывшие ученые советской выделки пролились золотым дождем на израильское общество, а нас тут не ценят!» - буквально заявляют в ЗУУМ-конференциях и пр. трибунах бойкие посредственности из бывш. СССР. И предлагают себя, с нередким точечным успехом, политическим манипулянтам, заполнившим израильский истеблишмент. Это позволяет поддерживать Израиль в состоянии, устраивающем, по разным причинам, и «Запад», и цивилизационных противников «Запада». «Запад» - потому что можно уверенно прикрываться израильскими еврейством и «эфиопами» от начальных атак иноцивилизационного наката. А иноцивилизационные противники «Запада» предпочитают иметь на начальном пути своего полномасштабного военного анти-«западного» наката более слабый, а не более сильный Израиль.

Более слабый Израиль это Израиль с некоторой американской поддержкой, способный противостоять «проксям» из заготовленных запасов иноцивилизационных противников «Запада».

Более сильный Израиль - такой, что сумеет навязать своему СОЗДАТЕЛЮ «Западу» признание израильского еврейства и привлеченных израильскими евреями (не «Западом») эфиопских «иудеев», навязать признание их своей родственной частью. Из такого признания следует масштабное соучастие «Запада» в обороне израильской территории и, при потребности, масштабная своевременная обустроенная эвакуация мирного населения, а если потребуется обстановкой - отвод воинских частей с палестинского географического региона «на заранее подготовленные позиции», на «западные» позиции.   

Цитирую высокого израильского интеллектуала:

«Проявления слабости и нерешительности всегда дорого обходились Израилю.
Одностороннее отступление из Ливана в 2000 году… Выход из Газы, …
Могущественные внешние силы заявляют о невозможности поддержать силой свои гарантии и… Израиль, оставшись один на один с врагами, снова вынужден воевать за свое существование…».

Подобное «одностороннее отступление» произошло совсем недавно - когда в азарте мелочного политиканства израильские евреи (с «эфиопами») проиграли американцам перспективное сотрудничество Нетаниягу-Трамп. Современные израильтяне ответственных возрастов проиграли перспективу выживания детских-внучатых-правнучатых поколений. 

==== Проработка усеченной системы не позволяет искать решение системной проблемы

С «арабами» (= с «проксями», с «палестинцами», с САМИМ Ираном – путем точечных ударов по военным, военно-промышленным объектам, по конкретным ответственным живым фигурам) воюют воинские структуры – армия, разведка. Эти воинские структуры направляются правительством и поддерживаются экономической и культурной инфраструктурой.  Культурная составляющая включает пропагандистско-воспитательную деятельность общественного руководства с его иерархией влияний и внутренней конкуренцией амбиций.

С израильской стороны, могущественные внешние силы заявляют о невозможности поддержать силой свои гарантии.

С «западным» создателем израильской государственности, а теперь -  каждомоментным «старшим» партнером, активно пытаются «играть», а чаще - имитируют игру, разрозненные и остро конкурирующие между собой элементы истеблишмента - конкурирующие за положение внутри истеблишмента. Эти элементы - партийные центры, промышленные собственники, религиозные секты с их эгоцентричными синагогами, хай-тековские единицы, …

А на «западной» стороне Израилем «играет» система, «мягко», но слаженно, объединяющая мозговые центры «brain tank», влиятельно обслуживающие структуры государственного руководства, и мозговые центры «think tank», обслуживающие различных состоятельных интересантов в их влиянии на настроение и поведение общественности. Этой системой создана государственность Израиля и поддерживается насыщение государства людским ресурсом – для использования в качестве передового ЖЕРТВЕННОГО барьера на вероятном пути анти-«западного» цивилизационного наката. Наката пан-арабистского, общеисламистского «джихадистстского», возможно - китайского или еще какого…

С этой точки зрения мир с арабами не представляется возможным в обозримом будущем. Израилю надо быть готовым к тому, что конфликт продлится еще десятки лет.
